I was amazed at the efficiency and speed of the employees at this location especially considering how busy it was. I came in mid-morning on a weekday and there were probably about 20 people going in and out during the short time I was there. My order was made both freshly and accurately. Just as a side note, when I went here in June 2025, the seating area was cordoned off and the only option was takeout. I'm not sure if this was a temporary situation, but I thought I would mention it just for the benefit of anyone who was planning on relaxing here or getting any work done. read more

First of all, the temperature in this store is never less than 90 to 100 degrees. It's ridiculous. Secondly it is one of the slowest Dunkin's I have ever been in...even when you order ahead for pickup, you can't slow your roll long enough to not have to wait. The coffee is always Hot and Delicious. Muffins are delicious. I have a question, maybe Dunkin can answer. I buy Dunkin Coffee all the time, I also buy Dunkin Cream.Never taste like what you make in Dunkin. I use cold water, and use a Perculator. I buy from Publix and I buy from Costco. Costco price is up and instead of coffee in the canister 150 cups they carry only 130. I know prices have gone up on most every thing. Is the coffee a little different than your stores? 2-16-23 Came here as my hubby this is his daily ritual every day. So going out of town for the weekend is not going to change that fact. He's a Boston guy born and raised so some things will never change. The only problem in Downtown Atlanta is that coffee shops are not in obvious places nor on every street corner. We Googled mapped here that takes you to a parking lot where you naturally have to pay to park. Once out of the car you are on a scavenger hunt just to find this location. I knew it existed because of the Yelp reviews. Once we open the door no seating just buy and go. Hubby gets his usual extra large coffee sweet and creamy with a blueberry muffin with butter. I get a Hibiscus hot tea small and a chocolate glazed donut. The tea was amazing but for me not the sole reason to ever come here. As for the donut a couple hours later it made it's way to the pain in my chest. Can I say gotta get off the grease and fast food. read more

I ordered through Uber eats for a total of three times over the course of three months. Each time it has been a bad experience. The breakfast wraps were poorly made with microwave burnt cheese, the donuts were stale, and the coffee didn't have the Dunkin flavor. I ordered ice coffee and there was never a straw that was provided to me. I am not sure how I am supposed to drink an iced coffee without a straw. I would like for management to give me a response as to why they have such poor food quality at this location. My local Dunkin is not like this at all. I know how the items are suppose to taste and this location fails at it miserably. This needs to be escalated to the district or the person that is over franchises. This is the closest location to my home but I never used it before due to it being located downtown and paid parking only on the street outside of the location. Due to the corona virus, parking payments are not being enforced so I decided to give this location a try. I was able to park right out front of the store, place my order on the mobile app and pick up my order within 3 minutes. The guys working were polite and it was a positive experience. My drink was made perfectly, consistent with all other locations. I will use this location again now that I know it's not as much of a pain to get to as a I thought! read more

Omg! I don't know who hired the guy in there but his dire need to act like he's always right is always wrong. This is the 2nd time he's gotten my order wrong then would argue to prove that he told you but then gets it wrong when he asks you. It's like he comes to work under the influence or something because last time I was there he argued at 6 in the morning with the woman about my order and STILL got my order wrong! Perfect for a quick stop and go. Located between GSU buildings and the Peachtree Center Marta station, you can grab a quick coffee or donut or sandwich on your way to class. I'd come to this Dunkin before to get some work done before heading to the airport. The other patrons were a little rough - I wouldn't have left my purse or laptop on the table to pick up my coffee at the pick up station for sure... I was in dire need of some caffeine before going to a show at the Rialto. I got two small coffees to go, and they did a good job tracking my exact order: one with all the works (sugar and cream) and the other with skim milk and one sugar (instead of the usual two). It was really quick, which would have been outrageous if it had been slow, seeing as there was no line and three bored workers. Avoid peak hours and you're good to go! read more

