This coffee shop is a global chain, and they have a huge variety to order from. You can get mostly iced drinks of teas and coffees. The pricing is average for the size of the drink. The ordering system is very quick and you can either use the kiosk or order in person. There is indoor seating and free wifi.

Lots of choices for coffee, smoothies and milk tea drinks. Ordered pandan latte and brown sugar latte with boba. Both tasted good. Service was fast. They are made to order. Nice, casual coffee walk up coffee spot. Definitely come back and try more if their drinks. Located inside the pearl highlands food court. Lots of seats to enjoy your drinks.

We visited Cotti Coffee while it was raining on Saturday the 21st. First time, visiting and i was surprised. I was a bit worried because my go to is Starbucks but, here we are. Cotti is located in the Pearl Highlands food court, i ordered the A441 coco cotti hot with one splenda. Omg, so delicious smooth, hot and satisfying. Coconut milk with expresso. The service was excellent and my questions and concerns were addressed. The ambience was non existent since this was a food court and very noisy. However, i loved my coco cotti and will definitely be back...the next time we are in the area. Yummy and so satisfying.

Cotti Coffee is a Hong Kong based coffee shop that opened its first Hawaii/US location in the Pearl Highlands food court in 2024. The menu is vast with lattes, milk teas, and fresh fruit beverages. We downloaded the app and were able to get our first beverage for only a dollar! The app also offers coupons and mobile ordering. The Cloud Mousse Matcha Latte was a unique blend of earthy matcha with a strong coffee mouse. Service was quick and efficient and there were lots of seats and lunch options in the food court. Overall a convenient and affordable coffee option!

Coffee was nice and strong but the coconut flavor was pretty mild. Service was relatively quick. Seating is limited to the food court seating so it can be crowded and loud due to the echo of the room. Much better to take the drinks to go. Everything was okay for the price. I would be open to trying more of their unique lattes and other items to see how they compare.

The drinks are good. Located inside the food court at Pearl Highland. There's lots of parking. I was thirsty and wanted something to wake me up. The worker recommend the ice toffee hazelnut latte coffee. It was great and not too sweet or strong. Next time I want to try the other drinks. They also offer drinks with boba and jellys. Hubby got a drink with boba and he said he enjoyed it and would order it again. The place is clean and the worker is nice and gave good recommendations. I think you can mobile order your drink in advance. They accept cash and credit card.

I recently discovered Cotti Coffee and it's quite a hidden gem! It's located inside the Pearl Highlands food court market all the way in the back. I like to get their brown sugar latte and I really like the price and how it's less than $5! The drink itself is pretty good and not too sweet (I get it 50% sweetness). I do wish though there was an option to add an extra shot or something because it is kinda milky and would like the coffee flavor to be stronger. Heads up if you download their app for the first time (gotta scan the QR code in the front) you can get your first drink for $1!

I was very impressed with this new Chinese coffee shop -- it's the first one in Hawaii. What really made the experience stand out was how easy it was to order through their app. Highly recommend ordering on the app instead of in person because your first drink is only $0.99! Such a good deal, so don't miss that promo. I ordered the iced toffee hazelnut latte, and honestly, I was surprised at how good it was. I usually ask for my drinks to be less sweet, but I forgot this time and to my surprised, it was perfect. Sweet, but not overpowering at all. The full price of the drink is under $5, which is rare for quality coffee these days. It honestly was better than other coffee shops in terms of taste. The app is user-friendly, the ordering process was smooth, and my drink was ready in about a minute. Service was super quick and efficient. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be coming back. Just a heads-up: they're tucked away in the very back of the food court at Pearlridge Highlands. I only wish they had more locations!

Was looking for a quick coffee in the area, and the Mango Coco Latte hit the spot! This coffeeshop is located in Pearl Highlands Center, and I was surprisingly impressed at the quality for "food court" coffee. They serve other drinks with creative flavor combos, and I'd stop by again if I needed a little pick-me-up.

