Zero customer service. The employee didn't greet me nor acknowledge my existence except to take my order and payment. Only upside was there is a drive thru and my coffee was decent. Other than that, don't expect to feel appreciated for your patronage. read more

So I'll start by saying that I visit this Dunkin' location 1-2 times a week. I've had items made wrong but today I had to actually come back for a wrong item. I ordered a iced butter pecan coffee, just cream no sugar. However, it had sugar in it which is why I came back. The guy which seem to be a manager literally went back and forth with me about it not having sugar in it until I told him that I can feel the sugar crystals in my teeth when I drink. When he made my new drink he halfway mixed it and basically tried to rush me off. I'll stick to my original place for coffee in the morning. Not to mention, employees are always on their phone while working, which is how my order was wrong in the first place I'm sure. read more

The service is always good at this location. I cannot write much of a review because the only thing I ever get from Dunkin Donuts is an XL French Vanilla hot coffee with cream and sugar. It is always hot and always sweet when I receive it. read more

On top of multiple times getting the wrong order here, I received a breakfast sandwich with green spots (mold) and when I called to let them know I was transferred to a manager and was told it was burn marks and then was put on hold so the "manager" could go check them. I get iced coffees and they taste great. Only problem is that they don't mix them. It's just all the cream and sugar at the bottom and It is downright undrinkable unless you take the top off and mix it yourself. I think the best perk of this Dunkin Donuts is the drive thru. That being said, I don't think I've had a good experience here in the handful of times I've been. Terrible! The young lady taking my order was awesome - repeated back my order twice with no mistakes. Once I got to the window, the young lady attempted to hand me a coffee that I did not order. She said 'oh you didn't order this?' She was then handed my drink and asked the worker, 'what's this?' I came here at night and asked if they had turkey bacon, the older gentleman that was ringing me up said yes. So I then requested a Big 'N Toasted with turkey bacon and one glazed donut.
