This is a nice and convenient spot if you're in the area shopping. It's in the shared food hall and is one of the first signs that you see when you walk in. This area/shop is a community area that is frequently visited, but it's not a cutesy, sit down lounge spot if that's what you're looking for. They have a large amount of options for drinks that you can customize and have add-ons if wanted. There is plenty of parking because of the shopping center and plenty of seating in the food hall. We visited Cotti Coffee while it was raining on Saturday the 21st. First time, visiting and i was surprised. I was a bit worried because my go to is Starbucks but, here we are. Cotti is located in the Pearl Highlands food court, i ordered the A441 coco cotti hot with one splenda. Omg, so delicious smooth, hot and satisfying. Coconut milk with expresso. The service was excellent and my questions and concerns were addressed. The ambience was non existent since this was a food court and very noisy. Coffee was nice and strong but the coconut flavor was pretty mild. Service was relatively quick. Seating is limited to the food court seating so it can be crowded and loud due to the echo of the room. Much better to take the drinks to go. Everything was okay for the price. I recently discovered Cotti Coffee and it's quite a hidden gem! It's located inside the Pearl Highlands food court market all the way in the back. I like to get their brown sugar latte and I really like the price and how it's less than $5! The drink itself is pretty good and not too sweet (I get it 50% sweetness). I do wish though there was an option to add an extra shot or something because it is kinda milky and would like the coffee flavor to be stronger. My understanding is that it was a latte with coconut milk, however it was far too sweet and had several pumps of syrup added. The barista was very accommodating and remade ugh with no added syrup but event the coconut milk itself was obviously sweetened. I would come back and try an americano or another pure espresso beverage because somehow even on top of the milk and sweetener the espresso was able to punch through. read more

Pretty good! My milk tea was very milky, didn't get much of the tea taste but it still was nice and refreshing. Hubby really liked his passion fruit/grapefruit tea- the sourness of the grapefruit balanced the passionfruit. We both got 50% sweetness and it was perfect! Really a steal with the these coupons Drinks: I ordered their pampas blue coco latte with 50% sugar and it was amazing. I would highly recommend trying it! Emily R. mentioned a "new" coffee place had opened up with a really nice sign up discount of a $1 drink. We decided to grab some coffee after grabbing sushi. It's located in the very back of the Pearl Highlands Center food court (2nd floor) on Kamehameha Hwy in Pearl City. There's a huge open air parking lot with ample parking stalls. Emily R. recommended the Pampas Blue Coco Latte or at least one of their top 10 drinks. The one she recommended looked very cool and unique, so I decided to get that. It was beautifully presented with the coffee espresso on top and the Pampas Eagle blue hue mixture of milk and coconut milk. And wow, it was really good! I got it half sweet, and it had the perfect sweetness and more of the coffee flavor which I usually preferred. There was a hint of coconut milk but not too much where it could overwhelm someone. Loooved the fragrant coffee they used. I came back during another visit back to Hawaii as I was missing the same delicious coffee. My boyfriend got it for me, and it really hit the spot. Since it's late in the day it's not as crowded which gave me enough time to scan their menu as many of their drinks has these cute names that does help with the choices though pics of each item does help make the decisions with our eyes. Asked what Blue Coco thing was and she says it's like a sweetener...okay...and it seems like they have it with their tea as well so it was "Pampas Crema Jasmine Latte" for me with Oatmilk and to sub the milk with no additional charge was a nice thing as well, they seem to have some pasties and ice cream as well will be back as it was nice and refreshing. This coffee location is upstairs, where Ulta and Ross is located. It is inside of a tiny tiny food court area. They have some pretty good deals, like coffee for a good price, but you'll have to order via app or something (which we didn't have). The drink that I got was some sort of pampas cloud latte, but it honestly tasted like a a light blend iced latte with way too much milk. They also did not open on time, which was fine because I was just chatting with a friend, but they didn't seem bothered at all there (and if you're not in a rush, you won't either). Cotti Coffee is located in Pearl Highlands Center, in the food court area by Ulta. Ample free parking in the lots at the center. I used the Cotti app and signed up with my mobile phone number to receive the $0.99 drink deal for new members. I ordered the vanilla latte. The large size is 16oz, though the amount of ice leaves you with a lot less to drink. The coffee wasn't bad but it didn't meet my expectations. It tasted like instant coffee, similar to Folgers. I grew up with Folgers, so I wasn't displeased but I was slightly disappointed. Customer service was good, and the drinks are made quickly! The cafe is at the far back of the food court, and is very clean. Overall, I will go elsewhere for my coffee, but I am open to trying their matcha or milk teas! read more

This is their first location in the USA! I saw a poster for a $1 drink. Just download the app and order online! Cool! I also saw the poster that advertised $4.29 drinks until the end of May 2024. The Americanos are $2.99. I really wanted the Pampas Blue Coco Latte because it looked interesting. However, the worker wasn't very helpful. It seemed like the drink can't be adjusted to be non-dairy. I got the Iced Shaken Grapefruit Tea and the Oat Latte. At first, the Grapefruit was a bit sweet, but it got better after the ice started melting. There were a few bits of Grapefruit, so I thought there was some fresh fruit in it. I didn't taste any tea flavor. The Oat Latte was OK. Nothing mind-blowing. I think I should return before May 31 and get the Pampas Blue Coco Latte. Found cotti coffee just by looking at coffee near me on yelp and we really liked it! My fiancé and I both made accounts on the app so we each got our first drink for $0.99 when we mobile ordered. All the drinks were very affordable- all around $5 or less which is way cheaper than every other coffee place. We got both of our drinks at half sweetness and they were both perfect. Im so disappointed because I really wanted to like this place! The prices were so good but unfortunately the drinks were not. I ordered their toffee oolong latte with oat milk and it just tasted like oat milk with the slightest hint of sugar, not even toffee. My bf ordered the Cloud Mousse Matcha latte and the matcha was on the bitter side. The "mousse" added to the bitterness so maybe next time we'll ask for more sweetness lol Service was kinda slow and some people who ordered after me got their drinks first but I didn't really complain, I just noticed it. Cotti coffee is probably a good option if you live in the area since there isn't a whole lot of coffee shops around aiea. They are located in the food court in Pearl highlands so parking is a breeze and plentiful. They weren't really busy when we came by which is kind of strange with it being new and with all the social media hype on Instagram. There was a flyer on the wall that said any drink is $1 if you order online and if you're a new customer. I tried and it didn't work. Lol. My friend ordered in person and it was the same price as my order so we felt like it was misleading. Lol. I showed it to the cashier and all she did was take a photo of my receipt. The coffee itself looks great, but taste wise probably the same as going to a chain like McDonald's but less sweet lol. My friend got the grapefruit drink and she said it tasted like the ruby red juice that you can buy at the market. Will I return ?? Probably not. It's not worth the 25 minute drive from town when there's other options available closer to me. While the employee was doing her absolute best, the owners should be ashamed for not providing support.
