Clean, service was fine, coffee consistent. My only complaint, and this might not have to do with the restaurant itself, but I ordered curbside pick up and I had to put my vehicle info in the app. After 10 minutes I went in and checked and I see my order is on the pick up counter. Now when I see curbside, my initial thought was someone will bring it out to you (especially if you have young kids in the car or a disability). But all it really means is you can park in the curb side spot which is closest to the door, but you still have to go inside the restaurant and get it yourself. Twice I have been overcharged. First time was ordering the Brown Sugar Shaken iced espresso that was being advertised in store for $3. Second was ordering the sm shake for $5 as advertised on their door! Charged $6.40. All employees play like they're not sure why that happens. Cool me once shame on me. Fool me twice......... "AVOID this one". Stay away! I placed an order , ice coffee. And another customer takes my cup puts a straw in it taste it. And gives it back and says to the DD employee this is not my coffee. Then the same employee takes the straw out and comes to me and tells me here's your coffee!., I told her , you seriously gonna give me the same coffee that another person had their mouth in. Rude. Disorganized. They made my sandwich wrong. I showed them that I ordered it without cheese and explained that I'm lactose intolerant and can't eat cheese. Plus, one half of the croissant was missing!! How do you serve one half of a croissant? When they finally gave me the correct sandwich, 10 minutes later, the woman handed it to me with a nasty look on her face. I don't recommend this Dunkin. read more

Went to this Dunkin' to get baskin robins on a Wednesday night. The two employees were trying to close the store over a half hour early, clearing out the ice cream bins at 9:20 when they close at 10:00. I walked in with my younger sibling and said "hi how are you?" The worker cursed under his breath, didn't respond, and walked to the back of the store out of our view. After standing at the counter looking for help for a few minutes, another employee came out in silence and stood in front of us. We asked for our ice cream and finished our transaction without him ever saying a word to us. These two guys have done this same sort of thing multiple times and I can't believe they still work here. Extremely rude. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Today, when I was inside at this Dunkin Donuts location at 410pm I did not think that the young employees were nice. The 18 year old Cashier talked very fast so I couldn't hear her (so I asked her to repeat which seemed to annoy her). I have good hearing so I hope she eventually realizes her communication skills. Another employee kept looking down when I talked to her when I picked up coffee. She said she was too busy to talk to customers. Only the other employee, a Hispanic female employee spoke professionally to all of my questions, listened to me(the customer), and looked at each in the face as we each talked to each other. read more

Update: this place has really turned itself around and is getting better and better. They even added a nice patio outside and had the sewer line replaced. Service has had a tremendous change for the better! Great job, hopefully it'll continue to rise up like a Phoenix from the ashes. I'm changing my review from one star to 4 stars! Serious change! It shouldn't be hard to run a Dunkin Donuts, especially one that doesn't make their donuts on site (thankfully...I'll get to why in a bit), but all this place is doing is running themselves out of business. I have been a patron of this location consistently since their opening, at least 3-4 times a week buying coffee, treats for the kids, and the occasional breakfast sandwich/bagel. When you first walk in you're slapped in the face with the aroma of a possible broken sewer line most of the time (which is why I'm happy the donuts are made off site). That said, the donuts taste stale and just lacking of something; maybe freshness? The coffee is so inconsistent and I'm sure that the sewer smell doesn't help. Unfortunately, on a rainy day my daughter slipped and fell in the front entrance; there was a yellow wet floor sign, but for Pete's sake call up Cintas and have an entry way mat on the ground to reduce the chance of people slipping on a puddled tile floor. Tonight, around the early side of 9:30pm, I stopped by to grab a coffee. Two young teenagers were working behind the counter and two teenagers were sitting where the customer would normally order. The teens didn't get up so I ordered my coffee as if I were one of the gang. Behind the counter, the girl and boy teen duo told me there is no more coffee. When asked if they're making another pot, I got a hard no. So I ordered a tea. They said I could have an unsweetened green tea. I agreed for some reason. To my surprise, I got a ICED unsweetened green tea! WTF?! I'm completely done with this location; and that includes my wife and kids. Instead of brewing a pot of coffee that would have cost DND less than my cup of coffee, I was turned away. When you have people who don't understand business (teen employees included) you'll lose money in the long run. I'd love to give this location zero stars. Maybe it's time to consider changing the slogan to "Everyone runs AWAY from Dunkin". BTW, when I drove by again around 9:50pm the lot had multiple cars. Though the drinks we got were good the service was lacking. My wife tried to order a drink similar to a peppermint mocha and asked what they had that was like that and the guy at the counter had to ask his co-worker about three times to repeat what his co-worker told him to ring up and make. I ordered a hot chocolate. My wife's drink was ready quickly and then the guy behind the counter asked me if I was interested in buying a jazz CD to support a charity. I politely declined. After about five minutes and three more customers the guy tried to sell the CD to another customer stating it supported a local school and it was $20. I finally asked one of the ladies behind the counter if someone was working on my hot chocolate. She apologized as it was sitting there under the machine the whole time the guy was trying to sell the CD. I have gone to this store every day from January through August 2022. It is the best Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. It has the best variety of food. What is the the Best Dunkin Donut? The Sour Cream donut. This is the only store in the area that has it. What is the best coffee flavor? Pumpkin Swirl. This store is the only one in the area that has it 12 months a year. You want 24 flavors of ice cream at 5 am ? This place has it and even has a selection of Ice cream cakes. Every coffee and food item I have eaten here has been fresh and delicious. The service is always great. I have seen servers run, YES RUN to deliver drive in service to customers in their cars. They will show you how to use the mobile application to get discounts on items. The proof of the quality of the store is the volume of business. I have been in the store at 6am, 12 noon and 9pm. I was there tonight with a friend and her son - and the four employees were fully engaged in a water gun fight. Every horizontal surface was covered in water - no place to put down a wallet or a phone without damaging them. My friend was trying to order ice cream for her son and me and they were clearly interrupting two employees' game while the other two stood by doing nothing. read more

Where do I even begin? Placed an order on the app for this location for a large iced coffee a small iced coffee two hashbrowns and a breakfast sandwich. Let's start with they earned their one star on making the sandwich right. HOWEVER, upon arriving there was another customer waiting for an online order as well and nothing was made. The two teenage girls were sitting behind the counter texting and never even noticed the orders came in because they're too busy with instagram. Upon telling them what I had ordered they finally got to work. Coffees weren't mixed at all and THE HASHBROWNS WERE STILL FROZEN NEVER EVEN COOKED!!!
