I was in Brownsburg and decided to pick up a matcha latte so I went to Dunkin. I ordered the matcha latte through the app on my phone and I picked up the latte when it was ready. This was a very nice Dunkin location, and the ambiance was very upscale and luxurious. It is very convenient to order through the phone app and pick up the order in the store. The matcha latte was wonderful, like I knew it would be. Dunkin has always been my go to place for matcha latte or a treat, so this location met all of my expectations. Not sure if and when I will be back to Brownsburg, but if I do come back, I will visit this Dunkin location again for sure. read more

This location has a self order kiosk so just pick your food/drink and pay. Then put your name on the order via the kiosk and a staff member calls your name when the order is ready. I had the Hot Chocolate and a glazed donut which were all very tasty. The little one's donut had chocolate icing with sprinkles. Overall, Dunkin' is a good donut spot. read more

One of the best Dunkin' locations. It's clean and well maintained. The employees were friendly and attentive. They got everything right with our drinks and the food was great. I stop by this Dunkin' on occasion because of it's convenience to the interstate. It's a pretty good location with friendly staff, and good food and coffee options. I typically go through the drive through but at 8am the line is LOOOONG so I'll go inside sometimes. It's always clean and the staff are attentive to tables as they become empty and need cleared and bathrooms. My last trip there I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel in the drive through and I ended up with a plain bagel with cream cheese. I didn't check the bag before I left and continued on about my drive when I noticed. I called immediately and asked them if I could come get a new one. They said they'd make me a fresh sandwich and have it for me when I got there. They did just that! I'll continue my stops here because they were willing to make it right. read more

Update: we will not be back. This is been the third time to by the same manager I have gotten dirty looks and snarky remarks for using my military discount I have never been so offended by Dunkin' Donuts in my life in the short time that I have lived in Indiana. I've tried to call twice in the past 20 minutes and no answer yet I called Zionsville Avon and Whitestown locations regarding the same issue and they all #1 answered their phone and #2 they all told me that they do offer the military discount along with the coupon. The poor teenager who was checking me out looked offended for me and said "I am so sorry about that ". Take a drive head over to Avon where franchise owner is a proud service member to our country don't support this place it's trash Well to start our family have been Dunkin customers for generations but this branch needs some major improvements. A few months ago I had issues with them not being stocked with catch up, not having a military discount, not having items in stock such as buns for the croissants sandwiches but since then it has been pretty easy sailing. Y'all know that I am a penny pincher because being a stay at home mom with two boys with autism is extremely difficult that being said I do not carry a coffee without a lid on it, I also do not go out and buy new coffee cups I am every user that being said I use a glass jar for my coffee. We decided to take larger steps in our contribution to eliminate waste and I was sadly awakened when they refused to use it. They said it wasn't safe I could put it in after I use a coffee cup but they can't because it will break. That is completely false and NOT safe at all to transfer hot fluids in the car how could they ever advise that. I would love to see the manager have a broader understanding of the green initiative and just wonder if they would've said the same thing if I would've brought in an expensive glass cup like the ones sold online. This is quite possibly the worst Dunkin location. I usually buy my coffee from Starbucks, but sometimes I like to change it up with Dunkin Donuts because