He was patient with me (decisions, decisions!!) and recommended the sausage, cheddar & egg on an English muffin. It was hot and delicious! The egg nog latte was extraordinarily hot and just a little diluted. I didn't say anything because it probably saved me some calories. Or that's what I'm going with. lol The dining area was clean and spacious. The pleasant chatter of patrons sitting with friends and family reminded me of coffee shops in the late 90's/early 2000's when music was acoustic and conversation was open and welcome. this starbucks is honestly one of the best Starbucks' that i've been to in a while. the workers are…read moresoooo nice and always make me feel like i'm at home. they're constantly in a good mood and laughing while also making the drinks super fast. not to mention the music and how clean the store has gotten has greatly improved. today i went in and there was a line wrapped around the drive through and the workers where getting the drinks out fast. when i ordered and they made my drink i accidentally spilled it all over the pick up counter and when i started cleaning it up they were so sweet and said to not worry and that they'll clean it up for me.

There is one really sweet…read moreblonde lady that is always really thoughtful about allergies, but outside of her the rest of the staff is super rude, or... confused? There's a girl with wavy blond hair that rushes you through your order and speaks over you - "Is that all?!" And you get halfway through the next item you're ordering and there she is again "IS THAT ALL?", she just can't be bothered. Also, my husband always gets a large black coffee in a double cup, which historically he's never been charged for, and she charged him for an entire second cup of coffee... Not just a second cup so he didn't burn his hand, a whole second coffee? He doesn't mind being charged for the cup, but they've literally never done that before and then for a whole second coffee? Okay ‍ There is also a girl who's been there for a little while, she has dark hair and always wears red lipstick - she would rather be ANYWHERE but there and makes sure you KNOW it. She too interrupts and pushes you through your order... maybe she trained the blond girl? She's exceedingly rude. I have never had an encounter where she even remotely tried to be kind and I come through regularly. It's so bizarre! Today was the last straw though - my husband ordered me a large protein latte, to which they gave him an iced coffee with cream and flavoring in it? He tasted it and it was awful so he took it back in and they remade a medium, and when he clarified it was supposed to be a large, the guy just poured more stuff in on the top. It also tasted terrible so my husband just ate the money and left. The Dunkin at exit 14 is awesome. They have excellent customer service and the best baristas, so at this point we'll just go down an exit because it's not worth wasting our money at this location anymore. UPDATE: fool me once, fool me twice... rough morning and I was close by and decided coffee would make it better... tried again, used my free drink reward I'd been hanging onto. Literally got an iced cup of milk and flavoring. Coffee where? I may as well have just thrown my money/free reward out the window
