Always a great cup of coffee. I love plain dark coffee no sugar or cream. I love it plain so you taste the quality of the bean. Plus dark and plain is healthier. The service was fast and friendly. Placed an order online 5 minutes before arriving and came to pick it up and it wasn't even started. Went inside to pick it up and it took another 34 minutes of me waiting inside for the order to be finished. This Dunkin is a joke. Employees were all very rude and just kept telling me we are busy. Watched at least 20 other people come in and pick up their orders. The drive thru kept moving nonstop. Two drinks and two sandwiches shouldn't take 39 minutes. read more

I am a huge Dunkin fan. This location is fairly newer. I would say wishing past couple years. It's my first visit to this location. The drive through had prob 20 vehicles in it. So I went inside. The staff was busy. But there were plenty of staff to handle the crowd. I was greeted with a smile. And my order was taken and I rcvd my drink in a very reasonable time. I only frequent this location because it's right down the road from my job. I get the same thing everytime I go. Large Cookie Butter Cold Brew, 6 cream, 6 sugar, a shot of expresso & no cookie crumble on top. I have only received this coffee correctly made one time out of the 10+ times I've gone. This most recent time, I said in like three different ways that I don't want the cookie pieces on top and was assured that there would be none. nonetheless, I got the coffee and told the lady at the window that i ordered it without cookie pieces and she then tried to argue with me that 'that was not how it was ordered' so she took it out of view, stirred the pieces in so I couldn't see them & changed the lid and gave it back. I was so upset because every drink I took, it had the cookie pieces in it. Just annoying. Unfortunately, as much as I love Dunkin, I might have to start going back to Starbucks. I go here several times per week and recently every other time I go my drink is wrong. I get a refresher with green tea. Nothing special and they keep making it with lemonade which I hate. I don't know what has changed but now that it has been 4 times, it's a regular issue and not a one off. Please give the employees additional training to double check the drink tickets when they make them. read more

The worst managed shop around. Half the time it's closed inside. Drive up is horrific wait. Kids are running it snd need guidance Obviously owner doesn't care if customers are taken care of When inside is closed no one posts a sign on window do you don't park your car and go in just to find out it's closed!!!! read more

This is a great new Dunkin location! The employees have all been nice, whether here in the middle of the day, or right before closing. The store is spacious and clean, with plenty of seating, and a very clear "pick up" area for getting your beverage and food after ordering. I'm super happy they opened this location for those of us in Westlake and East Avon, since driving to some DD locations can be really out of the way. My favorite thing about this location is that they have booth seats, and 2 comfy chairs for those of us that want to stay and enjoy our coffee. This is something that is seriously lacking at other locations, and something that will result in me going to other coffee shops if I'm wanting to relax and enjoy my coffee for a while. So I'm truly ecstatic about the seating in this store! I would definitely recommend this new location! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. WORST ATTITUDE EVER! I took my son to try a coolatta as I heard they were good. I had never had one before so I asked the employee if they have caffeine in them. Her response/tone were very nasty as she stated "they aren't coffee they are slushies!" So I took a deep breath and said, "well you know there is such a thing as green tea that has caffeine in it and some restaurants use that. So I thought I would ask." Then she quoted me the wrong price and continued to behave rudely as I checked out. You would think that working for an establishment such as this that she would know that coffee is not the only form of caffeine in the world. And since when is it wrong to ask a question about the contents of a company's products? Customer service with that girl is nonexistent. They have terrible awful service!!!! Everytime I go there the workers have been nothing but awful and rude to me and my peers. Just today before I was even done ordering she didn't even let me finish my sentence before telling me to go to the window, basically deciding for me that my order was done. The time before the worker got mad at me because I asked for my food that I ordered and he got mad and claimed he gave it to us, which he did not. This location has the worst service i've ever been to. Not only once but multiple times i've been to this location and received the wrong order. The service takes longer than it should even at times when they're not busy. When I go to confront them about my order being incorrect i received unwanted attitude and overall poor service in general. my friends and i have all agreed on the poor service and hope for better in the future. read more

Worst Dunkin Donuts EVER I've been a Dunkin Donuts customer for 20 years. I get my coffee from there faithfully and regularly. I recently moved to Westlake and this is my closest option. I have been there about 8-9 times and this is not even an exaggeration...EVERY time I have gone there they have messed up my order. I always do the drive-through and sometimes they repeat back my order, sometimes they do not, but even when they do repeat it back correctly by the time I get to the window they STILL mess it up. I always order my medium hot coffee light and sweet which equates to 4 creams and 4 sugars. They couldn't figure that out so now I'm explicit and ask for exactly that, 4 creams and 4 sugars. Yet by the time I pick it up there's 4 creams and 3 sugars, or only cream... Twice I have unknowningly driven away with no sugar in my coffee. Today I was not the driver and he swooped back around and went inside and said they forgot the sugar they had the nerve to tell him they DID put sugar in it despite him standing there with the coffee in his hand and absolutely NO sugar in it. 1st. why argue? 2nd, how do you mess it up that much! They forget straws, forget to give us our donuts...I get that service isn't perfect and I'm pretty forgiving but when 8/8 times that I've been to that establishment they mess up my extremely simple order...it starts to get old. Despite how delicious Dunkin Donuts coffee is, and despite me going there (well, to other locations) for 20 years, with this being my only local option it's actually to the point where it's not worth it. My brother was in from out of town and while we were in the drive through we expressed how every time the order gets messed up and i'm not kidding I actually said: Watch them screw this up! And sure enough...they did! How is that even possible?! Dunkin Donuts can't be that hard. And it's not because every other one I've been to for YEARS I've never had an issue...and this one there has been an issue EVERY time. It's pathetic. read more

I wasn't gunna go in like this, but this location has also messed up my order a couple of times by giving me dairy milk instead of almond milk, & I'm lactose intolerant, so ya girl had to pay two prices that day.
