That's completely on me, and I should have requested that it be left off. While the apple butter wasn't my personal preference, I don't want to take away from the quality of the sandwich itself. The croissant was fresh, the bacon, egg, and cheese were generous, and I can absolutely see why someone who enjoys a sweet and savory breakfast sandwich would love it. Fake egg, limp bacon, flavorless and doughy bagel. I would have skipped on this entirely had I known they were going to grab a bag from their grab-n-go section and put it in a microwave. Totally not worth $9. Skip unless you're starving and simply need the calories.
