Just happened to stop here since we were all in the mood for Boba. My daughter had chocolate with strawberry boba. I ordered the black Tea lychee nothing else added to it. It was very busy and despite that the young lady was very pleasant and patient. I must have waited for (felt like 15 minutes) and I went back to the counter to ask for my drink. The same young lady said "I forgot." I will say I was upset....however I understand things like this can happen. I patiently continued to wait and finally my order was ready. honestly nothing like what advertised. Crazy expensive I spent almost $20 on two drinks. I went to try something new for once and I regretted it, the matcha is meh quality and the blended drinks are chunky. its a stand alone in the middle of the mall so the ambience is kinda unsettling. This bubble tea kiosk is located by Macy's in the mall. I was excited to try their virgin mojito drinks as that was a first for me at a bubble tea place. I ordered a virgin lychee mojito with honey boba and light ice. My drink was ready in few minutes which was amazing because there was a line at the kiosk. I wish that there was more boba in the drink; compared to other chain boba places there was barely any boba in my drink. They also charge an extra .75 for toppings so given that I was paying extra, I thought I would receive more boba. However, the taste of the was great! I loved the mojito flavor and it was something new and refreshing after a hot day and walking around in the mall. I would definitely love to try the other mojito flavors such as the peach or mango but I just wish for $6 a drink, I could get more boba. read more

It was okay. I was here by happenstance and when I was walking around the mall, I saw this stall right in the middle and thought, "I got to try another brand of Bubble tea!". By the way, this is inside the Annapolis Mall, which was not bad at all. I liked how spacious this place was. They are a stall so the output is a bit slow in my opinion. I was in line for quite some time and the whole "pick up your order" process was a bit laggy and unclear as they do not shout your order. Instead, you would have to keep checking and guessing whether or not your order is ready. I usually just saw whoever was in front of me - if they got their drink, then I should be next. The flavor was a bit different from other choices that I am used to, but not bad overall. I would not saw that it blew me out of the water, but it did quench my thirst at the time. There is few seating options nearby and if would have to take off your mask to drink the drink so it was a bit of a struggle to figure out what to do after receiving your order. If you manage to get a seat and feel safe taking off your mask to drink, then you are good. read more

I had the mango passion tea + bubbles, 50% sugar as always. It was okay. A new tea spot for me, 1st timer .. the bubbles are ok. I usually judge tea shops by bubbles texture and taste. The texture wasn't as chewy, probably too soft. The tea was mediocre too, I wish there was more tea flavor. Although.. as I was waiting for my order, I wish I had order Thirsty Joe! This place takes a cup of iced tea to whole a different world. I got a "virgin mojito" , which is green tea with fresh mint leaves, lime, and I chose lychee as my fruit flavor. They also have mango other fruit flavors too. My daughter got a mango iced green tea, and it was nice and refreshing too. You can customize all their drinks. I went there previously and got their coconut milk tea with boba. That tasted great, was a like a drink and a dessert all in one. The service is fast and friendly. I absolutely loved the Lychee on Lychee tea that I got! They got the flavor spot on with the perfect amount of lychee jelly and sweetness(which you can adjust if you let them know). It was so good that I wish the size was bigger! It's really the same price as any other bubble tea place. They're also pretty quick getting you your tea even on a busy Sunday afternoon. This bubble tea shop is a stand in the mall. The boba was really sticky so maybe if you like that it would be good, but not the best for me.

