I came on a Sunday because I wanted a good coffee and I was tired of going to the chain locations. I ordered from here on DoorDash but this was my first time visiting in person and I will say I didn't feel very welcomed and I was passed over in the line. I ordered a frozen mocha which I thought was pretty good. Over all I may visit again. The atmosphere there was really nice for you to come work at during the day or to even rent a space to work at for a while.

Only grabbed a quick vanilla latte to go, but it was delicious! Can't wait to stop in for longer and try more drinks.

There are fans to keep cool, but also a fire place to complete the vibes. Our server was very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations. She was even able to make me a mocktail off-menu based on what I told her I liked, which was awesome! The food is just okay here, but it is pretty reasonably priced, and I'd definitely recommend coming by just for the views & vibes (great photo spot!) What we tried: - Miami Mami cocktail ($17): One of their "prettiest" and most popular drinks, according to our server. Was good. - French Me cocktail ($17): Also recommended by our server. Was good as well. - Neptune's seafood roll ($29): Summer special as of 8.9.26. Not your typical seafood roll, instead somewhat deconstructed... with the bun, lettuce in the middle, and meat on top. A bit too salty for my liking - overpowered the lobster/crab taste I was looking for. Came with fries that were very tasty (Old Bay!) - Lollipop lamb ($26): Came with 3 lamb chops - was pretty tasty, just not super filling! - Ceviche ($17): The plantains were good but slightly burnt & overcooked. The shrimp/actual ceviche part wasn't as good. Came with chips.

They do take reservations, but there is also bar area seating that is open to first come first served. We did have reservations and they were quick to seat us. The main dining area has a good amount of seating they also offer private dining areas for small groups or parties. Not certain which part front or back nine it sits on but the back of the establishment has a spectacular view of golfers out there doing their thing. Now to the food, drinks on point, food is delicious and came to the table at a very good temperature. We both had the filet and OMG the burnt cheese topping was something so amazing that you'd just have to experience it for yourself! We finished it off with their chocolate cake dusted with pistachios and their crème brûlée--both excellent! Glad I found this place, put your putter down and head over, you will not be disappointed!!

So we decided that we were going to give it a try. After looking at a menu and being approached by the host who gave us a brief introduction to the menu we were in for sure. We asked to sit indoors with it being a windy and somewhat humid day. They have plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas. We were informed later by our excellent server, Ashlee that there is also seating upstairs! We forgot to take a tour! The decor is very chic, but not overly done. We were seated at a table, but booths are available as well. Even the women's restroom with chic. It needed to be picked up a bit but was nice. Our server Ashlee was excellent! Her upbeat personality and friendliness was in the 10 rating! For only being at the restaurant a couple of weeks I think her vibes will keep bringing customers back. But not only her vibes, the food is very good too! My friends were very happy with their main meal, me as well! I had the Chicken Panini and the companion (side dish) I selected was the Pan Fried Corn. Both very good! We did order shareables too! The Southwest egg rolls and the Charcuterie Board. We were very happy with both! I would definitely order them again. I ordered two alcoholic drinks. My first drink was called the Bees Knees (ginger, honey, lemon bourbon) and an Espresso Martini. Both were good. The ginger was very mild in the Bees Knees. We were quite full so we were not able to enjoy our desserts at the restaurant but did order them to go. We ordered the Crème Brûlée and Key Lime Cheesecakes to go. I enjoyed the Key Lime, a good balance of sweet and tart. A little perfumme for me but still good. The feedback on the Crème Brûlée, was ok. I didn't try it. When I visit this area again, I would surely come back here and try some other items on the menu. Parking in this area can be quite busy, especially on the weekends. We came during the weekday in July after 1pm. We had to circle a few times before we got a parking spot. Come early!

