We ordered 4 peppermint mochas hot and they took a while and the girl tried to give us frozen ones then was rude when my wife said we ordered hot ones and was rude again when I came in to get them saying something like "you said you wanted ice but whatever I'm making it." Drinks were also overcharged by a dollar plus change over what the app says. We got 4 drinks that were barely above room temperature, all gross, and tasted like they used old warm burned coffee or worse and one of the cups was stained but strangely not wet. This review may go up a star or two depending on what corporate does but I imagine they'll do nothing. FYI, if the girl who took the order was polite I probably would have been fine with the iced version of our drinks (i.e. say I'm sorry I thought you said you wanted ice, are frozen drinks OK?) but this place has bad attitudes and bad service. read more

I go to this location at least five times a week and order a simple iced coffee most of the time. Tonight I ordered my usual iced decaf coffee and a promotion item of a box of Taylor Made golf balls and munchkins. I paid an extra $4 for the golf ball promo item and I received one lousy Taylor Made golf ball and Three stale munchkins that were made early in the day or maybe even this week, that were almost inedible because they were not fresh. Plus I asked them if the munchkins were not fresh to just add another golf ball. They didn't do that and were not interested to please me at all. I must say this was a great promo idea especially in advance of Father's day weekend. Big kudos to the Marketing team! But the local location really did not execute this promotion as advertised and disappointed me! This location and its owners literally dropped the golf ball on this promotion!! Customer service was terrible and the staff talks among themselves in their own language instead of addressing customers grievances . This Dunkin' location has definitely become my new favorite! The store was super clean, the deals were great, and I love that they're open 24 hours. Everything I ordered was made fresh, and the service was impressively fast--even with a bit of a rush going on. They did a great job getting my order right. On multiple occasions I have tried to order a blueberry bagel, but they never seem to have any. Just take it off the menu because you never have it. I opted for cinnamon raisin instead. And asked for my bagel only to be sliced with cream cheese on the side. What I received was a hard stale bagel with NO cream cheese on the side. None at all. The only working register was broken and after asking 3 people where I could order I was told the only one was the driver thru so that's where I went. A 5:00AM pick up had my taste buds jumping in anticipation of an awesome eating experience. And an experience it was! The drive thru was super fast and the employees were surprisingly courteous and kind. I was so hungry I dove right into my eating extravaganza. This sandwich was delicious. The perfect temperature with a thick Beyond patty that was tasty and filling. It came out fast so I know it was microwaved, but it was still good. I'm unsure about the price point, at almost $5. They never get your order right unless you just order black coffee. Sadly, I must agree with the negative reviews below. This place is on the way to work in the mornings. I could tolerate the slower service other mornings due to only having one staff working the counter, but today seemed worse. I don't know why the people taking orders through the drive thru were laughing out loud and making animal noises through the drive thru mic. Do they not know people can hear them? They were also LAUGHING while taking my order. I don't know about you, but that is UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, service is EXTREMELY slow. Had to wait 20 minutes for one little sandwich. There is no excuse for their behavior. It's a shame. Who is supervising the staff? If you go during the weekends, the staff is different and the service is better. I am writing a warning to those using the drive up window at Dunkin Donuts at Ogden and Maple. If you use the drive thru and you use a gift card and you still have a balance left on it, do not let them tell you that you don't need your card back and that the receipt will show your balance and you can just bring in the receipt and show that the next time you make a purchase. It is a scam! They will not let you use your receipt to make a purchase. They keep your card and the rest of your balance on your card. I would not even give them one star but Yelp makes you give at least one star. read more

i was heading to work at 3am and i was craving a coffee. worst coffee ive ever had in my life.

I've lived in the area for over 3 years and I've tried their coffee about 5 or 6 times. Today was the final straw, I keep believing that I'm going to get better/normal coffee the next time I go and I never do. This time I ordered two extra large coffee and once again they both taste like water. The flavor swirl I select or cream is never in the coffee. I'll say this again every time I've gotten coffee here it stands alone in comparison to other Dunkin Donuts. I have no doubt in my mind that they are skimping on the coffee to save money.
