I would give this place a 0, even negative stars if I could. I walked into the establishment before of the start of a big meeting. I'm nervous, my breakfast isn't sitting too well, so I venture over to my local dunks to use the bathroom. When I was finished with my business it was to my surprise that BOTH rolls were out and all that was left to my dismay was the cardboard. There is no way that this place had gone through 2 rolls by noon time, this was neglect - if not blatant ignorance. No worries, surely these employees would help correct a mistake right? I tried calling 2x and got NO ANSWER!! What is the point of a phone if we are not going to use it. talk about no good service. I'm not proud of what I had to do in order to make it out that bathroom alive, and Im afraid the backside of me will forever live with those scars. Will I ever be back here? I'm only giving this place two stars because they are fast. Their ice coffee is so watered down that you can actually see through it. If you pay that much money for an iced coffee it shouldn't look like an iced tea. It's funny because I was going there for several years and it just changed recently. I've stopped going there for that reason but today I had to go by there because it was the only around. It reaffirmed my decision that it's awful. The manager at this location is a joke. When someone applies there for their very first job at 16 years old, maybe have alittle more compassion for the fact that they are nervous. Not only was the manager 30 mjnjtes late for the Interview, but he only asked 2 questions and immediately said no to someone who was ready to work hard and be there every shift. This review is coming just after a one star review on the last Dunkin' I went to, they had no donuts there, so I came here. And guess what?! NO DONUTS HERE EITHER! All they had was 6 glazed munchkins, nothing else. I bought them and ate them by the time I got home (which is like less than 2 minutes). Ordered hot chocolate. Ordered 3 small and one medium. The medium was half full half full. When asked the window person they said the chocolate machine was now closed for the night. I then said she charge me for a medium hot chocolate and served me a small in a medium cup. I clearly upset her and she curtly demanded the cup back to "try" to fill it. I typically love DD iced tea, but not when someone didn't clean out whatever it was brewed in and it tastes like watered down coffee. Really gross! Also you shouldn't tell your customers that they cannot have lemon in their tea because "no one has cut any up yet in the back." Just say you're out... The last three times I have been on, the pick up counter is being used for prep work. They are removing cooked eggs from sheets to containers. I'm not sure if that is the most sanitary place to be doing food prep, especially one of The Big Eight Allergens. read more

Coffee and food was good, and employees were efficient. But who seemed liked the shift manager was extremely rude. I understand mornings can be hectic and busy, but the way she went about it was rude. After two seperate orders her tone became very annoyed and impatient. Me and my fellow 3 Marines are not allowed to enter a public establishment in our utility uniforms and so must use the drive thru. We had 4 orders with no more then 2 on each order. She rudely adressed us that we should no longer make seperate orders in the drive through and proceded to walk away instantly. We were nothing but respectful. read more

This is hands down the worst Dunkin' Donuts establishment I've ever gone to. For TWO weeks straight they have somehow managed to completely screw up my order. Very simple order too, their employees can't even tell the difference between croissants and bagels. Their staff has no energy and the atmosphere in the store is just depressing but going inside to order is the only way to attempt avoiding the drive thru messing up your order every morning. I would highly suggest taking the extra time to go to the Dunks in Harvard right near RT 2. The staff there is actually friendly and competent with taking orders/ producing good food, unlike in Ayer where everything is burnt or undercooked. Like I said before, worst dunks I've been to. While this location saving grace is it's 24 hour service....They are always out of anything desirable,the coolata machine has had ""breakdowns"" on 2 visits now and what they do have is usually stale and the coffee poor. I'm not the biggest fan of Dunkin Donuts as a whole, but sometimes I find myself stopping through for a tea or sandwich if I didn't have time to eat breakfast before heading to work. I pass this Dunks every morning on my hour drive, and I've stopped in maybe 4 or 5 times. Typically I order only tea. Sometimes I'll get a breakfast sandwich, sometimes I'll get a donut, sometimes I get orange juice, and sometimes a combination of those items. Each time I go to this location, I find myself interacting with friendly, smiling faces. The food and drinks always come out prepared correctly and well, and the service is FAST. I'm always wary of going to Dunks in the morning because everyone and their brother is usually sitting in the drive-thru. Well, even when there's a line of cars, I'm still in and out of that parking lot within 5 minutes. I don't know what they do to keep the line moving quickly and smoothly, but they should keep it up because they're doing a great job. read more

How this one Dunkin' Donut's can be so consistently bad is hard to understand. The hot coffee generally tastes burnt and as I order "regular" it's rare they get it right...often times there's no sugar (like today's), not enough cream or too much cream. As for the ice-coffee, save yourself $2 and don't order it, it's awful. Anyway, I like DD in general but this one needs a lot of help...try the one in Shirley or the gas station one in Groton...they're both up to typical DD standards. read more