Who possibly wants to eat deep fried breaded grits? We ordered some apps and I forget what my wife and SIL order, but the overall opinion was just OK. No one wanted to return. Plus... the inside restaurant smelled like something died in there. We ate outside, as eating inside was impossible due to the smell. When I went to use the bathroom about an hour later, they had heavily perfumed the restuarant.

We ordered onion rings, strawberry and goat cheese salad, parmesan, garlic wings, and Fish Tacos. All delicious; however, my husband had the Fish Tacos and he said next time he'll order the chicken sandwich only because the tacos probably wasn't as filling as he wanted it to be, but the taste was fine. He also ordered the chocolate chip dessert and one side seem to be cooked harder than the other. He's not a complainer and he did ask if that was normal. Prada said she'll be glad to talk to the chef about it. My husband ate the whole thing anyway. He ordered that in our first visit. It was baked evenly then and so good he ordered it again this time. Prada addressed our concerns and resolved to our satisfaction. Customer Service so far has been top-notch here. My husband also got one of the beers. Honestly, I can't remember which one it was but he said it was very good. I'm unsure how parking would be if we tried to come directly here. I was able to use my membership parking privileges at the Ymca after a workout and the walk was super close and easy..

The service (shoutout to our waiter/bartender peanut) was friendly, conversational, and well executed. The Parmesan garlic fries were fried well and had good flavor, but could've use a little more flavor from oil or seasoning. The onion rings were nearly perfect and my friend said they were the best she's ever had. The buffalo chicken wrap was spicy, sweet, and tangy from sauces, giving it a wonderful complex collection of flavors. The Greek flatbread was good but could've use have done with more meat and less feta and tzatziki. The balance was off, but I think they could perfect it if they gave it a try.

But one evening in downtown Charlotte, I had to fend for myself and "rough it" in search of dinner within walking distance of my hotel. Enter Ink N Ivy. From the moment I walked in, the place struck a nice balance -- lively without being chaotic, stylish without trying too hard. I was greeted warmly and promptly seated in a booth, exactly as requested. My server appeared almost instantly with a Diet Coke, plenty of ice, and the all-important lemon. A professional already. For dinner, I ordered the Brussels sprouts appetizer along with the salmon salad, making the only sensible culinary adjustment possible: swapping goat cheese for blue cheese. The food arrived quickly and, to my delight, was genuinely excellent. The Brussels sprouts were crispy, flavorful, and addictive -- though I couldn't help thinking a light balsamic drizzle might have elevated them from "very good" to "food critic dramatically closes notebook in approval" territory. But who am I to challenge what is clearly a guarded house formula? The salmon salad was enormous, fresh, and beautifully balanced, while the candied pecans deserved their own standing ovation. Sweet, crunchy, and dangerously snackable. Now, the service itself was terrific, but the true standout of the evening -- and something rarely mentioned in reviews -- was the busboy. Dining alone gives you time to observe the rhythm of a restaurant, and this young man was the heartbeat of the operation. The second a table opened up, he moved with urgency and purpose, clearing and cleaning everything meticulously while somehow remaining calm, polite, and professional. I spoke with him briefly, and he left a bigger impression on me than many managers I've encountered over the years. He clearly took immense pride in his work, and it showed. Given the opportunity, I have no doubt he could succeed in a much larger role someday. Every restaurant has staff members keeping the machine running behind the scenes -- this young man was "that guy." Glad I stopped in. Good food, great vibe, welcoming atmosphere, and one unforgettable member of the staff.

We were seated right away but waited 20 mins to be recognized by a waitress. We ordered basic wings, shrimp and fries platters with side of okra. The shrimp platter was fine but the wings came out with the wrong sauce and had to be sent back and the okra was cold. As we seat there we observed a customer come from outside on the patio to pick up their own drink off the bar. We observed the bartender vaping behind the bar. Yuck!!! We had to request the manager and he did take the okra off the bill but really had no answer to what we observed. I don't believe I will be back anytime soon, there are just too many other restaurants in the Charlotte Uptown area more deserving of my money.
