I stopped there to grab a sandwich on my way to work Friday morning. I sat in drive thru so long I thought they were closed. The guy finally took my order, then I pulled to window and sat a few more minutes. A lady came to take my payment while the guy fixed my sandwich. A new Owner has taken over this location in recent times, I have not been here in a while and probably will not be returing, my favorite donut is the Sour Cream and I ordered some today with my coffee for me and the office staff. Service was outstanding but the one thing that was glaringly obvious, is that the donut is the same circumference but the hole has gotten larger meaning less donut for the same price,My Guess? Wished I read the other reviews before placing a mobile order here. They were out of cup holders, cheese, eggs. Went through drive through, and then realized They forgot my donut, instead of going back in the long line, I went inside only to find out that all the doors are locked, and then the manager opened the other side door, opposite from where I'm at, so then I went to go meet her since she didn't want to come to the door I'm at, and waived me over to the door that she's at instead, poor decision on her part. I asked if you're open why are all your doors locked, she said because they're short handed today, I'm like what a ridiculous reason. People tend to only leave reviews when the place is bad, and I hate that this is the case for this establishment. I live close to this Dunkin' so I'm easily there three times a week. I've never had an issue. The drive thru line can be long, but they get it moving quick! Order is always right, and if not it's easily fixed. If I could give them zero stars, I most def will! The 2 employees working were rude! They locked the doors to the dining room and did not put any signs indicating the dining room was closed! I feel like they are trying to poison me. I order Dunkin' all the time through the app. Today Sunday May 9th 2021 the app was not working. I decided to just use the Drive through. I order literally he same thing every time. Large Chai latte, OATMILK, vanilla and Carmel. I said Oat milk a total of 5 times to the lady taking my order. I finally get my drink and I drive off. (I waited in line almost 30 because they were moving very slow) I tasted my drink and immediately I can tell they did nit use oat milk but regular milk.I am vegan, I have been vegan for years. I called and asked if they could just credit my Dunkin' Donuts perks, the manager very rudely cut me off and said in order to get a refund I needed to come back (mind you I waited 30 mins in-line already, who wants to wait another 30 mins in line for a mistake they made?) I asked for the general managers names and they hung up the phone on me. I used to be a restaurant manager and I know how this things work. The service at this Dunkin Donuts is horrible! They are rude and very condescending. I was told that if I didn't like the service I didn't have to come there. Being that this is how they treat paying customers I refuse to support this store ever again. The person who often works the drive-thru is the father of the owner. As a result, he is allowed to speak to customers any type of way. I have tried to give this Dunkin a chance numerous times, however I can't take the lack of respect and rudeness over food that isn't even that good. When I lived in Nashville, my work office was located above a DD so I used to binge on their coffee. My access to a DD is much more limited now, so I decided to stop into this location to try out their new cold brewed coffee. Yikes. I should have read the prior reviews. While my cashier was friendly enough and my order was correct, the coffee was absolutely awful. I typically love cold brewed coffee, so that wasn't the issue. My medium cold brew was opaquely white with creamer and had about inch of sugar at the bottom that was not dissolved. It had maybe a splash of coffee in it because of the bitter burnt aftertaste. Desperate for my caffeine fix, I ended up dumping half of it out and adding in more coffee from my work's coffeemaker, which kind of defeated the purpose of me treating myself to coffee. read more

I've lived over this way for two years and have never had issues until they changed ownership. I went a few months ago after they first changed, prices went up significantly and the coffee they made was terrible. I went back three separate times recently figuring they needed time to figure it out and each time the simple iced coffee I ordered was wrong. The last one I ordered was all flavor shot with a splash off coffee I couldn't take more than one sip and didn't have time to fight with the crowd to get it remade after I was already sitting there for 5 minutes. I have only gone here two times so far, and each time, they manage to completely mess up my simple coffee order. Watch as an extra large hot coffee with hazelnut turns into a medium iced coffee with vanilla! It's magic! It's like spinning the roulette wheel of coffee here. After a recent renovation, the building looks great, but they have some serious managerial issues to tackle before this place will be worth going to. I didn't want to stop at just any old fast food joint and then I remembered that DD makes an egg white sandwich with turkey sausage on flat bread. I'm soooooo happy this Dunkin' got new owners and a whole new staff. My food and tea were so yummy and fresh. The new staff is very efficient and pleasant. Much better! I'll be back! I live a few blocks away and had problems for 2 years with stale donuts and sour tea (from bacteria and unclean tanks). I complained so many times and they always brushed me off. This location is always extremely slow and then will give you the wrong order ALOT. Never drive off after, check your order thoroughly or you will be upset. They don't know the difference between hot and iced coffee on there own menu. If I could order DoorDash for another location, I would never touch this location.
