The manager was extremely rude & stated pup cups are not free & its always been "Dunkin" policy.

I love Dunkin' and I prefer it over Starbucks. This is not my typical Dunkin' but wow, they need a manager in there to change the culture. I walked up from Walgreens and saw the drive thru line all the way out into Garfield Rd (it's 11am on a Saturday!). I get it, I would expect that on a morning-rush, but oh well...people want their coffee later this morning. What didn't feel good is when I walked in....There was one employee working hard, everybody else were having a conversation and standing around. I get having fun at work, but the urgency inside did not match the demand outside and now inside the restaurant. Luckily this isn't MY Dunkin', but sad for the ones that do call it theirs. read more

We have been turned away several times in the past month because the "order machine" was down. So you can't take money in exchange for a coffee because you can't take an order on a machine or is it because it was close to closing time and you don't feel like working? We were to early on our outing to the Aurora Farms Outlets. So we decided to go for a cup of coffee. This was the closest coffee shop so we headed there to buy two cups of coffee. We were parking and another car just entered the lot speeding in. Hmmm.. someone needed their caffeine fix right away I guess! We went inside and we placed our coffee orders. I asked if they had Splenda or Stevia, they had Splenda. They didn't tell me that they put everything in the coffee so o did not ask at that moment for creamer. When the coffee was served piping hot, they didn't have coffee sleeves. My husband asked for a second coffee cup so that he could hold it. I took the lid off and it was black coffee. I thought all the sugars, creamers and everything else would have been somewhere that I could add it in. I know because of this pandemic things have changed, so I should have known that I would have needed to ask for creamer upfront but I didn't think of it. I wish the young lady would have asked if I wanted creamer. So there are some points that are not there fault. Like the crazy driver from the beginning, nor the pandemic and the way things have changed for hygienic purposes. What really got to me was the fact that this is a coffee shop and that first sip of coffee tasted watered down. It was disappointing. So I left my coffee in the car. It was freezing outside. We walked around Aurora Farms Outlet, I was a long time before we got back. The coffee was still warm, can you believe that! Well I decided to drink it, it was better. There were coffee grinds in my last sip, they must have made the coffee stronger. read more

I went to the drive thru on Friday 11/15. Gave my order and repeated it back to the lady twice. When i pull up to the window, I was given a hot coffee. Kindly asked for Iced coffee as that is what i ordered. The girl running the drive through orders yells extremely loud, whats wrong with people, Tell me your orders wrong when i take it. She proceeded to say this 3 more time and the girl at the window as well. I can hear them. I am sorry for the mistake, however there are 6 of them working. Mostly gossiping. Which is why she had to ask me to repeat my order mulitple times and why she put hot vs iced in. It was poor and rude customer services. I wasnt upset about the mistake, very polite and apologized.. Mistakes happen, no big deal. But to act that way towards me was uncalled for and disrpectful.. I frequent the Kent location, daily. never have this issue read more

What the hell is with the slowness of this location? Every time I come here there's a line literally going all the way into traffic? Are ya'll really working that slow? All I wanted was a box of munchkins from here for my co-workers and I and now I've changed my mind. i would leave this with 0 stars, but i can't i am prefacing this by starting that this isn't my only bad experience with this dunkin. half the time i go here, it tastes like pee water. this time, we order 2 vanilla coffees with cream and 2 sandwiches with eggs and bacon and cheese. Skip this location. I went for a coffee and a donut as a treat and i regret it. I walk in. No ones there. the young lady says "somebody will be right with you". Ten minutes go by. I say "hello", the kid from the drive through window says "somebody will be right with you". At this point I hear, young lady number 1 say, that's what I told her, but she keeps staring at me. Umm, sorry for expecting you to do your job. at this point she goes behind the register and glares at me. Doesn't say one word. I place my order. She gives me my stuff. Not one word. Needless to say, the latte tasted like shit, she burned the milk or something. so, yeah. Skip this location. Maybe go to the Solon one where they are not offended when customers expect them to do their jobs. And they actually greet you with a smile. read more

Place looks closed at 1:55pm. Doors locked and no sign on the door advising that the inside is closed. Seems like it would be helpful for someone who wants donuts to be able to see what they have. There were two cars in the lot and as we were getting back into our car a worker came out and walked to her car, but otherwise very few signs of life to the effect thar we thought perhaps this location had closed. Surprisingly, there was actually a car in drive thru, but by then we were already driving to a different location. Basically, if in Aurora and you want Dunkin', it is infinitely better to just keep driving to Solon and avoid the confusion. read more

Coffee was hot and fresh and made exactly to my liking. after reading the reviews I was skeptical, of the service as well as the wait, but the staff was extremely cordial and helpful and the wait was what you would expect from drive thru speedy. The person assisting me, Aniya, was super helpful and actually seemed interested in my order, and confirming it was made correctly. read more

"Sorry we are not serving food this morning but have some drinks" 7:30am on a Tuesday. "Sorry we are out of doughnuts" 9:03am on a Friday. This location is a disaster and always has been. There has been a recent staff turnover and the service is friendly and excellent. However, the management (or whoever is in charge) are unable to setup the staff with basic supplies to conduct business. Recommend you avoid this location and visit one in the surrounding cities. read more

I am very frequent at this location and the staff is always great. Sometimes on a busy day my mobile order gets mixed up or they forget some items in my order but if I go around again they fix it right away. Inside it is usually clean and there are many tables. My drink and food are always made right and the staff is so fast. I will be going again and I recommend. read more

