Today has been one of the most craziest and far most disgusting dunkin drive through customer service I have ever seen. There was a young girl working the window and cashier and she was very disrespectful and her attitude was disgusting. The was a customer that was ahead of me and came back to the window because her order was totally wrong. After she brought back her coffee and her sand which she was called a bitch by the young lady at the window in front of me as the other customer walked away. Which to me was very rude and I don't know why she thought it was okay to call another customer a bitch in front of another customer. Ok i like it here because its so close to my house. I usually wake up early to go because it makes me happy and im excited to go BUT there is one worker that is just so rude for 0 reason. I was waiting at the drive-thru waiting to order coffee at about 9:50 pm on Saturday 9/15/2018, and after waiting there for 5 min I asked if anyone is there couple of times and no answer so I honked my horn on my car once and this Indian origin man starts yelling at me from his headset for honking and telling me if I don't like waiting to leave!!!!! Coffee here is consistently good. We came into kill a few minutes before an appointment, and noted some of the tables were grimy. They weren't that busy to be so unkempt. Hit this Dunkin' up on a vacation. Nothing super special about it. The building wasn't in tip top shape, but really nothing in the general area is. I suppose it fits right in. I go to this same Dunkin Donuts every day for a coffee and I have never had any complaints until today October 27th when I went in for a cup of coffee at 7pm. I walked in with my father and the woman working at the time saw us walk in and ignored us. At first I thought it might be because she was busy but after 8 minutes and me trying to get her attention it was evident that she didn't care to take our order. Finally after 10 minutes she came over and with a lot of attitude she asked us "what you want". I have never been received so in such an unwelcoming manner and it was unacceptable. Afterwards my father states that she always has an attitude when he comes in and my sister has stated that the woman always has a temper. I put in my order and before I pulled to the window I realized I forgot my card so I just pulled out of line and went to grab it. I used to come all the time and now recently they have horrible customer service. So freaking rude.

So when I'm feeling lazy and don't want to drive to Caribou, I generally go to Dunkin. The workers there are really friendly! One older lady always gives me the best smile I have ever seen. She also makes one awesome French Vanilla Iced coffee. She doesn't skimp on that carcinogenic flavoring since I always prefer a good amount of it. Donuts are average, but I don't normally eat them anyway. Leave them a tip in the little cup if you do go here. They are hardworking, great people. read more

I used to come here alot when I worked late at night. I'm pretty sure they are open 24 hours. Only down side is there is no drive through. Although there is a drive-thru Dunkin Donuts in Lyons on Ogden by the new Pop's beef which is 24-hours. read more

I went to Dunkin Donuts this Morning before coming to work and the Cashier took my order and I asked for a Croissant, she leaves from the Register and go by the lady who was preparing food for someone else by the way the lady who was preparing food had gloves on, This Cashier used her hand with no gloves on and took the Croissant and threw in a bag and attempted to give to me I looked at her and told her first of all you are working the register ringing up transactions you don't use your bare hands to touch anyone's food you put on gloves and use a tissue paper to pick up the donuts or Croissant you don't use your bare hands, she then took a tissue paper and stuck in the bag after she used her bare hands and attempted to hand to me like she is doing me a favor this is disgusting, you been ringing up people and God know what else you been touching. This place is trash and the employees need proper training. I asked for a couple minutes. The employee said okay. And legit a minute in I was told that I was taking to long that the manager has them on a timer. First of all you being on a timer has nothing to do with a customer, who to top it off is the only one in the drive thru. I should not be timed and disrespected. I got into a big argument with the girl in the window and 3 other employees. This whole confrontation happened while a customer was being served at the window. How ghetto is that for a Brookfield location. And the whole time the manager was there. These are the people who would spit in your food and drinks if they could. Will report to cooperate. I came to this location several times with great service, but once I needed a couple minutes for the person in the car with me it's a big deal. During the week the employees are wonderful! I visit DD for coffee4 -5 times a week. Very friendly and helpful! I forgot my purse once and the guy told me to just pay him next time I drove through! Well .... I was there today on Sat. and the drive thru lady was so rude! She was annoyed that she gave me the wrong donut, then gave us look and stared at the donut I gave back along with several other employees who were confused what to do. I would like to give this place no stars! But Yelp had to give it one star. I have come here multiple times and its always the same thing. Very bad service, stale donuts. The customer service is excellent and the coffee very good. The drive thru sometimes gets backed up, in the morning although it's a mad rush of people. The manager Anil has always been very friendly and welcoming. I feel very comfortable there. Keep up the good work. read more
