I have truly given this location, multiple opportunities to get better food quality, or as an example the donuts. I'm not sure what you expect for your donuts but what I can tell you is what I don't expect for mine and that's when I order a cream doughnut or a jelly filled doughnut I actually expect there to be some jelly or cream in the doughnut, but what I've found repeatedly from this location is a small tiny squirt on primarily the side of the doughnut instead of in the center where it should be and what really makes me mad is what you charge for the donuts but then turn around and this is what you get so I'm gonna include a couple pictures of how many bites into the donuts that I've been and this is where the frosting is or the cream so at this point, I'm no longer spending my money at your establishment. Your donuts are pathetic and what really ticks me off? Is the amount of money you charge for basically a bakery good that cost you literally nothing and then you want to be cheap as crap when it comes to the cream which is what you're ordering it for but like most Customer Service reviews especially on the corporate level. Way to slow!!! It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a bacon egg and cheese croissant and a medium ice coffee. I am so sad to report that this location is being hampered by some staff that are angry, or do not care about customer service. Today, I went in to avoid the drive-thru lane. I waited a bit, and then interacted with a worker that made me sad that I had come. The food and drink were fine, but she took all the fun out of a stop that I consider a treat. The Dunkin' Donuts on Marietta Hwy is awful. Customer service is bad. My wife orders a dozen, 3 jelly, 3 Boston, 3 glazed and 3 glazed with chocolate on top. She comes home with 9 glazed and 1 of each. I run back out, in this rainy weather to exchange for correct order. The handling of the simple mistake was very poor on their part. I will not visit them again. Some may think this is petty, but, Customer Service should be number one priority. This Dunkin Donuts has really come around for us lately. My weiner dog gets excited when we come around the corner and doesn't stop until he gets his Puppaccino. For a while, the coffee was stale, and they almost always got boyfriend's order wrong. They've hired some new folks, and they're great every time now. read more

This is the only Dunkin within miles of my house. I hate to admit it but Dunkin has better iced lattes than their green straw competitor. $4.58 for a medium? Worth every penny IF the person behind the counter can make it. Twice a year DD offers their $2 medium latte special from 2-6. During that time, this place becomes my Cheers. Same location but some days the latte is watery, iced milk. Some days it is so good I want to kiss the barista. On a bad latte day, I go inside to ask them to make it again but it always tastes the same. It only tastes good if its made by 2 people. Why is that? I've watched them make it before. Teach me! Okay so let's start with what is so hard about giving a customer what they ask for? A small vanilla chai tea over ice. Many of Dunkin Donuts have done this for me in the past, why this one can't is beyond me. Secondly, even though they weren't "allowed" to sell chai tea over ice, we were still polite to them. We got no "see you at the window" "thank you," just rude in my opinion. Also, when you work in a restaurant, I believe you are required to wear work attire. The woman that came to the window had no Dunkin' Donuts work attire on. She simply had shorts and a "PINK" shirt on, not to mention she didn't even have the proper shoes on to be behind the counter. Wow...customer service at this place is terrible! I went there at 3:45 am this morning on my way to work to get a small coffee. I walked in and the tall black gentlemen behind the counter ignored me for a short while then looked at me and said...if you cant be patient...then I immediately said well I will just leave then because I have to be at work. Then he said...give me a minute and asked, what do I need. I said I need a small coffee. So I waited a while longer then he got my coffee. As he was typing in the total I asked, are you working alone. He said no...we just have a lot to do. I thought waiting on costumers was supposed to be #1 bit not at this place. A while back I walked in about the same time and a older white gentleman with a pony tail was standing back from the pickup part of the counter. He was playing on his phone. I thought he heard and seen me come in so I stood there for several minutes to let him finish his texting or what ever he was doing. After being a regular customer at this Dunkin for over 2 years, Ive had to stop patronizing this location because the management is utterly horrible. Espresso machine is constantly broken and when it is working the employees are so poorly trained they cant seem to make two macchiatos that taste remotely the same. Consistency is atrocious. This worker, Jason, looked for the cream cheese for 8 minutes and proceeded to give me a bagel drowned in butter with NO cream cheese. Customer service is awful, I'll start out with that. No greeting or anything, just "what do you want" then I order a blueberry bagel with cream cheese & they tell me they are out. Talk about re-purposing! This was an old burger joint that they gutted and made into a super large Dunkin. Plenty of parking and nice inside. Location is slightly difficult to get in and out of. Would recommend location for small group gatherings! read more

I went on Sunday, October 8th at 5:38PM to get a medium frozen Dunkachino, as I pulled up to the window she was filling the blender and dropped the spoon for the powder on the floor, she left it there as she continued to fill the blender and then continued to pick up the spoon and then scoop the power mix into the blender. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I didn't even wait to get the drink or even pay. That breaks healthcode and I would never drink something contaminated by their dirty floors. Like everyone else in the area, my husband and I were excited to have a DD in Canton. The first time I went through the drive through they were slow and unfriendly. I decided to give it a 2nd chance though! On my second trip I ordered 2 coolattas...and only after they took my card and swiped it did the kid send ANOTHER worker to the window to tell me they didn't have what i ordered. So i asked for another kind of drink...they statrd they were out of that too. I finally asked for a refund and a 3rd worker came to do that job. After I got home I realized they only refunded my money for one drink instead of 2. Ontop of them stealing my money...no one seemed to know what they are doing. This is the worst dunkin I've ever been to. My bagel was heated in a microwave rather than a toaster so instead of the crispy bagel I'm used to eating at other locations I bit into something warm and soggy. The texture was so chewy I couldn't even eat it. They forgot to give me my munchkins that I payed for and the sausage egg and cheese muffin my boyfriend ordered the sausage came out cold. I am extremely disappointed with service at this location. I purchased 3 cups of coffee. When I got home (4miles away) I discovered coffee tasted like hot water, I immediately called location and after much ado (about nothing!) the manager agreed to give me a refund. When I went back to get MY money DD would not give me my promised refund! I would recommend that you go somewhere else to get coffee.
