Slowest of any store, touch screens out of order, not enough people to make food and drinks

The parking lot has an odd layout and entry to the drive thru. The staff is generally nice but the food and drinks are subpar. Today, I found a hair stuck to my sandwich (see picture). That was the final straw. I won't be back. read more

I walked into Dunkin Donuts and ask the young lady behind the counter if they had any vanilla cream donuts. She said they discontinued them. I couldn't believe it because they always go quickly. I ordered 2 mini stuffed bagels and 1 donut. I saw her put the donut in a small box and I asked her if she got the bagels. She said yes. I get home and the donut was there but no bagels. The receipt shows the bagels but no donut? I was really looking forward to the bagels. ‍ This asks me how they could improve? Put what I ordered in the box! read more

waited in line for 30 minutes, got to the intercom it was out of service so we pulled up to the window it was very getto and said it took exact cash or card and their was stickers all over the sign and when we got the food it was extremely cold and was not good never again read more

If I could give negative stars I would. We sat at the intercom for over 10 minutes. When we pulled up someone asked what we'd like, we gave our order, got no answer, repeatedly said hello. Decided after 10 minutes to just pull up to the window. The girl said I never took your order, with a whole attitude I might add. Ordered munchkins and specified no chocolate, got only chocolate. Got an attitude when I said this isn't what we ordered. Honestly, save yourself the stress and go to the dunkin in Leonardtown or Prince Frederick. read more

I'm upgrading my previous reviews because I haven't had any bad experiences there lately -- but I also haven't gone as often as I used to, so it might just be that I'm getting lucky when I do go. I always use the drive-thru, and only go on off-peak hours, so the wait is never very long. It's standard Dunkin' Donuts, so it's pretty much what you'd expect. Bottom Line: A small location but they do have a drive through. I found this to be a great stop for hot coffee on a snowy morning when the temperature was about 13 degrees. Although the interior is small as other Yelpers noted it is nice that they have a drive through. I like that the menu is clear and at the window there is an electronic display clearly indicating the amount owed. On a bitterly cold morning the employees were enthusiastic and friendly. read more

Worst Dunkin ever. I have given this location several tries and each time it's a failure. The bacon was raw, the hash browns are always cold. The worst part - my iced coffee is NEVER strong. It's always so watered down. Even when I add an extra shot. I have thrown away multiple orders. I am done with this location. read more

Always busy. Needs a better location. I feel some of the workers need to slow down and listen when you order. Always seems to be out of something. One word, "horrible." The staff leaves so much to be desired. Everyone who works here is extremely rude. I love Dunkin Donuts, it's a shame that the staff here have zero basic manners. Easily the worst Dunks I've ever been to. There was only one customer in the store other than me. The poor guy at the front had to be on his first shift. He was up there by himself and had no clue how to run the register. I don't blame him at all. The girl that he was with had zero customer service, nor cared at all. I ordered a large coffee with two pumpkin spice and one cream. Instead of her getting a pump for the swirl bottle, she just dumped in a ton of it and made the coffee. I asked her, after seeing all this, if she put in two pumps and she blatantly lied to me. I tasted it and it was pure sugar. I asked the poor kid to redo the coffee and she finally went back and got a pump to do it correctly. They still put in way more than one cream but at least it was drinkable and I didn't want to spend another 20 minutes getting a coffee. PS. On my way home from work, stopped in the drive thru for breakfast. Was met with an impatient attitude from the female with brains, cutting me off and rude. Pull up to window they gave me the wrong order, boy in braids had his back to me while laughing and playing with the girl in braids...very unprofessional and rude. I know this establishment has poor service but today was absolutely terrible. I ordered my food at 6:00 and I did not make it to the window until 6:18. Once at the window I paid and got my drink, then she realized that I ordered a sandwich and started to make it. At this time I was already running late for work so I told her to forget it and at 6:22 I had to leave. I really needed a coffee, but did not want to pay $6+ for it. I sometimes go to McDonald's, but they have messed up my order several times. I tried the Dunkin Doughnuts and was blown away. They have espresso drinks! I ordered a cocoa Mocha latte and a spring Peep Doughnut and only paid $5.19. The latte was perfect. Rich on the chocolate, not too sweet. I will be back with friends. Every time my job orders from this location it is a disaster! The order is always wrong whether it's in person or an online order. Unacceptable! Asked for cream cheese , they gave me a slice of cheese and coffee creamer! I didn't even order a coffee so at this point it's just a joke. this dunkin may be the best in my county. staff was very nice and the store was definitely clean. my go to is a chai and maybe 1 or 2 times it has been a little watery, cute space. the front register workers were amazing . great deals on the app. and the donuts and sandwiches are bomb. read more

