    BREAD BREAD BREAD

I'm surprised such a well-known tourist spot opened up a restaurant in a local area, but what do I know about opening a restaurant? Whenever I pass by, there seems to be people waiting in the front, especially during dinner time. Who knew this place would be the spot to go to for dinner? From the outside, it reminds me of the restaurant Tiana from The Princess and the Frog built -which make total sense! It's the high, lofty ceilings, big, open, bright lights - they really got the plantation building vibe well. The servers have been great whether they're the quick-service bakery or the servers for our dinner. I remember one dinner, my meal took longer than everyone else at the table and they were apologetic in that and kept checking in and made sure I felt seen. As far as the food, I've tried their cutlet, breakfast pancakes/waffle, fried chicken, and a couple other dishes. Some I ordered myself and some my husband ordered, therefore they are my dishes as well. All of them tasted great and I do have to say, considering how long they've been open, you would think the standards go down at some point, but I have not experienced that at all. The breads, butters, and jellies still slap. And most of all, my husband and other family members I've come here with LOOOVE the kimchi fried rice and/or the pork loco moco. Personally, I used to only think about Liliha Bakery whenever friends from the mainland come to visit. But now, it just may be a nice spot for dinner if we want something a little more than Zippy's.

I was trying to be good and eat healthy, so I went and hit up Liliha Bakery for their salmon salad! Honestly, it was so ono! Perfect savory sear on top of the salmon, and the greens were super fresh with the strawberries and cranberries. Guaranteed I still went and bought coco puffs on the way out, though. Balance, yeah?

Went to a birthday dinner next door and came here for desserts. Long established bakery in tow and well known for its reputation. The staff are friendly and attentive. This location is always busy like the others, but they are very efficient. Parking is convenient so it's easy for last minute stop.

Got my dad's birthday cake here and it was pretty good! Frosting is not too sweet. We got strawberry shortcake. Fresh strawberries were nice, but the jam was a bit sweet, the cake itself a little dry but good overall. If you are in a crunch, liliha bakery has got your back.

Came here with some work friends. Food was ok. Mostly local comfort type food. No one had any complaints. Loved the butter rolls that comes with the meals. Service was ok. This place has a busy ambiance with noisy background. We were too full to grab any bakery items like their popular coco puffs. It's a casual & convenient spot but not anything I would go out of my way for.

First off, I love all the Liliha Bakery's but this is the one I frequented the most. I love the atmosphere here. It's lively but not over the top. Service has always been great. Never had to wait too long to be seated. The food is the best. Best French toast on earth. The bread & butter is so so good. I can't wait to go back.

I had the mahi mahi dinner - the fish was flaky fresh. The service was really good - Our waitress, Sydney, was so ALOHA and friendly. She convinced us to get dessert so the Dubai Chocolate coco puffs were on target.

Always a brunch go-to. Came on a Sunday morning and it was packed. Checked in but didn't have to wait too long, decent amount of seating available. The location feels like a mix of the old original location with a mix of newer styles to make it feel more modern but homey. We always start off with the rolls and their famous jam which is the perfect start while waiting for the food. We ordered the oxtail soup which was very clean but flavorful. It came with a decent amount of oxtail meat which was pretty tender. It also came with two scoops of rice and ginger to add to. There was an option to add saimin noodles but it's not needed since you get rice with it. The loco moco is always a go-to, pretty large serving and the gravy is pretty standard. Then after we're done, we grabbed a number and ordered some cocoa puffs togo!

Can't speak for the food in the restaurant, but the pastries are sooo good! We got the fruit croissant and chocolate haupia Chiffon pie! The flavors were so fresh and decadent. I truly loved their desserts and will definitely come back to try more!

World famous cream puff! Came here for brunch and also got some of their pastries to go. We got the loco moco and loved it. The coco cream puff was my favorite, followed by the matcha a close second. It was a short 15 min wait for a table when we were there and restaurant was very busy, though they turn tables pretty quick. Will return again!

I love going to Liliha bakery with friends and family. I always get their oxtail soup and I love it I could probably eat 2-3 bowls of it lol Service was great and the ambiance gives that family restaurant feel to it.

Mushroom Chicken from Liliha bakery! First time trying this out and it did not disappoint!

I'm not one to make or bake any snacks so places like CeCe Patisserie is the place for me as they're located in Pearl Kai which is right across from Pearlridge Center and with lots of free parking the convenience is very easy and you can find them right behind Jiffy Lube. Walking in the vibe is so festive and bright with a staff who I believe is a family friend was such a delight describing just about everything in the shop and not missing a beat it was so difficult to decide and I needed quite a bit of snacks...6 to be exact and not refrigerated so it did illuminate a few which made the choices much easier for me. After much browsing it was the tub of Chex Mix as it came in Hurricane, Ranch, Tajin or Everything Bagel seasoning. Love the various flavors and I got three of Hurricane and Everything Bagel and with multiple purchase there was a little discount that's really appreciated :) There was quite a bit of baked goods many are a bit more sensitive and wished they had more of the snacks as they do make great gifts as well but there are cupcakes, banana bread, brownies and cheesecake...so many options is incredible. It seems like they have a food truck as well making this little shop a busy spot in so many ways. Thank you!

Hubs had to fast from 6 am for his 2 pm surgery so I thought he would probably be starving and would enjoy a delectable salt and butter roll from here. At $4.50 a piece I consider this a luxury for us. I found a close stall in the parking structure. A very cheerful polite male employee took my order. I had seen two occupied tables as I walked into the shop. Both had matcha drinks. Why not? I asked the young man assisting me, what's the best matcha drink? He said his favorite was banana matcha with extra banana foam. Okay I'll try it. He repeated it to the cashier. So popular there was a wait for beverages to be prepared. Soon enough mine was ready. I think Doc would enjoy this drink. This shop is a working bakery. Many yummy pastries displayed. Menu is posted high up above to choose from. Rather tiny shop with room for customers to stand in line to order and wait for drinks. Clean, busy with a few tables and chairs outside but pretty much in direct sun.
