There is just one woman working there and she seems overly busy and distracted. She couldn't find my mobile order at first and was confused about it, then finally got it for me, but left the muffin off. Since that was a few offer, I decided to not say anything, because she seemed dismissive, probably from being the only one working the drive through and the inside of the store. Dunkin is my go to. Its iced coffee is soo good! The store is not always the cleanest but it's nothing you haven't seen before. Their donuts aren't always fresh either. I'll go and they'll taste a day old or so. I haven't tried much of their other menu items like the breakfast sandwich or breakfast burrito. I barely had a decent experience at any DD's from NY to Florida. Oh so many drive through wrong orders. Makes me shiver. This spot on the other hand was actually really great compared to any other DD experience I've ever had. Way way way better than any Starbucks. My friend is coming to town and DD is a favorite spot. I decided to check out my local store. I came in here yesterday and there was no clean table. I pointed it out to the man at the counter and he sent a young man with one paper towel, a spray bottle and a could-give-a-crap attitude. I pointed out the streaks and blobs running down the pony wall and he ignored me. I'm back today and it is no better. I cleaned my own table and when a family with two kids got up and left no one cleaned their table or any others. Horrible! When pulling up to the drive through I was greeted with "Yes". I kindly placed my order and absolutely could not understand what the person was saying. How do I delete my star? I give none!! My dad had surgery two days before Christmas, I normally frequent the Edgewater DD but wanted to get a special treat to take on my hospital visit. I ordered his usual "triple shot of espresso" and the Oreo ice cream sundae (?), when I pulled up the gentleman asked me if I had ordered the same thing the day before...I assumed my sister may have done the same on her visit to my dad and possibly surprised him with the usual "triple shot of espresso". But when I explained it must have seen my sister.... he accused me of ordering the and not paying!!!! Great Customer service! We ordered via the drive thru and when we got to the window I also asked for a cup of water. It was an extremely hot day. The owner told gave us a cold bottled water instead and told us to stay safe! Said he doesn't drink tap and doesn't expect us to either. Great unexpected bonus. We offered to pay but he refused. I love Dunkin Donuts. More than Starbucks. But THIS location sucks. The staff is always horribly rude. (Well except once when I was heading to work at 5am and the guy in the drive thru was leering and flirting with me...) The coffee tastes like shit. I asked for an iced coffee BLACK on more than one occasion and the coffee came out so loaded with cream that it's nearly white. It tastes like you're drinking a glass of watery milk, not coffee. If you're lucky enough to get your coffee made right, the coffee is horribly bitter. Their donuts are no better. I've frequently received the wrong order in the drive thru. The donuts are usually puny and taste like yesterday's leftovers. The last time I was inside, there were flies buzzing all over the donuts. No thanks. I don't know why I expect it to get better if I keep going back, its clearly not. If you want a good coffee experience, hit the DD on Kent Island. Now that's a great place. read more

I don't like leaving bad reviews and to be honest my overall experiences aren't in the ball park of 1 star, more like 2. I rated it 2 stars because this particular DD's has had some customer service issues for a while now. It's hot and cold with the friendliness of the staff. The other day I went in and got some coffee and the young kid behind the counter seemed almost annoyed that I came in. Like I was bothering him. I got no smile, no have a nice day or anything like that. Instead I got just a cold stare and "here's your coffee, now leave". This is the worst DD. The rudeness and impatience of the staff is unlike any other place ive been to. The prices always seem to change as well, notice how much you coffee costs one time vs another... shady? = yes. After pulling through the drive thru, i was asked "can I help you" 5 times after i told them i needed a minute to look at the menu. when asked the sixth time consecutively I told him i needed a minute then he said "its easier if you dont talk over me", what is that supposed to mean asshole? Then someone else got on and started saying the same thing, "can I help you, can I help you, can I help you, can I help you, hello, hello." all while I was trying to place my order. The food sucks, coffee is watery, staff is rude, impatient and can take direction no better than my 3 year old. The location of this place deserves way better management. Stopped at this location's drive through as it's a Baskin Robin's combo location. I ordered a milk shake... WOST MILKSHAKE EVER. It was extremely watery due to excessive amounts of milk... The service was not very good, however, they were very busy. I was also very disappointed by the donut holes "munchkins" we bought, it was 9:30am and they shouldn't have been as dry as they were. They were also not very well glazed, some were just plain. My breakfast sandwich was good but my wife's was partially burnt but still edible. Literally the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I've never written a yelp review before but this was too frustrating to ignore. I sat for 18 min in the drive thru with no issue at all because it was 8:30am and of course they are busy. I placed my order for a cold brew and when I recieved it, it was clearly almost white from the cream and when I tasted it, it had no coffee flavor at all so I asked if I could just get some cold brew added really quick. The guy at the drive through said NO at first and then a nicer man said he would do it and the rude man said THERE IS A LINE AROUND THE STORE as if I did not know this or sit it in waiting for my turn. If I am paying for something, I would appreciate even the smallest level of customer service and not being yelled at for asking for something to taste the way it SHOULD.
