A picture of the Dunkin donut bag, I crossed out the d and added an s . To show that they are sinking fast

I have given this Dunkin donuts the benefit of the doubt too many times. As of today I will no longer be a customer. I went there yesterday and they were out of munchkins okay no problem I went down to the dunkin' donuts in mitchellville plaza they and had plenty. Today I visited the Dunkin donuts on Hall station road again and again they were out of a different type of classic donuts. It was 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon the excuse was they've been open since 5:00 a.m. really? So what are you going to do for the rest of the day if you out of so many different types of donuts ? This place never have what you need which means the inventory is low. It's the waste of time and the waste of gas. I recommend that if you want fresh donuts go to the dunkin' donuts in Mitchell plaza. Shut this place since they don't want to restock their inventory

Service & Hygiene need to be better! I have been going to this location since it opened without any complaints....until today. Not only was I just handed my sundae (which now seems smaller) without a bag for the first time, then the worker at the drive thru then proceeded to hand me the spoon while touching the bowl part with his fingers (demonstrated in pic below). I promptly threw that spoon in the trash and won't be returning...I'll go to the one a little further down central avenue

Anyway, I was waiting for the South Bowie library to open because I didn't realize they had different hours every day.

I ordered a latte and some beignets for the road with white chocolate sauce, and OMG - so so yummy! I loved my little piece of NOLA in MD. & my next time in the area, I will for sure be returning. This location is super fitting too, with a lot of customers coming with their laptop or workbooks to not only eat and be served, but to use the space for their own personal development.

This review is about service and class and who I will and will not trust to prepare what I consume…read more I ordered a Velvet ice with oat milk. The woman taking my order added "no whip" because she assumed I didn't want dairy at all. When I asked for the whip they, with a nasty attitude, told me I had to pay extra. That didn't make sense to me considering the photo shows whip cream included. They started having a conversation in the back about me for making this simple request pointing out what their menu shows. I then pulled up the menu, waited in line again, and I showed them the menu and the mobile app which both show whip included and which you actually have to deselect it and neither has an additional fee. The woman preparing my order acknowledged that she deselected it on my behalf since I asked for oat milk. At this point - this is absolutely not about the whip cream or the upcharge, it is the abhorrent service, the aggressive demeanor, and the unexplained disdain I was shown when I treated both women with nothing but respect from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out of the establishment. ATP the woman who took my order saw the issue and was going to resolve it by, of course, adding the included whip cream! However, the manager, DJ returned and interfered refusing to allow her to do so & going on a rant directed at me when I was not at all in communication with her. Then, as she was returning my order (which included a tip btw!!) she proceeded to attempt to insult me by saying, "if you don't have 70 cents to pay for this, just say so." For the record, the tip I left was more than the 70 cents so that obviously did not land well. Throughout this dumbfounding experience, I was standing there, my voice calm, not raised, in a store full of my customers (after I patiently waited in line a second time) at 10 months pregnant. We all have bad days, but on so many levels, this cannot be acceptable at any point. To insult someone to try to win a "debate" over a non-issue in an industry where some of us remember "the customer is always right," is despicable at best. I hope someone finds a training opportunity in this, but I will not return to ever find out.

This restaurant was very new, having opened less than a month before our visit, and it was packed with people on a Monday morning. One thing that immediately stood out was the atmosphere. The restaurant had a fresh, modern feel, and the space was noticeably larger than most First Watch locations we've visited. It felt open, bright, and welcoming despite how busy it was. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We waited about 25 minutes to be seated, and our food took a little longer than usual to arrive, but given the crowd, that was understandable. As always, First Watch delivered a great experience. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I had a good laugh when she asked if we wanted separate checks at the end of our meal. LOL The food arrived hot, fresh, and well-seasoned, just as we've come to expect from First Watch. Overall, it was another enjoyable visit, and I would definitely return the next time I'm in the area.

Wonderful space to come and have breakfast or lunch even with the crowds, was a nice atmosphere.
