Went here at the beginning of the week. I mainly wanted to write a review to recognize a worker who helped reset my mood and kick started me back into my happy go lucky self. Kia was the person who made my drink. She was very cheery and pleasant. I was sad when I went to get my drink, but by the time I drove off I managed to put a smile on my face after 7 consecutive days of stress. Truly brightened my day. It's truly a testatement to the kind of person and employee she is. Loved that she carries such a positive disposition. I would keep her around and promote her if you already haven't. Do not come here. They have no idea how to put an order in. It took 2 people about 5 minutes just to type my coffee order in, and they ended up giving me the wrong thing anyway. They do not keep the register stocked with change, that took another few minutes. I asked for a donut and the guy glanced at the donut rack for about 0.2 seconds and said they don't have the type I wanted. I had to point out where they were. This specific Dunkin' location is my go to in the morning on the way to work. Recently, I've been pretty disappointed in their service. Lately the drive thru takes forever in the morning. Sometimes it seems like they're short staffed, which I totally understand, and other times there's multiple people that appear to just be standing around. I watched someone make my coffee and put it at the window, but it wasn't handed to me for minutes after that. I've had my orders completely wrong and missing items. There was nobody in the store however I was waiting to order for 15 minutes and nobody came to take my order. There seemed to be only 1 or 2 people working which is obviously not their fault however it was ridiculous. The drive through times were also way over the amount that they should have been. Ended up leaving after 15 minutes went by bc at that point I would have been running late. Will not be visiting this Dunkin again read more

I'm so glad this place opened up near me! It's clean and the staff is so friendly! A few times I've had my drunk order messed up or forgotten but I've chalked that up to growing pains of a new business. The DD app is great! So many deals and rewards at your fingertips! Also, they decorate the menu and donuts seasonally. The Halloween donuts and names were so cute! This would make a great spot to sit and read or study. This location has a drive thru as well! Staff at this location have always been courteous, but they have been in such a chronic supply crisis that I wI'll no longer visit. Today, as of 1:30 PM, they told me (after I mobile-ordered a half-dozen donuts for a car full of children) that they had no donuts. No donuts at all, and no munchkins, with over 8 hours to go in the day. At Dunkin Donuts. This smells like a cost-saving measure meant to prevent over-production, but clearly they're doing it at the expense of customers. Avoid. read more

This location is very convenient off Route 65. The drive service is pretty fast and sometimes I like to just go inside and check out the donuts. The breakfast sandwiches are good too - my favorite is the English muffin - egg -bacon and cheese (custom order). I must say the service here is pretty awesome. The only issue I have which is why only 3 stars is the over abundance of creamer they put in your coffee? I have requested very little cream several different visits and no matter how I word it .. when ordering it ..its mostly all cream and very little coffee? My last visit I said politely "very little cream please" I looked at the label when it was handed to me through the drive through and it said "3 creamers?!" get work and open the lid and its all cream - you can tell because of the color. Why on earth do they not supply customers to add their own cream? I am thinking because customers are helping themselves -and taking too much... who knows. The customer service needs help here. Tried calling to talk with a manager and no one answers. The young lady working the window must work long days, day after day because I tried going at a different time of day but still had to unpleasantly deal with the same girl. No customer service skills at all. The "grilled cheese" was 2 pieces of bread and some cheese thrown in a microwave to melt the cheese. Third time is a charm. First two local coffee shops I attempted were closed, so when I saw Dunkin' I pulled into the parking lot so fast. A nice addition to the Bellevue lineup of options on route 65! I can now get some donuts AND shop at the red white and blue right across the street. Service here is quick and the drive thru makes it an easy stop into or on the way out of town. The French crueler is the best donut- and definitely substitute the veggie egg white whenever possible. The girls were nice! We went inside and ordered a macchiato and a cocoa mocha. They forgot about our order (or I'm assuming my boyfriends) and it took about 15 minutes of waiting. No big deal. We got our coffees and left on our way and when I finally took a sip mine was lukewarm. VERY disappointing because at this point I haven't had any coffee. I'm very excited that this Dunkin' Donuts recently opened around the corner from me! The staff is very friendly, despite my 5am visits. The donuts and breakfast sandwiches taste great as always but I sometimes have a longer than average wait for my coffee. My family and I traveled to the other side of our area because the Dunkin in Westview is horrible. Poor food service consistently. So we came here and it was no different. Breakfast sandwiches weren't toasted or hot at all, and the croissants were tough and stale Hash browns were overly saturated with oil ... plus we ordered 4 doughnuts and received only 3 and the wrong ones. Doughnuts were also tough instead of light. There way of fixing this was saying they'll remake it but after this we will never come back ... Dunkin lost our business period. read more
