This manager does not know how to manage only to be the kid employees friend. The kids that work here are out of control and even in front of the manager she doesn't say boo to them. She continues to let the immature children address the customers like they don't matter. Last week durning the afternoon walked in no one around, found out all 4 employees out back smoking, it smelled like pot, I didn't see them but you could smell it. And forget about hygiene no one washed hands. And went right back to work. In the mornings this manager doesn't correct her little children employees when they are rude to customers. You think a manager would spend time making sure her employees know how to make coffee and other drinks correctly, but how many times have you had to go back because it was wrong, And they are rude even in front of her. But she would rather be their friend instead of a manager. Suggestion , you have other places to spend your money for coffee like Starbucks right down the street and you won't get very rude and ignorance from the kids and management and if you notice a lot of Dunkins have really bad reviews , The answer is simple, instead of hiring a manager that wants to be little kids friends, how about hire and pay a real manager to run your business otherwise you will continue to lose financially. It will catch up.

This Dunkin Donuts location is within Catholic Medical Center, the primary hospital on the west side of the city. It's located in a convenient area of the hospital, on the first floor, near the elevators and across from the gift shop. When my wife and I had our first child I was a frequent patron of this Dunkin Donuts location while we were in hospital after our daughter was born. Clean location, friendly staff and decent coffee.

She handed it to me so fast and walked away. I had to knock on the window to ask for a straw. She was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked if she could put more espresso in it because it was a large and not a medium, she said she would have to charge me for it and she told me that she worked there at least a year, and that the ratio was the same between a medium and a large. Don't know why you would charge me more for a large if the espresso shot is the same as a medium? Either way it didn't even taste right but she walked away and I had to go to another dunkins to have them make it right. There are many other Dunkin' Donuts near by. Not worth paying for something that isn't made correctly and dealing with someone's bad attitude.
