Customer service is not great. I ordered coffee and loaded has brown. While waiting I tasted the coffee and it was very watery. I asked for another with maybe not so much cream because it was watery and got attitude from the cashier and manager. The I look at the hash browns the container is half full, and she left tots sitting on the prep station instead of putting it in my order. So extremely disappointed as I am an avid DD customer. I had to update my initial review. The staff here is amazing! I stop here frequently for my mom's coffee and other goodies and the young lady that rings me up already knows what I'm going to order before I even get to the register. Since COVID, my mom hasn't been in the shop, I've done all her running around, and the young lady even asks how she's doing and how she misses her. Just good quality customer service. The owner always says, "God Bless You" whenever he rings up customers. It's just the little things that you appreciate as a customer. The food/donuts/hot beverages I order are ALWAYS on point and they move the steady flow of customers quickly out the line. Always a pleasant visit when I stop in. Since the staff knows me so well, this is actually my go-to Dunkin' in the area. I just wish they had a drive-thru. read more

This Dunkin is ok if you need coffee in the area. No drive up so you have to physically go inside. The staff and very pleasant; the inside is not clean but not dirty. I would come back because it's the only coffee next to our cheer gym but I wouldn't pick to come here. MOSTLY due to them not having a drive up. read more

Love this DD! Almost every Sunday after church, I can be found stopping into this location for what used to be a bagel with cheese and a med hazel nut swirl coffee, BUT now, it's all about the Vanilla Chai Tea Latte with almond milk!! SAY WHAT?! That's what the guys taking my order say now that I have switched my order up on them. I'm LOVING this latte and won't go back to my coffee! It's just THAT good! Oh and it's not just the drink, because I've had it now, at other locations. I think these guys put a little extra sugar in mine Wonderfully friendly staff !! This place is regular Dunkin' Donuts except-- the place is well managed the staff is friendly and they are always cleaning! This is the cleanest place I have ever see as far as quick stop and grab and go stuff. Even the owner is constantly cleaning, doors windows counters signs and on and on. Sunday 4:00pm. 7/10/22. Employee, young lady, recently graduated, by the looks of her decorated car outside. Doors locked. Lights on. I look through the window and both employees are sitting in the back of the restaurant laughing and fooling around. Multiple families outside beating on the front door and she comes up and states that they don't have enough staff to help us. I guess Covid, a year after Covid is the cause. My wife asks why they didn't make a sign for the door and she states that they are waiting on more staff so that they can make the paper sign. Where is the America I once knew? We have created a next generation of idiots. It would be funny except the family that has mortgaged their life in order to open a Duncan Donuts/Baskin Robbins franchise. How sad. read more

I actually came here because of the Baskin Robbins part of the store. I've been in this place several times and you would think I would have learned by now to stay away. The first time they had rap blaring (really loud) throughout the small store. Bummer. Maybe it was a one off type thing. The second time I came here with a friend and he turned around and walked out. This time, The MIssus wanted some ice cream and it was on our way home. First choice, hot fudge sundae. Sorry, no hot fudge to day. Second choice, a "31 Below" (the Baskin Robbins equivalent of the Dairy Queen Blizzard). Sorry, the "31 Below" machine is not working today. Third choice, two scoops of ice cream in a cup. Yay! They had that! The young woman who was serving up the ice cream got a little weak after she got my wife's and was starting on mine. The manly man who was working with her had to come to the rescue to dip the ice cream into the cup. It was also kind of hot inside the store. I'll remember the next time. Not this place. read more