This small boba tea island near the fountains of the annapolis mall has some of the best boba I've tasted. I mostly get the same thing ( their house milk tea) so I may be not as broad but with the drinks that I've tried, they have been very delightful. I've always been served with a smile and have never once had a bad time there. Their boba is made right in front of you so you know it's not store bought, and the tea is made the same. They have non tea drinks and include ice blended drinks as well. The wait for the boba is always the hardest to get through, due to the lines of people who want to have the boba but afterwards, the wait for your drink is quite fast. The price is a tiny bit over what I'd pay, but the drinks have a nice size where I can agree with. And the small island it's self has a wall of all the different teas so I can practice what I want to say and don't have to wait last minute to look at the other board that presents the options. And for a person who doesn't like to misspeak, this is ver helpful. Truly a charming spot in the mall. read more

While I did like my tea, Rose from San Francisco, I can't give this place more than 3 stars (even that is generous) when you take into consideration what you get for the prices they charge. Signs say "all natural," but it sure tastes super processed to me. My drink straight up tasted like the syrup from canned lychee, and lots of it. Thankfully it was balanced out by the aroma of the Jasmine tea. Their price for a regular size is how much they'd charge for a large at other bubble tea chains. Menu's also very limited. When I went, the one guy manning the register was lazy. There were at least 3 orders ahead of me. I saw one guy making the drinks at the back, while the other guy was just there talking to him. He saw people going to the register to order, but he just continued standing there watching the other one work. He clearly didn't give an ounce of care about customer service, because he could have easily acknowledged the people waiting by saying he'd be a minute. Unfortunately, this is the only bubble tea place so far in Annapolis, at least I think. I'd hate to think bubble tea novices think this is the standard. I got the golden harvest 50% sweet and he got the thirsty joe 25%. His was hardly sweet and it was sweeter than mine LOL.!it was just very fair, not worth the 5 buck price per drink. Could hardly taste the tea, it was like milky water with boba. The menu makes everything sound so fantastic and the actual reality when you get the drink is a huge letdown. This place is terrible. I have tried it several times hoping it would get better. The bubbles are hard and the tea is bitter. Also, they will not make your tea without sugar. Maybe they want to try and cover up how terrible the tea is. The staff is unfriendly and arrogant. The last time I tried their tea, I accidentally dropped my cup while trying to put the straw in. Tea went all over the mall floor. Instead of offering help, the staff laughed then looked away. I will never be back. read more

My experience today was horrible I'm the kind of person that never complains but what happen today was so disrespectful, I orders two drinks, the lady that was taking my order was checking a tablet I'm guessing is a door dash tablet, at the same time I was ordering, she got both of my drinks wrong, when I told her if its extra I dont mind paying the difference then she raised her voice saying the drinks she was giving me were the ones I ordered I said no, she did fixed them but as she was doing it she was growling super loud and throwing stuff around and talking to the other girl she was working with my little brother felt so bad and scared because she was making those sounds, like if he did something wrong, I always come to this place never had a problem till today I wasn't asking for free drinks, I just think this was very rude and unprofessional, maybe this girl was having a bad day but that was not the way to act specially infront of a kid read more

I love the drinks here, however it seems like EVERY time I come to the mall lately they're "closed", despite it being during their normal business hours. I've even started calling to see if they'll be there before I waste my time walking through the mall, just to see that they're closed. Yesterday I called and was told that they were open. We walked through shortly after, and they were "closed" for break. So we got food from the food court, and returned at 2, when the sign said they would return. No one came, and there were 4 other people waiting in line. After waiting for a while we just decided to leave. Customer service is awesome! I got Lychee on Lychee (decided to try something new, without even knowing what lychee was) and I did not like the flavor of it, it is too strong and powerful. I went to buy a new drink and the lady gave me to try some flavors out as I told her the other one wasn't my favorite (she said that one isn't for everyone), and then gave me Peach on Peach without even paying again! So, the pickings for bubble tea in Annapolis are VERY slim. This is definitely the best in town, although I would still prefer a place where the smoothies were actually made of real fruit rather than a powder. In any case, the boba/bubbles are always a good consistency and the smoothies are tasty. We are fans of the mango and taro slush. I have had a number of teas and they were always good. I like that you can customize the sweetness, even for the smoothies. My kids are fine with 75% sweet, and I usually go with 25 or 50% sweet for my teas. Would be nice if their website would provide more info on the ingredients and nutritional info. read more