they have such great syrup options. But this particular location is truly awful. The staff can never get anything right. I have been here multiple times, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and it never changes. They never pay attention to what you say and make you repeat yourself or they just hand you the wrong thing and don't ask. It's very perplexing considering it happens every time I've been there. Maybe the people training the staff is the real source of awfulness? We may never know. First off, it's absolutely true - the restroom is funkin' at Dunkin. While it qualifies as reasonably wheelchair friendly, it's clearly in need of some attention in terms of hygiene. Now then, on to my experience. I'm a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts. As a chain, I historically have really good experiences at them and while I won't put the donut quality up with some of the indie shops the truth is that the variety, service and drink options tend to make me frequent Dunkin' Donuts. I was in the Brownsburg area kind of accidentally - seriously, I got lost while out on a "clear my mind" drive. I started seeing some street names that I knew were located in Brownsburg and realized I'd stumbled into this Hendricks County community. I started looking for a place to grab a quick breakfast and to read my newspaper on a quiet Sunday morning. I looked up and saw the Dunkin' Donuts sign and thought "Perfect!" The exterior of Dunkin' Donuts is pretty much the same from location to location. They tend to have a couple accessible spots. In this case, you have to actually drive around the building to access them, but they do have them - as I recall, there's three. The entryway is a double-sided glass doorway that is pretty workable, though a touch heavy. You enter into a small dining area comprised of a handful of tables, including a couple that are high-top, along with lower tables. There's one clearly marked for wheelchairs. You go straight to order and you pick up your drink order to the left. Dunkin' recently upped its prices a bit - $1.15 for donuts (with a slight discount for getting a dozen) and the drinks are fairly typically priced for fast food type places. When Dunkin' had just expanded their drink menu, they were quite a bit lower. I ordered three chocolate frosted cake donuts (Quit judging me!) and a large unsweetened iced tea. As I was wanting to read my newspaper, I grabbed an available 4-top table and decided to dine in. Samantha, the young woman who initially served me, was quite friendly. I was leaning toward a solid 3-star rating until I went up and asked if they had refills - I wasn't sure, but iced tea refills are fairly standard. There are some places that have a nominal charge. Samantha seemed initially unsure, though had just made a gesture toward offering it when a different employee, whose name I didn't catch, came up behind her and stated they didn't offer it. She offered an explanation that was mumbled, at best, and nonsensical. She then made the statement that lowered the rating from 3-stars to 2-stars - "We give iced coffee refills but not iced tea." So, you give iced coffee refills? A drink that's actually more expensive, but you don't do refills on iced tea? I actually asked her to repeat it - unfortunately, this also led to a repeat of the nonsensical crap before she made the same statement again. Had she simply said "we don't do refills," I would have been dissatisfied but I would have chalked it up as a bad corporate policy and just reminded myself not to dine in anymore. I usually use the drive-thru anyway. However, with the explanation given it simply became absurd and, quite honestly, I have a hard time believing it's accurate. If so, it's bad customer service AND fiscally irresponsible since they're comping the more expensive drink. So, yeah. I'd love it if someone from corporate would be monitoring reviews but I doubt it. There was a management/owner type present who seemed oblivious to any concerns. So, I can't imagine they actually read Yelp. So, be happy DD. For the price of a refill, you've lost a customer. read more