Today the person behind me in the drive though line got plowed into by someone backing out of their parking space. The drive though here is a joke with often two lines of oncoming traffic trying to find a place. Also, when you do get around to ordering you'll be greeted by an overflowing cart of garbage. Every time. I can say the employees are usually nice in the morning so that's why you get 2 stars instead of 1. Been to many Dunkins who usually has great coffee. This store for some reason can't ever get my coffee right. Not hard to make French Vanilla coffee with French Vanilla creamer and splenda. If you have to be taught to make coffee, then you should start rethinking your career move. read more

This place is absolute trash. They consistently mess up orders and don't get it right. I cannot count how many times I've had to drive back to get something they forgot or corrected what they did wrong. They are a complete and utter inconvenience. I've been to this Dunkin plenty of times. I don't think I've ever had a truly UNPLEASANT time here. It's usually just for a mid-day iced coffee whenever I have long road trips ahead of me, and the people who work the drive-thru are always very kind. I don't get any BAD vibes from here. But I DO need to acknowledge the fact that when I came in yesterday, on free donut day (6/5/15), I saw a real lack of worker motivation/initiative. I mean, it's a Dunkin Donuts, on what is arguably their least favorite day to be working ever (tons of people just coming in to get a donut and hardly anything else), so I GET it. But... there were two girls at the register, with only one register open. One girl was apparently on donut duty and the other was running the register. At first glance, this seems like it could be a reasonable way to run things, right? Well, when the girl was getting donuts, the register girl just stood there, wouldn't even bother to address the next customers in line! (And my boyfriend and I stepped aside to make room!!) So long story short, it just seems like the people who work here don't even try to act like they enjoy it during rushes. And that's kind of when it counts. Don't expect to get any urgency out of the people working on register. (The people who are making breakfast sandwiches/drinks, however, really DO work their butts off. Really refreshing.) read more

I've tried to give this Dunkin so many chances but they are consistently rude and rarely ever get my order correct. Today is one of the worst. The frozen coffees we ordered were all creamer, no coffee. I didn't even bother to return it because the woman we ordered from was rude from the very moment we placed our order. Our drinks we undrinkable even after adding two cups of coffee in an attempt to fix the awful sweet flavor. My hash browns were still partially frozen. The plain croissant we ordered weren't even correct, they were clearly the sandwich croissants already cut open and buttered. This is by far the worst coffee shop I've ever been to. The only way to save it would be to hire entirely new staff and even then I doubt I could ever trust this place again. read more

I grew up in the northeast, so I grew up on DD. I have been so consecutively disappointed by this location that I felt the need to post so that management will be aware. The coffee is never as ordered. I have more than once gotten burnt coffee. I was excited to try their specialty coffee drinks but they get so screwed up at this location that I refuse to order them. I have had to go back in to get a refund on several horrible coffees that I got in the drive through. The restaurant itself is dirty and infested with flies. Many of the staff members are horrible. I have had them roll their eyes at me when I am given something that I did not order. I will be in the drive through waiting for an order and look in the window to see staff twerking and acting otherwise unprofessional. I would prefer DD but I won't keep paying for bad coffee and bad service. read more

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. The doughnuts are never hot. It's like they go to Walmart and buy them and put them in there. No matter what time of the day you go there. ONE STAR for RUDE Customer Service!!! Whoever was in charge at 5PM today (4/5/14) displayed one of the most unprofessional service I've ever experienced. When I finally got to the counter, the worker on the other side said, "What can I get you?" I figured it was my turn to speak since he had just finished taking the person's order previously ahead of me. Immediately after I said, "Can I get two dozen donuts?" he gave me the "talk-to-the-hand" gesture. Then he turned and gave orders to the other workers to get me my donuts. How was I supposed to know he switched to drive-thru all of a sudden? He never looked back at me and he continued on as if he hadn't just snubbed a customer. Very tacky and could really use some customer service training - especially if he's the supervisor from what it seems. Too bad since I really like Dunkin' Donuts. I wish they would spend a little extra on training their staff properly. read more

I've been to this location 2 or 3 times because my wife sends me there to get donuts. Surprisingly smaller than other Dunkin's that I've been to, the line moves fast and the Donuts are always good. I prefer them over the other Donut shop in town but I think that the selection may be smaller. The staff is always friendly and patient to my needs. We forgot to ask for cream cheese with our bagels and went back in And they told us because we just asked for them in a bag they charged us 2 dollars extra. The cashier who was picking out our donuts was impatient and rolled her eyes at us. There was no one in line behind us so there was no reason for her to rush us through our order. Extremely poor service. I would actually rate this establishment as one-half of one star if I had the option. Tell me, what coffee shop hasn't any cream at all in the morning? I don't believe it. I make my purchase at Dunkin' and I have to drive over to another restaurant and get out in the rain to get cream. *shrugs* My number one complaint is how awful most the staff are. They are rude and very unhelpful. I behave very kindly toward people, I don't complain. I'm of the opinion that you don't complain to the people that are preparing your food- catch my drift?
