Personally, I really like Dunkin Donuts and I love that they have breakfast all day however the service here is TERRIBLE. The servers here really need to take a class on customer service because they are seriously driving customers away with their attitude. I've been here three times to grab a light lunch prior to boarding my flights and each time, the service was bad. I knew for a fact this place only had plastic knives and no forks so I already made the extra effort to pick up a plastic fork prior to ordering my croissant sandwich. However upon my last visit, I asked for a knife and one of the workers very rudely yelled back, "No, no knife and fork. Go to Manchu Wok over there." So I calmly replied, "Manchu Wok doesn't have knives, only Forks. I know you have knives in the back." Good thing one of the other workers heard me and handed me a knife. Was it laziness or just downright rudeness? Who knows but staff from an establishment should not be pushing their customers to filch utensils from other places. If you don't have any, you apologize and say you don't. Food wise, it is what you would expect from a breakfast fast food. They have donuts (of course) and a variety of breakfast sandwiches (bagel sandwiches, croissant sandwiches, and english muffin sandwiches). My personal favorite is the sausage & egg croissant sandwich. It's really tasty and the croissant comes out warm, buttery, and flaky. It's also really affordably priced at $3.50 per sandwich and about $5.50 for the meal which includes tater tots and coffee. read more

We ordered bagels with cream cheese (which they charge extra for)..... when we got to the other side of the airport to board our next flight we realized they forgot to put the cream cheese we paid for in the bag. Really frustrating when there's no time to run all the way across the airport! Might as well have taken my cash out and thrown it in the trash can since that's what we did with our food. read more

This place is awesome.I hate to give it a review because other will visit this little hideaway. The staff is wonderful Mary,Lil Mary,Gabby,and others in the Am Staff...never waited more than 5 minutes and they will replace your coffee if its not right free of charge. My sandwich is always fresh and here's the bad part McDonald's is 30 feet away and people will wait in line at McDonald's for 30 minutes for a cold egg sandwich,Instead of getting a cup of Hot fresh delicious flavored coffee and a fresh hot made to order sandwich or fresh bakery.. For an airport Dunkies, this one is really good. Fast, efficient and a HUGE selection of pastries (not necessarily a good thing since they are so darn tasty). Monday November 5th 2018 I have finally had it with this Dunkin as I have now tried it multiple times. The coffee here taste like it is yesterday's coffee, they charge you full price with the refillable mug and I think it would honestly kill these people to smile. I get here at about 230am and I figure heck there's a Dunkin in the airport why not get my coffee fresh, that was my first mistake. I sincerely believe that I would get fresher coffee if I rummaged around the Starbucks garbage can. I will say this, the store looks clean, but that's because I'm pretty sure they don't actually do to much work, maybe brew coffee once or twice a day. I can't speak for the afternoon shift but if you here for a early morning flight or stuck here over night. You'd be better off getting the mc Donald's coffee, or perhaps just splashing cold water on your face. 11.50 am at Chicago O'Hare. It was 8.50am for my west coast time body and it was craving something breakfast-like. The food court area around this Dunkin Donuts has plenty of enterprises that offer a variety of foods, most unfortunately stop offering breakfast at 10.40 or 11 am. Dunkin Donuts thankfully had all their breakfast sandwiches available. I had their egg and cheese sandwich in a croissant with a hot chocolate that hit the spot. Service is quick here. This DD is about what I have come to expect at airport food establishments. That is, speedy service, grumpy people. The selection is limited but I do not hold that against them. First off a couple of points, There is only one Dunkin Donuts in Terminals, 1.2. and 3 and its behind security, in the food court of Terminal 3, between the H and K Gates. If you're stuck overnight at O'Hare Airport, this Dunkin Donuts is one of three food choices you have, the others being Starbucks, and the Golden Armpits (McDonald's) This location is 24/7 - I have been at O'Hare in Tornado warnings, torrential rainfalls, and blizzards that have closed less mortal airports. This location is always going strong. I am often here after 9:30pm when all the other airport restaurants have closed shop for the day, usually after 11:00pm (Sometimes earlier) this location gets their resupply from an external Dunkin Donuts location. Will you get a stale donut before 10pm maybe, but keep in mind, this is an AIRPORT, Just as easily as you can miss a connection and not fly to Poughkeepsie for your frat brother's wedding, sometimes there will be old food stock and there's the chance for a stale donut. Live with it! Because its an AIRPORT in CHICAGO, its a license to print money for the city, none of those concessions has cheap rent, and likewise the bagel you might get in Naperville for $..75 is going to be double at O'Hare or any other airport for that matter. This isn't a five star Dunkin Donuts, honestly I don't think such a beast exists, but in the food desert that happens at O'Hare between 9:30pm and 5:00am, this is one of your best bets for grub given your choices behind security. read more

I have been to this kiosk between H and K many times. It is always busy and faithfully continues to meet me needs. Coffee- the best. Did I mention this? Elude to my strong preference for delicious, SUSTAINABLY sourced nectar? An array of 12 machines keep that line moving quickly. Foodstuffs- my suggestion is to order according to demand. Huge line? Grab a donutish item. Reasonable line? The smorgasbord awaits your decision. I think the bottleneck is the toaster. There is one and the line throughout is too much for that little toaster. This place has the best Donut that I ever had! The ambiance of the place is the best, for sure loads will like it here. Just from the vibe of everything, it really brings out the mood. They have their drive through and it is also quick, they do their work neat and clean. Orders would really come through with satisfaction. I would always order their donuts of course, coffee and sometimes their Latte. I had always loved the flavor of Chocolate Donut, vanilla, and barbarian. I also love taking their avocado toast, it is really good. The service of this place is also phenomenal. They would treat their customers politely and they are really friendly, patient, professional, and kind. Aside from that, the whole interior of their place is just great. Quite simply, the best coffee you can get at O'Hare (or anywhere, for that matter). Forget Starbucks or any other place, as soon as I land I make a beeline for the DD and get myself a large coffee and maybe a custard-filled donut before heading up to the lounge. Nice job here! No matter how long the line they move things along quickly and efficiently. The donuts are every bit as fresh as you'd find at an off airport franchise. The selection of donuts has been compacted due to the size of the store but they always have my favorite picks. Choices can get a little tighter later in the day here but with the amount of traffic that goes by here that's to be expected. The employees here are cordial and attentive. I can't see how this Dunkin' Donuts would get one star from anybody unless they simply had a bad travel-day. I make it a point to stop by here for coffee and donuts before heading upstairs to the Admiral's Club lounge even though there's free food/drink up there. No matter how long the line, I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be served but mostly all of 1-2 minutes. They keep a fast pace and work around those indecisive types or those who can't seem to remember where they put their money. Even if somebody is stuck at the register, they'll keep the line moving and make change. That's what makes this shop stand out most of all - the service. The coffee is standard DD blend which is great. They may be out of certain flavors of donuts at times due to demand, but they've always been fresh and good for me. Not much else to say. read more

I've read a lot of harsh reviews on this location about pricing being too high and poor service. The poor service might not be the case, perhaps there's a language barrier for some, however. Many of the workers have strong accents and can be challenging to hear clearly, particularly in the food court (where this is located) where it's loud and the lines here are often long. Have patients, tell the pushy people behind you to take a breath and you'll be fine. Still, this location falls short of the traditional model, but good luck finding a better coffee/tea/donut in the airport. And, to complain about price...have you been in a airport before? This is my first one star. I'm pretty easy going and understand that an airport can be hectic. But the staff making the food was down right rude. 12 minute wait for a toasted butter bagel and a side of attitude when I told them they did not butter my bagel.
