While the staff was friendly, outside there was lots of trash and some of my family members indicated that their orders were neither correct nor very good. I stopped by Dunkin' and got their breakfast combo deal, which includes a coffee, a sandwich, and hash browns--such a great value! I ordered a caramel iced coffee and a bacon, egg & cheese on a bagel. The coffee was perfectly sweet and smooth, and the sandwich was hot, fresh, and really satisfying. The hash browns were a nice bonus--crispy, seasoned well, and served hot. I personally don't go for the croissant option--I've tried it before and just didn't like the taste. Something about their croissants tastes off to me, so I always stick with the bagel instead, and it never disappoints. I also included pictures of the menu for anyone curious about what's available. I orders through Uber eats. The donuts were midocre- we probably got the ones that were sitting out all night. I ordered 3 donuts, 1 being a strawberry with sprinkle donut. They of course placed the only frosted one upside down in the bag and therefore the frosting stuck to the bottom and there were no sprinkles on it at all. My ham and Suisse croissant- gross! There's a new donutorium in town. It's not much to look at now because there's still some construction and winter going on but it ought to clean up pretty well by spring... Bright and clean only-donuts shop. Windows facing north and west have a nice view across the parking lot out to WT Harris Blvd. Drive-thru goes around back but I don't think you can see the display from your car so you may as well go inside and get your donuts like a grown up. read more

The customer service at this location absolutely sucks. I went into order Churro items and the guy over the speaker had some pretty smart mouth responses. "Yeah we don't have it. That's what makes the drink so we obviously don't have it." What happened to making suggestions to supplement for what you don't have. I could better understand if he had given me a suggestion and replacement of what I wanted. He had such a rude hostile tone I took my business elsewhere. This is another standard DD so there's not much else that can be said but it's a personal favorite because it's located right in my office's business park so it gets an extra star for convenience. I must say that their drive-thru has been consistently efficient and the cashiers have been very friendly. For about a month or so, they were out of the Girl Scouts Coconut Caramel flavor which was a personal bummer but, I'm happy to say, it's back in stock. They are located right next door to the Jimmy John's and share parking spaces with them. They are easy to access right off the road via multiple entrances/exits. Snotty employee named Monique talking a mile a minute. She's asking me something and I ask her to repeat because I don't understand and she blows up after I tell her that an item is missing from my order and she says " I can't help you " and stomps away and then proceeds to agitatedly speak into her headset. Three employees watch this happen, one tells her to cool it without an apology to me but explains what she was saying. They have music blaring and she was talking fast She was asking if I had an eat-in order. It sounded like Eden order, as in my name is Eden. So when I say I'm not Eden, she gets agitated and says I have to go to register cause she cannot help me. Not a great impression to make on this out of town guest staying at the hotel across the way. Cashier dude was nice but didn't seem like he really wanted to be there. Kudos to the other kind gals behind the counter who alerted me that my order was up as she was walking out the door and the other one who got my missing item. Freaking zoo here. TV blaring. I spread my share of bad reviews on Yelp, but this is not one. I'm a Postmates driver and when I showed up to pick up the items and mentioned it was a delivery, the staff went out of their way to make sure it completed correctly and properly bagged for my customer. I go here maybe once a week and pick up a dozen glazed donuts for work. The drive through is a blessing as the regular part of the store gets really crowded. I've never had any problems with the drive through staff. They are friendly and professional. I go here quite a bit but today my order was terrible. I got a caramel iced coffee and some hash browns. The hash browns literally taste like they were sprayed with some cleaning solution and about made me puke. The iced coffee tasted strange too. Used the drive thru to order Halloween special donuts. The photo of the donuts have certain icing with sprinkles. Also a Spider donut - orange icing with 8 stripes and a donut hole in middle with eyes. This order was not completed correctly. Spider donut had two stripes and no eyes. I just discovered this DD and I work at the mall, so this DD is my saving grace when i open in the mornings. I've only been a few times so far, and i have to say, I received great, friendly, prompt service from the lady working the drive thru this morning (2/12/2020) and yesterday morning (2/11/2020). Both ladies working were friendly and polite and courteous. I am only deducting 1 star because this past Saturday, i had to be at work extra early, and when i arrived to order my iced caramel craze, I was told "no ice". so, wait, what? Then, I asked (semi-sarcastically) "so I can't have it cold?" Then, the person came back and said "just kidding." However, It's 8:50 in the morning, maybe this was their idea of a joke, but I was confused, and just trying to make it to work on time. I was on the verge of trying to have to make a rushed split-second decision of coffee if I wasn't able to get my usual iced coffee. Not a huge deal, but in the moment, I was a little frustrated. I just left this place and I have to say it SUCKED ! I used the drive through and apparently I was pissing off the one guy. I kept asking for filled donuts and I couldn't understand him. When I got to the window I paid and left. I now have 12 stale ass donuts . I wished I could have been earlier so I could take this crap back. I keep trying this location because I want to like DD again but there's so much to dislike. A lot of the problems are a chain thing altogether. My biggest problem is the donuts are cold. DD is a donut shop and I believe the donuts should be served warm. Everyone knows donuts are better that way. If your restaurant serves donuts exclusively you should serve them right. It's not a big deal if you are taking them home first because you can hear them then but in the morning most people aren't doing that. I will instead go to circle-k and get my donut there because then I can heat in their microwave. Makes the donut ten times better! And the coffee is better. As for this location my biggest complaint is the service. The young black man who took my order seemed like he didn't want to be there or be bothered. A manager here should sit all his younger people down and express to them how important being friendly is to the business. I know they don't get paid well but still, things were different when I first worked fast food in 2006 as a cashier. My other complaint is the coffee. Like the donuts, the coffee isn't done right. I go to chick-fil-a to get coffee and then come to DD or circle-k to get my donut if that's what I'm having. read more
