We door dash because we live nearby, and holy cow I dunno if they've ever gotten an order RIGHT. We've tried like 4 times, and for some dumb reason we didn't stop after 1. thought one review would be enough but apparently it's not. came back today and had ordered yet again the same thing and yet again it was messed up. the first drink was completely wrong not what I ordered at all, I even checked to make sure it was my drink and yup just wrong. after being ignored for about 5 minutes I finally got someone to fix my drink for me and get the doughnut that they never even gave me. got back to my car and left because surely nothing else could be wrong, but no the food in the bag was completely different from what I normal order, the wake-up wraps were in pieces and it was lukewarm. it had only been 6 minutes. everyday the same worker makes my food and she is incredibly rude every time, she wouldn't acknowledge me when I was trying to get my drink fixed and constantly throws my food onto the counter. read more

The worst. I drive by this spot multiple times a day and never stop unless my kid wants something. Nice day today so I walked to the store with my baby girl and stopped in on the way back. Two people working and a couple in front of me. No lie it took twenty five minutes for a donut and small iced matcha latte. Terrible service my son works at the Dunkin' Donuts in Pasadena Maryland. His boss asked him if he could fill for somebody in the Annapolis store at 7:30 was only for people were serve before me and they messed up my order to. It's not hard to tell the difference between sausage and bacon, they need to go back to school elementary school. We are in a two hour trip and have stopped a few times. The bathrooms have been gross and poor service until we got here. The bathrooms were super clean and the place was spotless. The guy behind the register with the Scooby mask was friendly and professional. Just giving credit when it is due! Great job guys! read more

It's Dunkin' donuts. The coffee is pretty good as are the donuts. However, the garbage cans are overflowing and the tables are dirty. They aren't so busy that they can't take care of that. I will amend this review when I can come in and find at least one table without crumbs all over it. read more

Came here for over ten years, almost daily, and loved it, never had a single thing to complain about. Over the last six months though the service has become terrible. Long waits. Mistakes with orders. There are more people than ever working behind the counter but the service has become slow, mistakes w orders more frequent and prices have gone up. Every time I go there lately I end up being late to wherever I'm going; work, kids' practices. I'm done with the place. read more

Totally disagree with the other reviews, at least on the Dunkin side. This is hands down one of the best Dunkin's I've been to outside of New England. The coffee is fresh, prepared properly, and the kids that work there are generally pretty nice and respectful. The donuts are good, but honestly those are shipped elsewhere after being made so there's not a ton to judge them on there. Back to the coffee being good. The hot has yet to taste burned and has been fresh every time I've gone and the other drinks are made properly. Case in point, iced dunkin dark with skim milk and caramel. Sounds simple but this is the only Dunkin in the area I've seen where the kids actually know to add the proper amount of syrup syrup first, properly mix it with the milk and then fill it the rest of the way up. I know it sounds nitpicky but I was just super happy they did it. I will however confirm what Marv said below; there is occasionally a gentleman that sits near the window and talks to himself, but he has yet to bother me. read more

3 stars only because I didnt have time to really check the place out. There was a guy talking to himself at the front of the place, so it was a little weird. It is about a mile off the highway which was a little bit of a pain. It is also located in a strip mall, so there was no drive thru. Will need to go back there to do a better inspection. Good service but limited donut selection usually 1 - 1/4 racks of donuts. Coffee is always good and service is reasonable. Only a few tables in the place. It's small as it is in a small town strip mall. If you are trying to go here on your way to the Eastern Shore via 50 East, or just crossed the Bay Bridge heading west, this DD is about a mile off the highway and tucked away in Cape Saint Claire. If you live nearby, CSC, SML, etc., then it is gray to have it. read more

Absolutely the worst D&D I have ever experienced. Not only did they get our order wrong, but they overcharged us. When we finally got our and egg n cheese sandwiches they were cold, rubbery eggs, untoasted bagels, and barely edible. Only redeeming thing was the coffee. Worst customer service ever. I've been going to Dunkin donuts for about 2 years now and every time I order the same thing: medium caramel iced coffee with cream and no sugar. The morning Dunkin girls here have a horrible attitude. I went in, and ordered my usual. I don't know how, but they managed to turn that into a small black hot coffee. I must have looked confused, because they asked "something wrong?" I understand people make mistakes. So I politely said "yes, I actually ordered a medium caramel iced coffee with cream and no sugar." The girl behind the counter gave me a dirty look and said "no you actually ordered a hot coffee." Seriously? An employee should never tell a customer what "they ordered" when THEY were the one who messed up. I'll drive out of my way to go to a different coffee shop. This cape st claire branch officially ruined Dunkin for me. I don't like being near rude people so I'll take my business else where. read more

Cape St Claire's Dunkin Donuts have the nicest staff working there! They recognize their regular customers and are friendly. However, I have often seen flies landing on their donuts and bagels, maybe they should have clear plastic doors in front of the donut/bagel section to keep out the flies. read more

Worst hygiene habits ever! I went there this morning and the guy serving us with his non-gloves hand rubbed his nose. This is a food establishment and should not have happened. We arrived at 9:45pm to locked doors. The hours posted on the door indicated this establishment was open until 10:00pm, as did the website. There were 3 employees inside, one was dancing around inside, and all 3 ignored us when we pulled on the door. They were however nice enough to unlock the doors and allow someone else to drop off what looked like to be food to another employee. Then 2 of them sat down and ate donuts from a DD box. I have pictures. It appears quality of customer service, and basic politeness, are lost on some of the employees of this establishment. Disgraceful. read more

​Awful experience at ​this DD again! The Cape St Claire location in Annapolis MD has provided me the worst customer care twice now! This morning I wanted to take my 5​ year old son to DD for a treat breakfast on his way to camp. Since we were kind of in a rush, I placed my mobile order, clicked though, and checked I'm ready for pick up when we arrived. The app says go straight to pick up, so ​we did.​.. and then stood the​​re, ​too long. This is at 9 a.m., so past the morning rush and not too busy. The short dark haired lady in glasses, who I'm told may be the manager, lined up ​at least ​3 coffees on her little pad ​o​n the side that says ​"​G​et R​eady​"​, passed a small coffee off to ​someone behind me, ​and added a bag ​next ​to one of the coffees ​on the "Get ​R​eady​"​ pad​. My coffee was ​there with my name on it, but since my donuts weren't with it and ​it wasn't pushed up to the ​"Go​"​ side of her little pad,​ ​I didn't think it appropriate to take it yet. 4 more orders get picked up and ​they had to reach across me to pick them up. I finally make eye contact with this woman and she asks me what I need. ​Mind you, this is the first chance I've had to tell them verbally that I'm picking up my mobile order since nobody behind the counter felt the need to look up at the people waiting for their orders, none the less the pair right in front for the last 5 minutes (my son and I). ​I said that ​"​I made a mobile order, which I thought was supposed to be faster​, but I've been waiting.​​" She asked my name and I pointed to my coffee and said " I see my coffee, but just need my ​two ​donuts.​"​ ​She grabbed a bag that was sitting next to another coffee and handed it to me. These donuts she handed me were not what I ordered. I ordered 1 glazed and 1 boston crm, but to my son's disappointment, he was looking at some confetti showered glazed thing. I went back up to the counter. The same little lady looked up and I told her to try and get me the right donuts this time as I handed her both items. By this time I was in a rush and very very aggravated. I snatched the bag out of her hand and left. I will NEVER frequent this DD again. I've never had trouble anywhere else, but this is the second time this location has completely sucked! read more
