Stop here every now and then when I go to Las Vegas since the other place we normally go to was closed. It's near by to all the superchargers which is a plus. There's plenty of seating inside. None really outside, which makes sense since it gets really hot during the summer. Other than being close to the superchargers, that I feel is the only good thing. I always order ahead of time to pick up 10-15min before I get there, and I still have to wait 10+ more minutes when I get there to get my order. The times I have gone, they have been busy, but I dont think its 20+ min worth of a wait time. The employees have been hit or miss in being helpful. I know they are busy and I know how that can take a toll on a person. Overall, will probably only stop here if it's the only place. read more

We were there last Monday 5/5 and I saw a female worker here working alone. Looks like she accidentally put the wrong sweetener/creamer in a drink. She took it to the dirty sink, placed it inside then turned on the water to rinse it the out then made a drink with it. That didn't sit right with me. The sink looked really dirty. I visited this shop & was blownaway by the excellent service from Kenneth . He was very pleasant despite being alone in the store that noon. The star of the show, of course, was the donuts. Each one was a masterpiece, beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. I tried a variety of flavors & Every bite was a delight, with the perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The donuts were fresh, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. The combination of excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and mouthwatering donuts made it a memorable experience. On my way to Las Vegas, I usually come here to get some breakfast while I wait for my car to finish charging. I always place my order on the mobile app and it's usually ready just as I'm walking inside. These guys are pretty quick with the orders. After I'm done with my breakfast, I'll use their restroom before heading back to my car. Their restrooms are for patrons only. One of the employees will have to unlock it for you. read more

My hot coffee was brewed well however it did not contain any cream that I had asked for. I'm going to put them back at 4-stars because management team reached out to me after my previous incident. I didn't request for anything to be done, except that they make sure staff is trained to be courteous enough to ask about substitutions especially when customers have allergies. Stopped in Barstow to charge the car at the Tesla supercharger. Timing was right for a brunch. Just before getting there, we called Dunkin. I ordered there egg white bacon and cheese on a bagel (I know - egg white with bacon is a contradiction). They apologized that it would take a couple of minutes cause they make it to order. No need to apologize - that was good news. Who wants a bagel sandwich that has been sitting under warning lights for who knows how long. $4.50. Good portion of bacon in it. Awful experience due to employees not having good communication skills. I'm in quality assurance, therefore when it comes to my "experience," from when I walk into the door to when I walk out, I am always observing. Bought some donuts. Never was greeted, no smile, no gratitude. Oh well... Before leaving, I asked if there was a key to the bathroom, since both doors were locked. The employee said her co-worker was in there. Please note, there are 2 single bathrooms that require a key. A guy came out of 1 of the bathrooms, but allowed it to lock behind him. So we asked the employee again if there was a key, so we can get into the empty one, and she blurted out that her co-worker was in there with the key. HELLO, so there's 2 bathrooms and only 1 key??? Is that was she was trying to say? Well it certainly wasn't communicated correctly. Had she transformed her words, it would have made it more understandable why 5 people were forced to wait for 1 bathroom. Dunkin Donuts, you need to better coach your staff on basic workspace etiquette. read more

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Barstow Tesla Superchargers. We always come here because 1) The AC here is incredibly cold, just like their drinks and 2) They have the Baskin 31 franchise attached here and you can pay with the Dunkin app for both and 3) The bathrooms are semi-clean here. They are also gender neutral. The drinks are made okay here, I've had a little better at other Dunkins but they're not the worse either. As for the Basin Robbin side, the only downfall we got was a $5.99 regular sized shake that probably would've been better had we gone to In-N-Out and just got two of theirs for the same price. What can be frustrating here is that there is often times only one worker who will manage Dunkin/Basin Robbins/ and the drive thru all at the same time. I mean, it's usually not crowded but ideally two would be good during prime time. read more

She says no I have to be in a car. I told her I don't have a car and she refused to serve me so basically you need to have enough money for an automobile in order to get service. The staff member was very professional and friendly.Our items came out in a timely manner, and all were tasty and correct.I do wish the whole donut and donut hole was covered in glaze, but that is just preference.Either way, the donuts were still good(we got chocolate donut holes, glaze donut holes, and a regular glaze donut).We also got ham and cheese roll ups that were tasty.I was craving a vanilla iced coffee, but I didn't see anything like that in the menu so my husband asked.The woman said they have one or maybe she meant they could make one, but either way they did it and it was tasty and I'm happy they were able to do that. I didn't get a snackin bacon, but I have gotten it before ,and it tastes really good, so a must try for bacon lovers. Stopped by this branch on our way to Vegas around 8:30 am There were only 2 crews on duty. Did not even smile and greet us. Ne and my brother in law was the only customer. I ordered coffee and bacon and cheese croissants. Went to the car and handed it to my sister and when she opened it , she was disgusted getting egg, cheese and bacon croissant instead. I went back to the store and informed the cashier that she gave me a wrong order. She asked in a sarcastic way, "give it back to me and I will replace it!" I told her never mind. Before leaving the place, I told them, "I also work in a food service, as far as ai know. when you make a mistake with customer's order, you should be polite enough to replace it. The cashier just shrugged her shoulder and replied in a sarcastic way"okay". One more thing, the restroom is closed.