You are probably thinking, how do you give DD one star? Well, allow me to explain... The donuts are basically the same that every dunkin donuts have. But this dunkin donuts offers a variety of breakfast sandwiches and icecream. Every morning for two months that I have gone to this DD, they are out of my top three sandwich choices. I have to call ahead to see if they have it. They are also not efficient with time. If you are in a rush, do not go here. Even if you want just the donuts, you should expect a 7 to 10 service time. I live very close to this Dunkin Donuts, so I like to stop by here fairly often. In general, it can be a neutral or a miss experience. I find the people at the register to not be very engaging and only neutrally welcoming. Often they run out of ingredients too. I came into the store to order a bbq chicken sandwich and they had to make it with a croissant instead of their typical bread. It was early Saturday. You may also need to wait longer if and or when they mess up your order, which has happened. I usually get their apple fritters, which I love for the price, and the size, when I am lucky. Often their bakery items are not consistently baked/sized and I will find myself with a small apple fritter one day, and a large one another day... That said I recommend their sour cream doughnuts, (you can't really go wrong) and if you would like a kick: their powdered lemon filled doughnuts. Though be a little careful about visiting this place late at night, since their doughnuts are usually hard by then. As a little snack, I also recommend their hash browns, which are a dollar if I am not mistaken, it is for 6 pcs. A little small, portion-wise if you are hungry. But I am typically happy after ordering these after a long day at work. The place is very clean, has a nice view. Sometimes they'll have bathroom issues. But staying at the front end of the store, you could sit sip a coffee for a bit and be on your way without even noticing. read more

This is a great little Dunkin' Donuts I come here every Saturday morning at 6 AM before I have to go to kickboxing and I get my coffee and sometimes even a month in this that is very nice the bathroom is always immaculate and they don't mind me saying is I waiting around for a little while I definitely recommend this place read more

Yes! Score this one has donuts unlike the one in upper Marlboro. Plus the cashiers where very nice, sweet and attentive. The donuts weren't that fresh but it was the end of the day so it is understandable. read more

All donuts here or at any chain is great in the morning but suffer in the afternoon due to the fact that they get staler while sitting on the shelf. So just don't come in the late afternoon. Coffee is superior over any piece of crap overpriced bitter overrated Starbucks. Period. read more

This place is whack. They are selling the ice cream that melted during the Hurricane that caused a four day power outage. So of course the ice cream is awful. I told the guy there if I come in there one more time and they have the same ice cream, I will never go there again. The wait time is long. They usually only have one person in the evenings. I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts this very windy Sunday morning and got a Pumpkin Spice coffee (delish) and a half dozen donuts. As I headed out the door to the parking lot a wind gust swooshed away my donuts and spilled out onto the parking lot. The staff inside noticed me picking up my donuts (to only be tossed into the trash can), and came outside to greet me with replacements! To be honest, this exceeded my expectations, as I dropped the donuts! So kudo's to the staff that made my Sunday morning a good one. I always find this staff, and service at the HighBridge Road Dunkin Donuts to be friendly and the service fast. I get the breakfast sandwiches there as well and have never had to wait very long for the order to be completed. I recommend it. My go to Dunkin Donut, for breakfast, coffee, and donuts. read more

I don't even know where to begin. This place deserves less than one star not because of their food, but the people they hire. Today I walked into this particular branch of DD and I find two men amusingly discussing the possibility of raping a woman. They were talking in their native language and clearly did not realize that I understood their conversation. Continued to boast about drinking and what the girl was not wearing and what they could have done with her. I was mortified! And I was just about to give them a piece of my mind when a little girl walked in. So I just stormed out fuming. I really recommend you all to take your business to any other DD, just not this one because the staff here is disgusting and their behavior disgraceful. If you could give 0 stars I would. I have come to this DD and BR a few time only to be dissapointed . I went to BR last week for a Banana Royal with Rocky Road Ice cream and the Ice cream was litterly Ice with chocolate coating seriously chunks of Ice I had to throw it away. I have been going there for the last 3 weeks to get a coolatta but keep getting told the machine is broken. Today I wanted to try the new frozen hot chocolate again machine is broken and they don't serve that yet!!!!. I order from the BR side the frozen capachino only they didn't have the right ice cream they put so much ice in it all you could taste was a hint of mocha then I ordered the boston cream donut but it had no cream in the middle!!!! WTH. They have a hispanic lady working there that doesn't speak much english so you have to repeat things over and over the wait is way to long. I will not go back. I sent a complaint to the corporate office which I am sure will do no good. read more
