The cookie nachos allow you to get a tray of a certain number of smaller cookies with a number of frostings as the dip. For example, chocolate cookies with a cookie butter and salted caramel dip.... It's simply to die for. And the cookie pies are great for events -- you have to order it at least a half hour in advance and you get a cookie sheet cake basically. I have only had the cookie butter one so far, but it was awesome and fed a lot more than you would think. I'm not really a soda person so I haven't tried the dirty soda yet, but I did finally try the ice cream, and the salted caramel and ube were fantastic. I ended up getting the ladder between two cookies, and I realized I should probably try it with monsters next time. I found myself not being able to easily bite the cookies without the ice cream falling out. Maybe I should have gotten the cookies warmed up, but ultimately I think bigger cookies would work better. She barely looked up, with a "let me know if I can help you." I ordered my scoops and started waiting while my partner ordered a soft serve. This is apparently a production. I seriously almost finished my ice cream waiting.... But, in the meantime, about ten people in different groups came in. Several wound up just leaving. The one woman who was there started shouting into the back for someone to come help her. After 4-5 attempts, a second woman came out. She had been way too busy chatting with someone on her phone about her car to offer any help -- which she continued to do while she rang me up. I've been to places where I felt like the staff didn't care one way or the other, this one made me feel like I was really interrupting these two ladies' evening of texting and chatting, and they would have preferred nobody came in.