Don't sleep on this coffee stall inside of Pearl Highlands Center food court! It can be hard to find a quality latte in a food hall setting, but these guys nailed it. I found this gem while doing a quick shopping run around the area and since it's just down the road from my place, I could not resist trying. Their brown sugar latte is my new go-to. Quick service too if you're ever in a rush.

Coco cotti was just alright but the matcha with brown sugar was really good! Inside a food court but parking wasn't hard to find.

Finally got around to try Cotti Coffee! The location is in the food court above Sam's Club in Pearl City, so it would require you to go inside and order. But, the wait time is very short. Even with one employee, she was able to fulfill orders for two customes within a few minutes! The coffee was smooth and strong, so if that is up your alley - you need to try it too! The drink I tried had a good balance of coffee and the coconut flavor. I do want to give the matcha a try next time, because it is only $3! The quality for what you're paying for is worth it. Most of the drinks are unde $5, which is insanely good.

Wandering around the Highlands Market and saw this place. All drinks are $4.29 and Americano is $2.99! What a deal! We had to try a Stardust oolong milk tea and a Passionfruit & Grapefruit tea. Pretty good! My milk tea was very milky, didn't get much of the tea taste but it still was nice and refreshing. Hubby really liked his passion fruit/grapefruit tea- the sourness of the grapefruit balanced the passionfruit. We both got 50% sweetness and it was perfect! Staff was friendly and drinks good-def coming back here again! Can't beat the price!

Whenever I pass by, there seems to be people waiting in the front, especially during dinner time. Who knew this place would be the spot to go to for dinner? From the outside, it reminds me of the restaurant Tiana from The Princess and the Frog built -which make total sense! It's the high, lofty ceilings, big, open, bright lights - they really got the plantation building vibe well. The servers have been great whether they're the quick-service bakery or the servers for our dinner. I remember one dinner, my meal took longer than everyone else at the table and they were apologetic in that and kept checking in and made sure I felt seen. As far as the food, I've tried their cutlet, breakfast pancakes/waffle, fried chicken, and a couple other dishes. Some I ordered myself and some my husband ordered, therefore they are my dishes as well. All of them tasted great and I do have to say, considering how long they've been open, you would think the standards go down at some point, but I have not experienced that at all. The breads, butters, and jellies still slap. And most of all, my husband and other family members I've come here with LOOOVE the kimchi fried rice and/or the pork loco moco. Personally, I used to only think about Liliha Bakery whenever friends from the mainland come to visit. But now, it just may be a nice spot for dinner if we want something a little more than Zippy's.

However, it does tend to get really busy and sometimes when I see how backed up it is, I just leave. I do feel that they prioritize the drive-thru over walking in because a few times I would just go in to order if the drive-thru is busy and the barista taking my order appears to be taking and making orders for the drive-thru. There were also a few instances I saw where you can't even go in to order and could only go to the drive-thru. I do understand when they say they're short-staffed and I see how it can get pretty busy. I'm just sharing my past experience but I do continue to come here because my drinks are always made to how I like it and I love that they're open a little later than other coffee shops! Some of the drinks I love: Iced Vietnamese Cold Brew (it can be strong sometimes) Iced White Chocolate Latte Iced Hazelnut Latte Iced Blended Cookies & Cream Iced Blended Caramel Iced Blended Cookie Butter (it can be really sweet) Li Hing Lemonade I love when they have Mo'Jo Mondays where they feature a drink for $3. The roasted chicken - requires 20 minutes to prepare - gyoza (chicken or beef) and the orange chicken are deliciously delectable, and are my favorites. Chelsea is extraordinary at providing consistent superior customer service. She never fails to greet customers promptly and kindly. Chelsea wears many hats as the greeter, server, barista and overall front of house manager. It can be extremely busy, but Chelsea hustles and does her absolute best. So bring your appetite and a dose of patience. Online ordering is a great option. On your initial visit it may be difficult to find, but the discovery is well worth the hunt. It can be daunting to find the entrance, walk through a corridor and netting. But don't be deterred nor frustrated. I highly recommend trying the Sweet Corner Cafe. Say hello to Chelsea for me.