This is a pretty great Dunkin' Donuts, especially since Brownsburg customer service is notoriously bad if you don't look a certain way. The staff is always friendly, and they don't rush you when you are trying to get through the new giant menu. I remember when they just had coffee and donuts....not the case! I tried one of the lunch sandwiches today with ham, bacon, and cheddar on a flatbread. Kind of greasy, but really tasty for the $3. I always get a large iced coffee in the afternoons when I can get to a Dunkin. The problem is they are so far out of the way, I never get to go! I've been to this location 4 times.. not one time have I received the correct coffee order. I don't usually get the same thing every time, but the order is never complicated. Whatever I get I always cut back on the syrup and usually get 1 pump. Every time I've gotten my coffee it's been full sugar and if I don't go back I end up tossing it. Dunkin is a little cheaper than Starbucks.. but is ending up being twice as much because the employees here can't follow simple directions. read more

I never write bad reviews, but this Dunkin Donuts experience in Brownsburg was amazingly bad. Never, ever going back. Walked in Saturday, mid-day. All chairs were up on tables, floor had been mopped. I asked a worker, young girl, if we could sit at the table and visit. After about 30 seconds, she shook her head and said yes. I asked if they were closed, and she said, no just cleaning. She looked at me like I had 2 heads, very weird. Felt like the Twilight Zone, like maybe she was on something? Seemed like a strange time to be mopping the entire floor. Not raining, not muddy. Anyway, my sister came and we pulled down some chairs. Order 2 small decafs, a small coffee and an iced chai. We got the coffees, one without the cream that was ordered. Both decafs were flat cold. We took them back and asked for hot coffee. We were given regular coffee, which gave us a headache almost immediately. After about 10 minutes, the chai came out hot. We told them that we had asked for iced chai. Literally 5 minutes later, the young man who was making the drinks informed us that they didn't have any ice. We could barely hear this guy, he often didn't even speak when he set the drinks up on the bar for pickup. The service, obviously terrible, but it was the attitude from the workers that really infuriated us. They seemed like lazy, angry people who resented the customers and having to do their jobs. Over the summer I went to this Dunkin almost twice a week and ordered around the same time every time. Some kind of cold brew hazelnut coffee. I almost always ordered it with my app because the app is very good and simple. It also is much quicker and has rewards. But the past few months, this Dunkin' Donuts has been going downhill. The service has been low quality in customer service and my coffee has started to get worse and worse as I go. My past visit ordered from my app about 5 minutes before I got there. I did this to 1 save time and 2 earn some extra bonus points for my next coffee I went inside to go pick it up ( the coffee should be done by now, it's been 10 minutes) and they have not even looked at the to go orders yet. I waited and waited being a patient and polite customer. Long story short, i waited an extra 20 minutes to get a coffee where I'm supposed to get ahead of everyone else because it's a on the go order and they highly recommend this use. In the end, I got my coffee and all I got was here sorry, with an average coffee. Please get this fixed Brownsburg Dunkin'. My toddler's favorite donut shop, and this is a pretty good location with consistently tasty & fresh donuts and other food. Try the hash brown bites, they are actually great. They do frequently run out of certain donuts, however, not sure if that's unavoidable or just poor planning. Staff friendliness is a bit hit or miss ... I've had great experiences as well as times where they've made me feel slightly unwelcome. Toddler factor: No high chair inside and very few tables in general. Wish they at least had a booster seat or two, but no dice. read more

Dunkin Brownsburg is by far the worst store I have ever been to or in. The place is filthy, bathroom stinks, donuts taste like they were made the day before (I had a boston cream tasted like dried cardboard with cream filling), coffee varies day to day, worst cappuccinos, and the staff is rude and worthless. I grew up with Dunkin back home and this definitely does not represent the franchise. It might be ok for hoosiers, but not people, like me, from the east coast who know what you are back home. Either step your game up and fire your higher ups ( ie: store managers, district, and regional) or burn it to the ground and leave town embarrassed at the product you serve. read more

I understand everyone is seeking additional employees and staffing is a challenge during this time. But, please do not have an establishment open if you do not have employees who have completed training on how to make coffee. And please do not have the option on your mobile app for "mobile- walk in" if when you arrive 5 minutes after placing your order the doors are locked and the employee who was standing at the door runs away. Because we already paid for our drinks, we went through the drive thru where 2 cars were ahead of us. We then proceeded to wait 35 minutes for a cappuccino. 35 minutes! I'm embarrassed to share we waited that long for a drink. When we got to the intercom, they stated they did not have my order, then they said okay pull ahead. Once we got to the window, the drink had not even begun to be made. We waited 10 additional minutes and then asked if we could have a refund and they stated that was not an option because it was a mobile order. They then shared there were 3 new employees who don't know how to make the orders and the most experienced person working today called out. I understand it's a business seeking every opportunity to make money but please do not open your coffee establishment if you do not have employees who know how to make coffee. Gotta love this Dunkin! Today I had the pleasure of a drive-thru worker handing me a scalding hot coffee with the lid apparently not on all the way. I go to take the cup and lid pops off immediately and hot coffee starts pouring all over my hand and the inside of my vehicle. I was expecting him to take it back, but he just stands there clueless as we're both holding it, just assuming I'll keep the coffee, despite the pain I'm in. After several seconds of him apparently assessing the situation, he takes it back and says he'll get me a new one. You would think that by almost 2020 employees would be privy to the extra caution you should take when serving hot beverages and making sure lids are actually on the cup. I've had several issues with this place in the past, but this is the first time I've actually written a review. Done with this place. I'm honestly shocked it's even still in business, but people do need another coffee option in this town besides Starbucks.
