We almost skipped this Dunkin' because there were no customers, and we assumed it might not be very good. We were completely wrong! The drive-thru was fast, our order was 100% accurate, and both of our drinks were made perfectly. The only small issue was that the drive-thru speaker volume was very low, so it was difficult to hear, but the employee was incredibly polite and patient, making the experience a great one. This was honestly one of the best Dunkin' experiences we've had in a long time, and we travel a lot, so we've been to plenty of locations. We'll definitely be stopping here again! Great spot to charge your electrical vehicle and then grab a bite and a drink! The interior is clean and it's super spacious in there. I ordered a pumpkin donut and an iced caramel latte. Both good. The service was quick. 'll be stopping here again on drives between Chicago and Detroit. read more

I've been here a few times now. I come charge my car when I drive to Michigan. Every time I have come, the place is clean, bathroom is clean, people are nice and it's just a nice place to stop for charging. Same food as all Dunkin's. read more

Back in January of 2021, it was revealed that a new Dunkin location would be added to Benton Harbor. Having a location in both St. Joseph and Stevensville, I was excited to have another location to be able to patronize. It is right next to the Sonics restaurant and there is a large parking lot available for the two restaurants. My husband got a breakfast croissant sandwich with he finished before even making it to the house, so I did not get a picture of it. I got a medium iced chai tea latte and two chocolate donuts. This location is pretty standard, although they are the only location nearby with a drive thru. Whille everything was great they didn't stand out particularly from the other two close locations. I can see myself coming back because it is clean and conveniently located but they also aren't going to be my first choice for a quick breakfast. read more

Once again awful experience. I had three sips and it's gone. Made it 3 minutes down the road to be exact. The thing's jam packed with ice so much that I could barely get my straw in. If you ask for less or nice ice they charge you and then don't even put no ice in it. read more

Please avoid this Dunkin' Donuts at all cost. Worst customer service ever. Stopped by on my way to drop off my children to school and had ordered them a few bagels. Manager ( Akash Patel) who was taking the orders got very upset about trying to use a few coupons for bagels. I proceeded to pay for my order that was close to 20.00 dollars. Upon waiting for my order arrogantly Patel requested that I would get out of my car and get my order from the board after I had already paid for my food. He acted savagely throwing drinks (hot machiato and ice drinks) from other customers at me and assaulted my two children who were in the car. My son who is 5 and is special needs was screaming frightened by the attack. I would not give this place a star review. read more

The 2 times I have tried to buy an ice cream cake from this place have been the worst experiences I have had. After today's experience, I won't be going back to this location. I was looking at the cakes and one of the workers comes to tell me to look through the glass because i've had the door open too long and the cakes are going to melt. I had it open for maybe 3 minutes in total and only because some of the cakes in the back were different flavors and I couldn't see what they were. He only came over to bother me because there was literally not a single customer. Not a customer inside or in the drive thru. He had nothing better to do. The time before when I tried to order a cake, I tried calling to order over the phone because I couldn't get the website to put my order through, it kept giving an error. The girl on the phone said I couldn't order it over the phone, that I had to place it through the dunkin app. There is no way to place it through the dunkin app. So I did get to get the cake I wanted and didn't purchase one. I won't be purchasing one ever again and I won't be going to this location again. I almost went to a different location, but told myself no, that I would go to this one because when I was in this morning, I saw they had a lot of choices. The staff was extremely rude and the restaurant was quite dirty. We even found a hair on one of the doughnuts.

Failed operational model; customers in the lobby were told drive-thru takes preference and were ignored to the point of walking out. Also - marking an order as ready that hasn't been started isn't helpful. read more

The donuts were minimal selection, very dry, frosted so thin you could see through them like water. Emailed and did survey and the owner told me I needed to come back in to exchange the donuts. When I explained they were for a departments last day and could not come back in then and asked for a gift card or refund he got very short and rude and would not accommodate.
