Extremely poor service. I would actually rate this establishment as one-half of one star if I had the option. Tell me, what coffee shop hasn't any cream at all in the morning? I don't believe it. I make my purchase at Dunkin' and I have to drive over to another restaurant and get out in the rain to get cream. *shrugs* My number one complaint is how awful most the staff are. They are rude and very unhelpful. I behave very kindly toward people, I don't complain. I'm of the opinion that you don't complain to the people that are preparing your food- catch my drift? I got something very simple like coffee and hot chocolate and it was horrible. The next time we ordered it was a few maybe 10 minutes before it closed and the cashier asked if we wanted to stay in or take out so I said stay in and then when he gave us our order you told us we had to leave because they were closing in 5 minutes I talk to the manager and they let us stay an extra 10 minutes to eat are donuts and coffee that we ordered when they asked if you wanted to stay in was kind of weird the donuts really aren't that good donut connection is so much better either in Prince Frederick or in Lexington Park I won't be going back to that Dunkin Donuts! read more

Terrible parking and location. They have a drive thru, but as I drove around the building to exit the drive thru I was blocked by their delivery truck for several minutes. Their service is nothing to brag about either. read more

I always get a medium iced coffee with cream, sugar, and some type of flavoring. It's been my go-to since Dunkin opened in SMC. The new "employees" ,if you want to call them that, honestly couldn't make a cup of water if they had to. They're nothing but rude children who don't care about people. I waited in line for 25 minutes, I was 1 of 3 inside the store. The workers were standing around talking, drinking coffee, and complaining about breaks. Finally I cleared my throat and they rolled their eyes and came to help me. I ordered my coffee and paid. As I waited I watched the girl put iced tea, cream, and sugar claiming it was coffee. I said uh no sorry I watched you make that and that is NOT iced coffee. Who in the world tries to pass iced TEA off as coffee. They REFUSED TO FIX IT and when I left I threw it out, it was repulsive. Such a waste of money. If you want Dunkin- drive to the Leonardtown one if you have time, is 100% times better with nicer employees. read more

Not a bad place. Today, however, when faced with a large line of customers the only employee (an elderly man) at the register went to the bathroom and stayed there for several minutes. Returned with no apology and charged me for something more expensive that I didn't order. On the way out we circled the building for a garbage can with no luck. Please do not visit this dunkin donuts, or any dunkin donuts in the St. Mary's county area. This establishment has exemplified the worst business practices that I have ever heard of - starting with its RUDE owner, trickling down to its RUDE management, and FAKE employees on the leadership path. Instead of confessing errors, they either throw a lower level employee under the buss, or cover it up by making false reports. Management finds others to blame, while never considering themselves as making poor decisions. This establishment is filthy, and filled with nasty flies! If a business is run this poorly, just imagine how low the quality of its products must be. Save yourselves and bring your business elsewhere. read more

Exquisite donuts. Seasonal & regular donuts are delightful to look at as well as scrumptious to devour. Great place to pick-up & share those seasonal donuts ( St Valentine's Day, Saint Patrick's Day, etc) with others. The "kiddos" will definitely squeal with delight upon receiving one of these decorated donuts. There's a calorie count labeled on each donut / pastry section , too. The menu is quite extensive. Lots to offer. Be sure to stand back to review before approaching the counter. The breakfast sandwiches are good but, the appearance doesn't always resemble the photo. The speciality hot coffees need a little more finesse in presentation & taste. Hard to part with more dollars for a speciality drink here. The speciality beverages are too close in taste & appearance to the vending machine coffee makers. Stick with the cold brew , iced coffees , hot/cold teas for the accuracy & "bang for your buck". Interior quite small. Exterior very uncomfortable if lots of cars are in the drive-thru. Don't park near drive-thru : possibility of being blocked-in. Hope they expand. Much needed! Customer service great indoors but, drive-thru "hit or miss" because, a warm greeting or friendly "thank-you" may be a-miss here. Restrooms available inside. Very clean. For orders: Wish they would give numbers or take names for order pick-up. Be patient, pick-up line ( indoors) may be a challenging wait bc of limited waiting space. Delicious donuts & regular coffee /tea . A more welcoming attitude & grateful spirit needed here to make this iconic donut shop stellar! read more

I like the drive thru option. I don't care for the food or doughnuts but I'm there for the coffee, and mine is always made correctly.

Drive thru is difficult at best. It took a few minutes to go over my order which was two sandwiches and two ice teas; the person could not get it correct. I was charged for 3 sandwiches. After getting my refund, I had to dig through the sandwiches to determine which ones were the right sandwiches. Not recommended for anything beyond coffee and one donut. I don't think they could handle an order of more than one donut. read more

After working at a Dunkin' Donuts in Boston for 6 years, I can honestly say that this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee with xtra Creme and sugar with a bacon egg and cheese croissant with hash browns in the drive thru. The ice coffee I order had no sugar whatsoever and was just black coffee with milk, I let the cashier know that my drink was not properly made and she just looked at me with a very disgruntled expression and ask what I wanted her to do about it. I asked if she could make another one and she proceeded to snatch the cup out of my hand. I was on my way to work only to realize that they also gave me the wrong sandwich and the hash brown were not fully cooked, they were frozen on the inside but brown on the outside. I ask to speak with a manager regarding my order, the manager was very combative and said either we can give you your money back or make you another sandwich which do you want. I asked for a refund because I didn't trust that they would properly prepare my order the second time. The employees here are extremely rude and ill mannered, mistakes happen but to become hostile to customer over it is completely unacceptable. read more
