Still as busy as ever, and they were taking and filling digital orders, too, from the app. Nicely, if you get a green itch and are drinking there, you can get a mug to drink out of. They also have a bookshelf for a donation/take library which I thought was nice that they're moving more green. Nice big and clean store. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Orders were all right, seemed busy in the am since people going to work... but the wait was not ling at all. Two gender neutral bathrooms, clean and very spacious. Plenty of seating in case you wanna chill a bit. The only odd thing was the set up to order, seemed backwards than what im use to, and i know starbucks so i seen a thing or two at different locations around the world, However this one was a bit odd, but nothing too crazy. Nothing bothers me more than when an establishment locks the doors before closing time. I pulled up to the Starbucks in Florham Park to buy gift cards at 825p. As I got to the door and customers were exiting, an employee told me they were closed. The store closes at 830p. I told the employee I just needed to buy gift cards. I recently started a new employment in the area and have been visiting this starbucks every morning with no problems and little to no wait time with my mobile order pick up- i walk in right to the back to grab my items and i am on my way. Today, i paid for my mobile order and walked in as i usually do - i grab my bakery item with my name printed on the label and turn to grab my latte - which was the only drink on the counter and had my name printed on the label as well. As i am reaching for my drink, an employee comes rushing over and grabs my bakery item out of my hand and gets in between me and the counter to grab my drink. She demanded i not touch anything on the counter as there is a specific order to which orders are given to customers. I told her the bakery item is mine as my name is on it and she proceeded to tell me, no that she needs to personally check items and hand them out to customers. I was so taken back by this person not only for snatching something out of my hand but something that was already paid for by me. This person was completely disrespectful and hand no business touching something that was not hers let alone something that was already paid for and no longer hers to touch. This person is lucky i was on my way to work and didnt have extra time to further exchange words with her or ask to speak to a manager. I would have completely undestood if an employee was standing there handing out orders and i went around them to grab my order but no , this employee was no where near the mobile order counter and came from the other side of the store. Just started purchasing my daily Starbucks at this location, and have never experienced excellent customer service and a welcoming attitude from other stores, nationwide. Florham Park operates at such a high level that customers never question their product at all, and leave with positive vibes! This was practically my office for a couple years when I was freelancing. It is a great location to come and get some work done or catch up with friends. It is right next to Kings, McDonalds, Smashburger, etc. as it's in a shopping center. Due to this central location, this Starbucks is always pretty busy. Florham Park is an upscale area so you actually feel like you can leave your laptop and go to the bathroom without feeling paranoid. As for the place itself, all Starbucks are basically the same, the only difference is the employees and their general demeanor. I've never had a problem here, they've always been very cool, even though I'd be sitting there for hours on end on surviving on a cup of coffee (with free refills). I've been to Barnes and Noble's cafe and they are ALWAYS trying to kick people out, so I appreciate that they're cool about it. read more

Love this place. I in general love Starbucks so that's not too surprising. This location is amazing. It doesn't get too busy although the morning time may have a bit of a wait. The staff here is amazing. They make it a point to remember your name and to know how to pronounce and spell it - and trust me none of this is easy with a name like mine. They are always so friendly and so willing to help. There's another Starbucks on route 10 which is close and never busy but the staff here makes this location a more enjoyable one. There is no value to placing your order for pickup. They are disorganized, unfocused and rude. I literally watched 2 lines of new customers come in, order and pickup their drinks WHILE I WAITED ON THE SIDE FOR MY PREORDERED DRINK. When I asked when mine would be coming - after FIFTEEN MINUTES, I was told to be patient. If it wasn't a $7 drink, I would have just left, but couldn't on principle. Time and time again these baristas are constantly rude with their snotty attitudes toward me. Meanwhile I spend hundreds upon hundreds of dollars there per month. I'm Sick of it. Everyone who is ANYONE comes to this Starbucks because that's just what we do. We come to the FP Starbucks because when it gets nice out, there's nothing like sitting outside Starbucks with old friends way after they close. Sure, you might get the occasional unsweetened black tea lemonade or grande iced Americano, but you REALLY come for the friends. This is a wonderful Starbucks. I mobile order from here everyday before work and it's always correct and fast! The workers are friendly and efficient. This past week, my order must have been lost because I was waiting for so long and then I had to leave because I would have been late to work. Since I always order on the app I prepaid but never got my coffee and food, I called them and explained the issue. Reviewing this in comparison to other chains... Same Starbucks quality drinks. The line can get a little long in the morning and during lunchtime (especially in the summer--sometimes out the door!). Lot's of sitting space--but still gets filled up pretty quickly. Lots of outlets to charge. Wish there were more windows on the side, but that's about it. Only downside is--it can get a little messy. They're not so great at cleaning things up. But considering the volume, can't really complain. read more

I'm not terribly enamored with Starbucks regular coffee offerings, but the reserve coffees brewed in the Clover are truly delicious. This location is conveniently located on Columbia Turnpike in the "Kings" shopping center. Despite the strip mall location, parking is decent. This is a fairly large, updated Starbucks with plenty of seating. Service was warm, and the wait for my single-brewed coffee was only a few minutes, despite several orders in front of mine. I come here too often! It's a standard Starbucks. The staff is really really friendly and accommodating! The store is spacious and clean. Lines move quick and it's a nice place to chill out and do work/read. There are places to sit outside too. It can get a little loud after lunch time and around 3 from what I've noticed. Forget NYC, ehhh. Come to FP, and relax. Talk. Open up with a cup of java. Yeah! The location is at the corner of James St and Columbia Turnpike. Opposite McDonalds. So, easy to find, and easy to park ( free. ) Lots of tables and plugs for your laptop. Corners you can hang out, and work on a school project, and nobody will ask you to leave. Stay, study, and relax. FP starbucks. Bring a book, and trade with others. Yes, these folks love to read, and read. Everybody is busy doing something. No loud mouth folks here. No stupid jokes here. This is a great Starbucks location with tons of space and not a huge amount of traffic at peak times (like three in the afternoon), at least in my experience. The staff is friendly, the service is quick and there are many places to lounge and enjoy coffee, work or meet with friends. They always seem to get my order just right. I've been coming here for years, and despite the other Starbucks in the area, it's my favorite. The baristas are beyond friendly, and they remember my drink orders. It does tend to get crowded during the lunch hour (from 12 - about 2) so parking can be a pain to find as are the lines. They also just renovated the place to add more seating and space which is fantastic since the crowding means seats aren't always available inside, which does hinder the hangout factor in the cold months and during inclement weather.
