I'm so excited for the holiday menu that I popped in for a beverage and sandwich. I was greeted when I walked in by Ben. He was patient with me (decisions, decisions!!) and recommended the sausage, cheddar & egg on an English muffin. It was hot and delicious! The egg nog latte was extraordinarily hot and just a little diluted. I didn't say anything because it probably saved me some calories. Or that's what I'm going with. lol The dining area was clean and spacious. The pleasant chatter of patrons sitting with friends and family reminded me of coffee shops in the late 90's/early 2000's when music was acoustic and conversation was open and welcome. I enjoy this friendly and efficient location. The staff is always eager to please, and any mistake I ever encountered has been quickly fixed. They turn a lot of coffee out here, so I appreciate thier upbeat attitudes and speedy service. Other than that it is a Starbucks. I always recommend a venti 2 pump white chocolate mocha iced or hot with no whip cream. It gets the job done and isnt too sweet. Back in the days when I liked people I use to come here with some friends and we would hang out. From the outside it doesn't look like a big store but it's actually quite adequate. Big tall windows allows tons of natural light along with wide family style tables along the walls creates a cozy cabin feel. The store itself is shaped like an "L" which creates an illusion of intimacy without it being cramped. My only complaint is the parking lot. The spaces are limited and its a pretty packed shopping strip. The main road has a median so you can only make a right. This is the first Starbucks I have ever tried ordering before I get there through the app and I have to say, I may never go back. Not that I don't like the team here, they're all super friendly and always smiling but the ease of walking in, getting that hit of coffee in your nose only to grab your drink already made and walk out within 1 minute is unheard of. I need to join a 12-step program for their bacon egg bites. With 19 grams of protein these egg white with bacon bites are easily hand held and keep you full while you scream in traffic. My go-to lately is the espresso frap with non fat milk and light ice and the pair go together like steak and lobster. The location is close to the highway and on the end of a busy shopping center so you can make it in and out in no time. I am also a part of a Mini Cooper driving club and we meet here monthly. Even with the rush of 20+ before 9am the team here knows us by name and talks Mini's with us. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! If you order a bakery item online by when you go to pickup your order they don't have the item, well don't expect them to let you know until you've been waiting for 15+ minutes. Ow this has happened TWICE at the same location by the same person. So I let them know how unprofessional it was to not use your mouth and communicate to the customer that you're out of the item and offer a substitute. But that didn't happen on either occasion until AFTER the fact. I spoke to a shift manager during my LAST visit to this location when it happened the second time and she apologized, even came outside to my car and gave me a gift card for the trouble. Well guess what!!!! SHE GAVE ME A GIFT CARD WITH ZERO DOLLARS ON IT!! What a joke!! They wasted my time now on multiple occasions so I don't go there anymore. Super disappointing visit! I love Starbucks and been a long time customer. Unfortunately, this experience was not pleasant. I came in with my family on a Monday night right before they closed (I get it, it is close to closing and annoying for the staff to deal with but that's business) and was treated horribly. The staff on Monday night 04/01/2024 was extremely rude to us. As one staff (who I think her name was Bailey) was standing at the door staring us down waiting for us to leave had the audacity to roll her eyes as we left the facility (we didn't know the store was closing at 7:30PM but a simple mention of this would have made us get out of there faster). No straws or sleeves were available to grab. The customer service was so bad that it made my Mom feel so uncomfortable that she decided to NOT order her drink. We did not feel welcomed whatsoever and even my Dad is a laid back guy made a comment about it. I hope this isn't how others are treated at this location and these workers are trained on simple hospitality and ways to communicate with guests in a pleasant way. read more

This was absolutely ridiculous. This lady and I waited TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES for our drinks. I had an ICED drink, and 10-15 people behind us got their orders in less than 5 minutes. We stood right at the counter and no one asked or said anything about the two of us standing there. They were cutting up, laughing, having a good time, and focusing on mobile orders instead of the people standing right in front of them who have been waiting forever. You would think that after putting out 20+ drinks that you would see the same people standing there for longer than 20 minutes. I finally decided to say something, and the guy literally snapped at me by cutting me off to ask what drink it was and what not. The lady next to me asked another barista and he apologized so much, and even gave her a 10 dollar gift card. Like wtf. Yes, I get it. We all make mistakes and things happen. But why give me attitude for something going wrong on your end? I was polite about it and did not yell or say anything rude, just that we were waiting long and that a good amount of people already got their orders. But snapping at me? That left a bad taste in my mouth. Not going here ever again. Hope y'all can hire some nicer workers like the other lady's barista. Been going to this location for 5 years and we've reached an all time low. I go to Starbucks for coffee, not milk. But what I get, every time, is milk with a drop of coffee. I purchase "extra shots" and don't receive them. Ask for the drink to be made again. Still a milky drink. Mind you, I don't get lattes. Ever. Today was 3rd in a handful of more recent visits and also the final time I visit. The lady in front of me had to get her drink remade 3 times and by the 3rd time, she just gave up and left. Of all the starbucks locations I've been to, this is my least favorite. The staff is generally snooty and the service isn't the best I've encountered. During the summer, I ordered a shaken blackberry mojito tea lemonade and I watched as it was made. It was NOT shaken and I was very disappointed. I'm a regular customer for starbucks, but I will not be back to this location. I went in yesterday to get my morning coffee. Waited in line for 20 minutes and ended up having to leave without even ordering so I could make it to work in time. I went again today and was the first one in line. When someone finally came over to take my order, the woman was very rude and didn't even look at me. Of the three people working, she was at register, another was at the oven, and the third person was making drinks. As I moved over to wait for my drink, I noticed the man making them had five other cups in front of mine. It was clear he was new and was not sure on how to make several of the drinks. I received my croissant out of the oven and continued to watch as the other two girls stood there socializing, while not offering any help to the man who was behind on drinks. He would ask them questions and they would answer, but not offer to help out at all. After waiting for another 15 minutes, I finally received my drink. After getting out to my car, I noticed my drink was wrong, but I did not have time to go back in again and wait for another. My warmed up croissant was now cold. The man making drinks certainly is not at fault, but I was very irritated with these two women. They were too busy talking to each other to offer a helping hand with any of the other work that needed to be done, while customers stood around waiting for drinks.
