I made a walk in pick up order. I grabbed my order and when I went to look at it I didn't get the right things. The sandwhich I ordered came with white cheddar but I selected American cheese instead. This is by far the worst Dunkin. The employees are rude and incompetent. If they weren't so busy discussing their personal lives they may actually be able to get the customers orders done. I ordered a frozen coffee and repeated the order 7 times since they kept ringing up the wrong order! Then I got a lecture that I should be patient from some 20 something yr old, seriously I am 73.. Best of all there were 5 other customers who were there when I came ...still waiting for their orders, which they 'forgot'? To make. I absolutely am a Dunkin' holic. I love their iced coffee. I frequently go to the Antioch,IL location and they get my drink order correct every time. I live in WI so the one that's closest is the Kenosha location and I went through their drive thru 6 years straight on my way to Amazon. I needed the caffeine to make it through 3rd shift. read more

We order from this Dunkin sometimes as often as 3 times a week on the app and lately our orders have taking 20 minutes to be made and they are wrong when we get them. Our bagels haven't been toasted the last two times. Today my drink order was wrong and the manager told us, the paying customers, that we shouldn't have waited 45 minutes to pick up our order, which wasn't even what happened; We ate our food while it was hot and then worried about the coffee, which I think is what most logical people would do if they were already home with their order and had food that would be getting cold. It's a HOT coffee, I wasn't exactly sipping on it immediately to know this was an issue right away either. We'll just go somewhere where they can get our order right from now on if that is how you treat your paying customers. I live in Antioch and have been lost, dazed and confused since the old DD closed in 2011. Now, I have a purpose in life again....eat Donuts and drink more Coffee! The old place was a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins. This new store is just Dunkin Donuts. They seem to be trying to make the new place look and feel more like a coffee shop. They now have an indoor area with comfortable seating and WiFi and have added outdoor tables and umbrellas too. Since there's no real coffee shops in Antioch, this is great! These employees work hard and probably for minimum wage. That downtown Antioch Dunkin is clean, friendly, fast. IT'S TIME TO MAKE THE DONUTS Back in 2011 something terrible happen to downtown Antioch...they stopped making the Dunkin Donuts. In fact, the DD in town closed and the towns people were lost. It was a sad day for donut lovers everywhere. Well now it's time to celebrate as one of my favorite little small towns gets there Dunkin Donuts back. I believe this is how Stella got her groove back by eating donuts. I call that a fun fact plus I also totally made that one up. So it's kind of a fun lie. So we will just have to ask Stella. At 5 am you can walk in and grab a giant cup of joe and a donut or in my case an Iced Coffee but you won't see me at 5am unless there's an emergency. My fellow Yelper Casey (former Antioch resident) asked me where the new location was at and I will tell you what I told him. It is located near the Piggly Wiggly, which is a grocery store, in case you didn't know. So make sure you stop by and welcome them back to downtown Antioch. We can't afford losing Dunkin Donuts again for another 2 years. So show them some love and buy some donuts. As long as we keep showing up, then they will keep making them. read more

Every time I have gone to this location, the staff have always been very friendly and are able to deliver a complicated order very quickly, even when crowded. The coffee is always made exactly how it is ordered and even tastes better then other Dunkin' Donuts' in the area. The inside area is always clean and well maintained, and contains a nice side sitting area for smaller groups. Overall, this Dunkin' Donuts is one of the better ones I've been to, and I plan to continue visiting here for the foreseeable future. read more

This Dunkin' has it together! Speedy service of your food and drink orders and always very friendly. The only downside to this location is no drive thru and no handicap entrance button for the doors. The first time we came here a gentleman in an electric wheelchair asked us to get the door for him bc he couldn't with his disability. read more

After living in Antioch for the last few years and visiting this location often, I can't say enough positive things. The staff is unbelievably friendly. I specifically put my young daughter in line by herself to build confidence. They treat her exactly the same as the adults in line. This place has undergone so many transformations, you would think that there would be some type of television show about it! The newest version of this DD is very modern, though the layout is still kind of bizarre and the set up of the condiment bar does make the entrance feel a little bit crowded. I will say the staff have been very friendly and the place is always clean. One of the reasons I like DD is that I can order a simple iced coffee with vanilla. DD recently introduced something called the vanilla swirl...which is apparently different than if you just say vanilla.
