It was our first time ever at a Dutch bros. And it happened to be on a rainy day and there was an employee standing outside taking orders, we paid with him and we drove to the window to pick up our drinks. Honestly felt so bad that the staff was outside in the rain...they need to make more covered area for their staff standing outside for bad weather days. The drinks we ordered were golden eagle chai and annihilator since that was a popular drink. I will say the annihilator was mid. As an anything chai drink hater, the golden eagle chai changed my view of chai drinks. All this time I didn't like chai drinks because they tasted bad but Dutch bros made chai taste delicious! Whatever golden eagle flavor is, they need to patent that. The golden eagle chai reminded me of childhood cereal milk like Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor of sort. What the heck was that?! We waited literally 30 min for this...3 cars ahead of us. My wife and I got the same drink they both taste completely different. The slowest service ever and I counted 7 people inside working. Watching them make their drinks it looks like they just use some kind of pre made coffee concentrate for their "latte", for some reason they don't have whole milk, the coffee was 8 dollars and tastes like absolutely nothing. Large double lane drive thru at this location along with a walk up line. This is closely located to the freeway which makes it very convenient to grab a coffee on the way to Las Vegas. The service is good and the ambiance is nice as they play music outside while you wait. read more

Stopped by this location as it is right off the highway going from Las Vegas to San Diego, and I've never had Dutch Bros before. My hubby has but I've been a loyal customer of Starbucks. I noticed most all coffee drinks included chocolate milk, which is rich and creamy. I decided I wanted something different, so as to not compare to starbucks and ended up with a holiday drink- Hazelnut Mocha Soft Top with caramel drizzle. It was pretty, and pretty rich. I could taste the hint of hazelnut but the chocolate milk is a bit much for me. Not for someone who is lactose intolerant, although they do offer other lactose-free options. As for the customer service, as soon as they had a few cars in drive thru, they came out to take our order, that way by the time you made it to the window, your drink was ready, as this location didnt have platform for ordering before you get to the window. The drinks are relatively large - I asked for a medium but the drink looks huge. There was only one price on the menu so as a first timer it is not too user friendly. Also didnt noticed anywhere on the menu for sizes offered. While the staff was friendly and ordering was smooth, I think it was a one and done for me. I will stick to my alternative coffee shops. read more

My least favorite DB in the entire West Coast. I live less than 2 miles from them and I am no longer going there. They can't seem to ever get the ingredients right on everyone's order, the line stagnates, and my pet peeve is them never asking if my preferred tip is acceptable ( standard practice at every other DB). I am usually a dedicated, happy Dutch Bros customer. This time, I met the most incompetent staff. One was wandering around in her birthday hat, which is fine, please don't be in the sight of customers on your phone when all lines are backed up. One of the other staff members took out the garbage and never washed her hands upon her return. We waited for over 15 min for our drinks after our order was taken. When we pulled up, the members at the window were very confused and admitted to the other one that they had messed up on what orders they were working on. Our order was wrong and we realized it at the last minute. Would not recommend this location at all, save your money and find the next one to stop at. I love Dutch Bros and I always get my chai from here. They have great seasonal options when it comes to the flavors . BUT For all my Matcha lovers......... do not get it here. It's a premade mix that's pretty watered down. when you take your first sip, it doesn't even taste like you're drinking Matcha. I got the raspberry Matcha and it tastes just like a flavored sweetened milk. If anything aside from the drink, the workers are so lovely and so sweet. Stopped by on a chilly Friday evening around 6. All the girls working were super friendly and great. I was the second car of three and everything proceeded quickly and smoothly although other drivers could definitely use a reminder of what zipper merging is and how it works. Amazing iced vanilla latte with a perfect ratio of espresso to milk, a great espresso profile, and a surprisingly well balanced drink that didn't taste like diabetes in a cup (I am normally just a straight black iced/hot coffee drinker). I want to share some feedback about my recent experience. Dina has helped me a few times, but unfortunately she often comes across as rude when I ask for my drink to be made correctly. I paid for a "Pitch Perfect," so I expect the drink to be prepared the way it's supposed to be. She mentioned that she wasn't properly trained, which I understand can happen. I apologize if I ever came across as rude--I try to be respectful as a customer. However, the customer service during these interactions has been disappointing. I do want to acknowledge that I've seen her working hard, and I understand she may be a good employee in many ways. My second time trying Dutch Bros ever! I'm always so overwhelmed by the choices here, but I knew with the weather I wanted a cold brew to feel more refreshed. I got the Small Campout Cold Brew and it was probably the best cold brew I've ever tried (other than the one I get at Disneyland). It wasn't too sweet, and it also wasn't too dark. It tasted a bit like s'mores, but just right. The only problem I had here was the wait time, especially since we had to stand in the nearing 107 degree weather waiting for our drinks to be called. We probably got our drink after 10 minutes, but the drink made up for it. read more

I'm not sure why this location has bad reviews. I'm so glad this location is here in between the drive from California to Las Vegas! It is MUCH needed! I walked up to the window because- if you know Dutch bros, then you know the lines are LONG. The guy at the walk-up window was so sweet. I usually get an ICED GOLDEN EAGLE, but today their GOLDEN EAGLE CHAI (ICED) caught my eye and he said it was really good. It gives more of a fall, pumpkin spice flavor. It isn't too spicy of a chai at all and it is exactly what I would expect a pumpkin spice drink to taste like. I will DEFINITELY order this often. I am not disappointed at all, but very satisfied! My order came out fairly quickly as well and the seating area outside is nice and clean. The parking lot has a good amount of spaces as well. Thank you guys!!! read more

Visited twice when I was in the area. First time I went after dinner for a sweet treat. There were 2 cars in the drive-thru so I thought this would be a fast visit but it took forever to get one drink. I ordered through the app and was next door and went over to pick-up and it took 15 minutes total to get my pre-ordered drink with only 2 cars in the drive-thru at 7 pm. Next day, stopped by here around 1:40 pm before I headed back to Orange County and ordered through the app again, this time choosing to pick-up my order at the walk-up window. Both lines were long in the drive thru. I still waited a good 15 to 20 minutes at the walk-up window for my order. The drinks are good here if you know what to order and I learned what to order via TikTok. I got a protein coffee with cinnamon sprinks cold foam, sugar free and it was good. I'm still working through all the drink combos via TikTok but so far it's been good. Staff are always very polite and offer the best service, but it does take a while and can cost up to $10 after tip for a drink. read more

I normally don't do reviews for chains but I have to do one for my first ever Dutch Bros experience! I have been wanting try this place for forever since it is super popular now. And I finally got to on our way to Vegas! We actually came here twice, since we don't have any locations in Socal. The first time, both cashiers that helped us were so sweet and kind! Plus, we didn't have to wait long at all to order and grab our drinks (~5 minutes max). However, the second time, the line was just as long but it look over 15 minutes to order and get our drinks. Drink review -- they have sooo many options! Like so many. I definitely recommend looking at the menu beforehand to decide what you want because the menu there only has like 1/15 of what is on their actual menu. I got the eclipse rebel energy drink and pink flamingo dutch frost and both were very tasty! Super sweet, and the energy drink was super strong. My grandpa got the americano and said it was a pretty light/medium roast. And my sister said she preferred her hawaiian dutch frost over her aquaberry soda. The first time we went we all got 3 medium drinks and it was $14 & the second time we got 3 small drinks and it was $12. Very affordable if you ask me! Overall, I would come again, only because I feel like I have to try more stuff. But I wouldn't go out of my way to get it. read more