I went to the Dunkin' Donuts in Aurora today, the doors were open so I walked in because you can't pick donuts from the drive-through. I was told that they are only excepting drive-through and mobile orders. I got back in my car, went to the drive-through, Tried to order a breakfast sandwich and was told they couldn't do any food orders. Why are you even open? Really this is a question I would really like an answer. I can make coffee at home. It's the same reason I don't go to Starbucks. Unbelievable I will never go back there again. I'll drive all the way to Streetsboro rather than go to the one in Aurora. I just want to add that I just came from the Streetsboro Dunkin' Donuts, they had seven people working when I walked in and one went off shift while I was there. The inside of the restaurant was dirty, like it wasn't swept or mopped, the girl just put the donuts in the bag and the chocolate came off the donut and stucked to the bottom of the bag. Also the sausage, egg & cheese with extra bacon was cold. I feel this young lady didn't care about what she was doing. This is one of my favorite Dunkin' locations. The donuts are always fresh and the staff are friendly. My mom really likes the coffee at this location. We come here a couple times per year typically for the Valentine's day promotional donuts and the Halloween promotional donuts. We go inside to eat or pick-up but they also have a drive-thru which is convenient for on-the-go people. I've never had any complaints with the quality and freshness of products at this Dunkin' and there is good availability and variety of products, both traditional and promotional. read more

Best coffee ever I live closer to another Dunkin' but I drive the extra 10 minutes for this one.

New location for 2013. I am one of those people who go to Dunkin Donuts and do not buy donuts or coffee. I like their sandwiches, especially breakfast sandwiches, and flatbreads. I also like their iced tea. This location is among the best I have ever visited. Friendly, timely service. Quality food. If you have the need, stop here. read more

I stopped in this morning for donuts. I ordered two chocolate iced, creme filled. The person at the counter took them from the correct spot on the rack. At my office, I discovered the donuts were chocolate iced, custard filled. They were thrown in the trash. How incompetent can you be to not even put your own donuts in the right space on the shelf. They are on opposite ends of the rack to prevent this level. I can only guess after seeing the other reviews that the staff lacks any management team. read more

I like Dunkin' Donuts, but not this location at all. Extremely rude person at drive up window. I have a disability, and asked for two dozen donuts in their small boxes that are easier to manage with my disability, I need to use crutches. I asked for a bag to carry the boxes in, and was told very curtly that they don't have bags. Two weeks earlier, I bought one and a half dozen donuts which were put in small boxes, and I was given a good size plastic bag to carry the boxes in. The person this time made sure I knew how irritated she was during the whole interaction. Having a disability isn't exactly a walk in the park, and then on top of that you run into a miserable person like this who I'm sure has never heard the terms customer service. But, I guess I should have expected this if I had read earlier some of the posted reviews about people who work at this location. Picked up two dozen donuts this morning for a large group at raised and glazed donuts. What a fantastic experience and the best donuts I've had. When I arrived there I called to let them know, and they brought the donuts out to my car so I wouldn't have to walk in with crutches and carry the donuts out. On Mother's Day I went through the drive through and discovered upon arriving at my mom's that two of the three specialty coffees I ordered were made incorrectly and could not be consumed. The cappuccino was a full cup of coffee and cream, and not a cappuccino, and the regular coffee had sugar- which could not be consumed by a diabetic. Very disappointing performance. This team ought to consider adding some quality control to its window service. read more

This is my least favorite Dunkin around. Consistently slow service, consistently rude associates, and consistently improper orders. There's a sign by the drive-thru window that states that they will remake any order that's wrong. DO NOT try this, they will just argue with you that that gave you what you ordered. read more

If you want amazing customer service stay away from this place! I was not greeted when I walked in the door. It took several minutes for someone to help me. The girl came to the register and just stared at me. There was no 'may I help you' stated or anything. I ordered a sandwich with my coffee. She set my coffee down on the counter and did not even state it was mine. She set it down and walked away. Another girl made my sandwich. She barely wrapped it and threw it into a bag. She set it on the counter. Did not roll the bag. She did not even look at me. She set it on the counter and walked away. Horrible customer service!!! Train your staff to be more friendly. "How may I help you" and "have a nice day" goes a long way! I will be avoiding this place and telling others to stay clear. Starbucks is right up the street. We recently relocated to this area and was was excited there was a Dunkin' Donuts within walking distance. Unfortunately after many visits, I won't be going to this location again. Issues: 1. Long wait for service if you go inside even if there is no one else there (apparently it is quicker through the drive in since it is timed), I often see employees gathered by the drive in window area, but they don't often help at in store registers. 2. Mixed up orders-I order my coffee with cream and sugar and my husband generally orders flavored coffee with cream and no sugar. More times than not they give me no sugar and one time gave him sugar (he is diabetic). At times we order separately which helps, but if only one of us has money and we order together, it is an issue. 3. The last straw-I ordered coffee at the drive in when I was by myself. Due to the ongoing issues, I pulled ahead of the window and tasted my coffee. It was cold! I parked and went inside with my cup. I then waited a long time for assistance and when the cashier finally was available, I told her i just purchased my coffee at the drive in and it was cold, asking for a hot coffee. She gave me another cup and I tasted it in front of her and told her this was cold also, and asked for my money back. She seemed skeptical but gave me my money back. I told her she could put her finger in the cup to verify, but she declined. I then told her she should inform management as there was obviously something wrong.
