Went to Dunkin on Riva Road as I usually do before work this morning around 7am ish, the young girl didn't greet me with a hello or a high or actually speak at all when handing me my order. I have never had an issue with this location, but If you're going to work in the food industry at least smile and if someone says good morning it would be nice to get a response. She definitely doesn't need to be working the drive thru window or have customer contact with that attitude. read more

Was in the neighborhood and wanted coffee. I was happy when I saw this Dunkin. I placed my order ahead on the app and it was ready upon my arrival. On a Sunday it wasn't too busy at all. My drink wasn't bad. Getting out of this lot is very confusing and during busy times, I'm sure it's dangerous. read more

This location has the longest Dunkin drive-thru line I have ever waited in. Additionally, getting out of the lane is difficult because the entrance/exits are either right turn only, or stoplight dictated. The drink I got tasted watered down. Probably will not return to this particular location. read more

I used to go here a Lot before work. Yes, if you're an early riser for work there may be a long line waiting for you; but let me tell you, the staff move fast! I've never waiting longer than 10 minutes in that line. Iff you've seen how long it gets, that's pretty good timing. I also have the simplest orders lol so my stuff is always ready to go. Bottom Line: A newish and very nice DD location with a bright interior and drive through. My SO had to go to the MVA around the corner so I volunteered to get coffee for us while he waited in line. Dunkin Donuts was the closest so I popped in not realizing that this location is newish and really nice. The location was larger than the handful of other ones I've been in and it was nice and bright. They have small tables, a high top community table and counters/bars around the windows. To make the stay a little more pleasant there were outlets and USB charging stations throughout. There was also a big screen TV showing the news. For those not wanting to explore the festive orange and pink interior, there is a drive thru too. The employees were prompt and friendly and the coffee was hot. read more

I came through this Dunkin after getting a drink at a different one. My drink had been made incorrectly and had milk in it instead of oat milk. The person on the drive thru (lobby closed) would not help us. They said there's nothing they can do for us. I had the drink in my hand. I was surprised. Very disappointed while I was trying to taste their new oat milk. Took my business to Starbucks instead. read more

Love Dunkin. My coffee is hot and delicious. It's worth the stop, mainly if you use the app to order ahead.

New Englanders know a few things: how to survive in cold weather, sports and donuts (the original DD is still alive and well in Quincy MA). We give directions referencing donuts: "take a left at the light, turn right at Dunkin, and then double park in front of where you are going"; directions must always involve a DD because they are everywhere and unless someone is really not paying attention, how can you miss it? Needing some munchkins (yes, it was a NEED) I went in around 7:30PM on June 14th and was surprised to see customers sitting, laptops and phones plugged in with what looked like more outlets than I have seen in airports. I decided to go back today because I was craving a bagel with cream cheese, not too hard to mess up. They gave me a bagel, without cream cheese. Rey convenient location for drive thru to get coffee before boarding DC commuter bus. I've used drive thru in early morning several times and they are very efficient and friendly. Stop in store this weekend to get a coffee and read paper. They had a line and lots of people behind counter, but no one helped. When someone did show, he got my order wrong three times. Good that I look at the screen. Maybe s bad day for this server. Picked up latte at drive thru this week (10/15/19). They did not put on lid correctly, so it spilled in my car. Gave me napkins to clean up problem they caused, but nothing else. Complained to customer service email, but no response after 1 week. Not a quality location! read more

This is possibly the worst 17$ I have ever spent on food. It took me 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru. And when I got up there I could not understand anything. I didn't even get to order what I wanted. Not that it would of probably mattered, because the food was terrible. 17$ for 2 iced coffees, 2 sandwiches and 2 doughnuts. I went here today instead of Starbucks so I didn't need to get out of my car. Worst (and laziest) mistake possible. At least make it audible to hear orders and understand what you are ordering. I bought a sausage, egg, & cheese croissant this morning and was hugely impressed with the heft of this sandwich. I was similarly impressed with its lack of taste. I could tell that there was a sausage patty present because I could see it, but it was utterly devoid of taste. It must have been included as a filler because it made no other meaningful contribution to the sandwich. Perhaps it was included to promote the ketchup industry. Wow! This is the best Dunkin' Donuts location I have been to in a long time. I typically visit the one on West St. since moving to Annapolis over a year ago but after regular harassment about leaving a tip and disappointing service and quality at times, I decided to try this one out this morning. Upon pulling up, it was already a pleasant experience. The building just seemed bright and open. They were extremely busy but that didn't seem to reflect negatively on their customer service. I was greeted with a smile and a "good morning" - the coffee was nice and hot, not bitter and cooled down. The donut was fresh beyond belief....the atmosphere - who knew a morning coffee could be so invigorating LOL. This is my new location. I will drive the few miles out of my way! read more

Found a black curly hair in my sandwich which definitely isn't from anyone in my family because we all have straight/ light colored hair. Workers don't wear hair nets so be careful when eating your food and look for hair. read more
