This is a comment on Dunkin Donuts App. They post offers to spend money in a certain period and get bonus points. I am a loyal customer and have met bonus requirements several times. Each time I do not get bonus points and have to email Dunkin Donuts to get the bonus points I am owed. Happened again this last weekend, when the promotion was 60 bonus points if you spend $5. Well -- spent over $5 and still no bonus points. They have the same promotion for this weekend. I'm not spending any money with Dunkin Donuts and have emailed them again. My advise is not to participate in any of their promotions that require spending certain amounts of money. They never pay off, unless you email them. Too much hassle!! Instant discounts do work, so I will use those. You would think a big company like Dunkin Donuts could put out valid promotions. This is the third promotion they failed on, so no more business from me on spending level promotions!!! read more

Let me preface by saying I love DD! However I make it a point not to go to this location. By far the worst service I have ever received in my life. The cashier does not greet you, and then will interrupt you in the middle of your order...EVERY TIME. I have asked on numerous occasions not to begin my order, unless they intend on finishing the order. Instead, he will stop me and begin doing something else. This location don't ever get it right legit every time I go they screw up my coffee or better yet they don't got what I ordered. Went today for a Carmel ice coffee and it's as pale as rice I'm literally drinking cream and sugar right now! Only reason I even try coming to this location is because it's near my office! I have been coming here for coffee and occasional donuts for the kids over past couple years. The employees have always been very courteous, and they work hard to make the drive-thru quick and efficient. There are days when they are super crowded, and they're running like crazy (some people can order some wacky stuff at the drive-thru), but I've never had an order mixed up (important for kids), and they've always been appreciative of my business. On days when I see cars waiting in the street to get in the drive-thru line, I just avoid it, or I park and walk in. The iced coffees are really good here, and the kids are fans of strawberry frosted donuts. read more

Hands down, this is the worst dunkin donuts I've been to! There is a about a 40/60 chance that they will mess up your order. Going through the drive-thru, there was one particular employee who was rude & kept asking me inappropriate questions while I was waiting for my coffee. Can't say I'll be returning. read more

These folks are sleezy as it gets. My wife is handicapped and had a $25 gift card. They told her it had $10 and kept it forcing her to pay the difference. I confronted them and someone finally produced the gift card with money on it. No apology. read more

This staff is generally surly and rude, and treats you with a terse impatience, as though you are inconveniencing them. If you walk to the counter inside while a line forms at the drive-thru, they will serve every car outside while letting you wait. Their coffee is consistently watery and tastes awful. I have offered them several chances to redeem themselves. The last time, I purchased a small cup of coffee at the drive-thru and took it straight home before tasting it. I peeled off the lid to discover almost nothing but hot water and cream. Hardly any actual coffee. It doesn't seem right that they enjoy such a good location. I go to this DD every so often, but this is the time I have to write a review. I will contacting their corporate office as well after this. The staff has no clue how to conduct themselves and are rude. My gf was ordering and after every item they ask if "that it?" while we were in the middle of our order. She also ordered a latte and they didn't even get that right. They tried to charge us for more than we wanted. After I told him thats too much to the order, the guy got short like I was wrong. When ordering donuts, I felt like I was speaking to a def person and had to elevate my voice just so he could hear me a few feet away. Then he rudely corrects us after he kept reaching for the wrong donuts. I don't know how hard it is to listen and grab a donut, but come on. When we were sitting there trying to eat, another employee decided to sweep up under our feet and kept knocking into us. I agree with others comments about the coffee as well.. The only thing this place has going for it is the drive thru. I used to go there out of desperation for my coffee craving but realized it is not worth it just for the drive thru, I would much rather drive to the location on Riva Rd. and drag my 3 year old out of the car. The staff is beyond nasty and surly and 90% of the time my order was wrong. They usually do not honor the coupons that are out there and if they do accept it, they are even ruder. The prices are always different even when I always order the same thing. I tried ordering a small hot latee one day and the guy told me "it was too much work for them to make a small, I should order at least a medium." In my experience my iced coffee is good, but when I order hot coffee it often is bitter, watery or just nasty. The locality at the end of chinquapin is awesome but there ain't no drive-thru. I go here for Baskin Robbins, never DD (not sure why BR isn't even listed on Yelp). I'm shocked by all of the reviews. Every time I go here I receive great customer service. When I'm in the drive thru they make conversation. When I go into the store I'm helped immediately and greeted with smiling faces. I was even given free donuts. Whenever I need my ice cream fix, I look forward to coming here! read more

After many attempts at getting a coffee the way I asked this time they did it! The downside is that they overcharged me by a dollar and some change for the same thing I always get, I didnt notice until after I pulled out of the drive through line. I went to check the receipt and there wasn't one with my change or in the bag! I have never had a pleasant experience with the rude staff at this location, I will stick with Carlesons when on West st after this final attempt and getting screwed out of a dollar. read more

BOYCOTT 2004 West St Dunkin' Doughnuts.....I moved here last April and was pleasantly surprised to have a DD with a drive thru on my way to work. I usually make my own coffee but once every two weeks I'll stop in. I've been to this DD approximately 20 times. Every single time there is an issue whether its getting my order wrong or rudeness by the employees. I blame the management at this location. I can understand getting orders wrong but I can't overlook rudeness. This establishment is in need of new management. One way to do this is by boycotting this DD and hope corporate makes some changes because this DD is giving them a bad name. read more

I created an account and downloaded the Yelp app just so I could review this location. I will NEVER go here again. The man who takes orders in the morning is the rudest person I have ever encountered in the restaurant industry. He is impatient and mean. I cant believe they allow him to speak with customers. A new location opened on Riva Road and I am happy to go out of my way to get my DD treats from this new location so I never have to give business to the West St location again. read more

This place is no good. Ive been here 5 times and they always mess up my order! On top of it the staff here doesnt speak English. Since this is the most convenient location between my house and work, I tend to stop here in the mornings. If there is a woman on the speaker at the drive thru, my service is generally pleasant, although i still get asked at the window what I ordered and have to repeat myself so they can ring it up. However, the past few times it has been a gentleman and he has been so rude that I almost pulled out of the line today. I ordered my coffee and before i could say no sugar, just cream, he asked 'what else?'. I said that i would like cream in my coffee and no sugar and he YELLED at me that he already got it. I pull up to the window and they try to tell me that they already gave me my bagel. Um, no. That's an empty bag on my seat and I handed it to them to see for themselves. The bag still had the sticker receipt thing on it from yesterday, yet they still insisted that I had dumped the bagel into my purse to 'rip them off'. They finally started making me 'another' bagel (which was burned to hell and the wrong kind of bagel so I could't even eat it), and gave me the death stare the whole time. There is one girl at the drive thru that is extremely sweet, and they treat her like crap in front of customers. If I could just deal with her all the time, I wouldn't mind going there. Honestly I've been to a good amount of dunkin donuts. And this has got to be the worse one. It's a 60/40 shot that your order is going to be right. One time a guy who was taking the orders was trying to be quick and short with me. Well when I finally got up to the window and grabbed my coffee. I took a few sips. It was just water. Spit it out, swirled it around and tried again. Same thing. I had to go in and get a new one. When I did, the manager who was in the front complained to me and looked at the coffee and says it looks fine. Basically making a big deal about it infront of everyone. Making me look like an asshole. Even on the some days I go. These people are just plain assholes who sound like they drank half a pint of coffee. Even the lady who's almost always in the drive thru, has a tip jar!! Anyways, if you want quick shit coffee. Go here. Take my advice, go up the street on chinquapin rd. And go inside and have good service from there. Def not here. read more
