I was surprised to discover that different Dunkin locations have different prices. The price on a large drink here on the beach is more than $1-higher than in town. It's easy to imagine that's a matter of rent and opportunity. Stuff costs more in an airport. I guess i'm ok with that. Also, it seems that different locations make sandwiches differently: sandwiches at the Dunkin' on the beach, in addition to costing more than at other Dunkin locations, seem to skimp on ingredients. I opened my breakfast sandwich and found a single strand of bacon. It was crispy and tasty. And not enough. The sweet beverages (besides coffee) tasted watered down. For a while there, when they saw me frequently over a month, i became a "regular" and the food and beverages got better. Stuffed sandwiches. Full-strength beverages. But this last visit, they have new staff that I don't know, and they were back to watered beverages and skimpy sandwiches. I'm not ok with that. From now on, for me, coffee-only at this location. This dunkin gets a bad rap from whiny tourists, but I get a good cup of mud every time. (I tip well) The inside is tiny barely room to walk to the bathroom. Only like 4 tables inside and a couple outside. They change employees like baby diapers so it's hit or miss on Sunday mornings. Friendly staff here but minimal seating. There's only a few seats inside and one table outside. It's also in terrible need of a renovation with worn tables. They have a minimal selection of donuts. We picked up the chocolate and glazed donuts, both were delicious. The Cappacino and Latte we ordered were made well. The Cappacino was a bit off in taste. Phenomenal service. Out of all the fancy restaurants, hotels, & coffee shops we have been at during this visit to Clearwater, the girls at Dunkin' had the best attitudes and customer service of them all-at 7 in the morning! It's so hard to get decent service since the pandemic and I've never been a big Dunkin' Donuts connoisseur, but I would give them my business just for the service alone. They were helpful, accommodating, and joyfully serving their customers and it's truly amazing what a difference that makes. I never write reviews, but I was just so blessed by their attitudes. This is not my usual location as it's small always crowded and not as spacious as the one in Sand Key but was waking along the beach wanted my decaf and chocolate frosted donut although I almost went across to Starbucks . this place is convenient, there is a bit of a long line because of this. the place is a little dirty, and the service is a little abrupt. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, and it was good and came out relatively quickly. i did kind of get sick afterwards, but not sure i can definitely attribute it to Dunkin. Solid DD location. They deal with a lot of the overflow from the Starbucks across the street (and to a certain extent vice versa) but the service was fine, wait wasn't too long, etc. Donuts were what you'd expect, etc. Small location if you're planning on trying to eat inside, but it is Clearwater, you're more likely to grab and go and eat outside. read more

This location needs to work on their order accuracy and supplies. By 10am on New year's eve they were running out of items. On top of getting people's orders wrong. They also need to implement a system to call out customer's name or order number vs calling items out. Especially during breakfast when there are not many items to order.
