When we (my husband and I) arrived we placed an order EVA gave us our number and gestured that we can sit anywhere we chose. While we were waiting for our food I was quietly observing her, she wiped down all dining table, positioned them correctly, scooted all the chair in, picked up and discarded an empty cup sitting on counter, checked with the kitchen while keeping an eye on everyone coming in. I actually watched a video on their history and learned they use a commissary kitchen to ensure the flavor stays consistent across all locations, which makes sense. It's a solid, reliable local chain and a really nice alternative to the usual burger or chicken franchises. As a massive bonus, there is a Rainbow Cone ice cream parlor right inside the building! Our office actually had their truck visit us before, so we already knew how good it is.