Out walking the streets of Atlanta and it was quite chilly outside. Spotted this lovely place and grabbed a hot chocolate. I got a small dunkinachino (I think that's right). My first time ever in a Dunkin as I don't drink coffee or hot beverages usually. This was delicious and perfect to walk around the cold streets of Atlanta. We had a short walk to the Ferris wheel. Why did I go: I was craving some donuts and this is the closest donut shop right by Georgia State University. Location: This location waskind of hidden in downtown. Close to the Peachtree Marta station and right off of Peachtree. I almost walked right past it, but thank gosh I was walking with my friend who pointed the shop out. Customer service: the cashier and manager were so nice! When I asked what one of the donuts I was contemplating to buy or not, they let me sample it. They were so welcoming! I got what I ordered very fast too! What I ordered: I ordered 3 donuts, a breakfast sandwich, and a vanilla chai tea latte. Tasty: The donut with a chocolate icing top was a little dry, the powered donut was moist and yummy, and the glazed donut was on point! The latte had too much vanilla so it was hard to taste the chair part, but the breakfast sandwich was very yummy! Price: For all 5 items, I paid $10! They are super cheap compared to Starbuck's. Overall: I can't say I will go back there, but I can't say I won't either. I've been coming here pretty much on a frequent basis (since it's the only Dunkin' Donuts within a five mile radius of my campus, it's way cheaper than Starbuck's aka Fourbucks, and I come here during a work break or in between classes. The coffee tastes good (although I'm not much of a fan of the dark roast, but that's just me and has no reflection on the establishment whatsoever). I used to really like their 99 cent coffee deal during the summer, and I just got their $1.99 medium latte/coffee deal today. I got a sugar cookie latte with a donut for $3.39, which is over a dollar less than a drink at Starbuck's. In the summer, I usually opt for their iced coffees, such as hazelnut, butter pecan, and cookie dough (the third flavor was for a promotion, I guess to tie in with their partner, Baskin Robbins', ice cream flavors). Nonetheless, every time it was good. Good place to do homework (yay, free wi-fi!). Two donuts and a medium coffee for $3.29. Did I already mention that this is way cheaper and better of a deal than the overpriced Fourbucks across the street? Good, well I'm repeating it again since I made the mistake of going to them and not here. If you're a GSU student, you get a ten percent discount on your purchase, so it winds up being like $2.99 for two donuts and a medium hot/iced coffee. That's still really good. Now, why did I give this place four stars and not five? I feel like the manager of this place (who knows me as a regular) can come across as direct and rude, even when she doesn't mean it. The line can be very long sometimes, sometimes upwards to 15-20 minutes. Seating seems a bit limited, but they try their best. All in all, this is a great location for good coffee. It probably could have 5 stars if the cashiers weren't so rude. Despite me coming here for the past two years (student at GSU) and showing my student ID to the same cashier and wearing a backpack, they still 'forget' to give me a discount. I'd been going to the Starbucks around the corner from here for months, but I was always disappointed in some way. Either the iced coffee tasted burnt or they ran out of the iced tea I wanted. Today I finally decided to try something new and was pleasantly surprised. I walked into this Dunkin' Donuts and was met with incredibly friendly and efficient service. Since the square footage in this store was very tight the people working the counter knew that speed was essential. I ordered my iced coffee and had it in my hands in less than a minute. When I took a sip, lo and behold, it wasn't burnt. It tasted good (as much as American coffee can) which started my day off right. Sometimes you need a caffeine shot to begin the day so before you turn your nose up at this classic institution I would recommend you give them a try. This Dunkin Donuts is okay for when you are downtown. You'll need to pay to park around it and that's what's gonna keep me away. I love DD's coffee though. This location is rather small and a bit dank and dark for my taste. Also, they don't seem to care about the lobby area very much. The trash was over flowing when I was there. This Dunkin' location is always, ALWAYS busy. However, don't be afraid of the length of the line when you walk in because they move pretty fast. However, the baristas can be ineffiecient when calling out orders. It is easy to give the wrong person the wrong order because there isn't much organization around how they deliver the final order. Every time I go here the coffee is consistent. The staff is generally nice. You do have to request a key to use the restroom. I wouldn't recommend going here trying to read a book or anything of that nature. The noise level makes it hard to do so. FYI: Sometimes the DD App doesn't work for this location. Love love love LOVE this place. It is so convenient and perfectly located right next to GSU campus. It is so hard for me to avoid this place when I get off of Marta in the mornings haha. Service here is so fast and the employees are so sweet! I always get their iced coffee no matter what the weather is like outside. With or without the optional flavorings (vanilla, hazelnut, etc.) it still tastes great! Coffee just the way I like it :) Drinks here also aren't overly priced which is another plus for a college student like me. Speaking of which, if you're a GSU student make sure you flash your student ID and get that 10% discount! You can never go wrong with their bagels and hash browns. Dunkin' donuts: overall great coffee and breakfast food. This location is nearby many businesses and Georgia state, and right beside the public library in the Fairlie Poplar district of downtown Atlanta. The store is very small for the size of a crowd their location attracts, and there is almost always a line of people all around the store. Don't plan to do a quick trip in, you can expect to spend about 15 min in line in the mornings (before 10:30am). It also seems a bit dingy or out of date in comparison to other Dunkin Donuts I have visited. However, the staff is nice and friendly, and they do try to get you your food fast once they take your order. Nothing fantastic about this place, but nothing to deter me from returning, which is why I am giving them three stars. In my opinion, if you are looking for a bagel or donut in this area, the DD is still your best option. And how can you not like their flavored seasonal coffees? read more

This is my absolute FAVORITE Dunkin' Donuts location! It is close to my job and very easy to get to once I get off the train (Peachtree Center Station). The staff here is AWESOME and my coffee and food are ALWAYS perfect. The staff is super friendly and it feels so nice when my regular order is remembered.
