Came here to grab my manager a coffee before work because he doesn't like Starbucks. I pulled up to the window and asked for a large hot light and sweet with cream and sugar on the side. When I pulled up the window the gentleman told me the price ($4.80) and took my payment. He returned it with a straw so I verified that it was going to be hot. He says, "you don't want it iced?" He the proceeds to tell the other associate that I didn't want an iced coffee. That part is fine but I'm more concerned that yet again I'm having a money issue at this location. I'm almost positive a large hot coffee isn't more than $3 I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews but this location really needs to get better with customer service and training regarding money matters read more

Yes! It was new and very clean. The bathroom was spotless. This is the first time I've been to a Dunkin's that has potpourri in the bathroom. They quickly made my ice coffee. The drive through isn't open yet but they had curbside or walk on. read more

How do you "next to never" have cookies and cream ice cream on hand? I mean #1...it's Baskin Robbin's...what happens to the 31 flavors??? Certainly cookies and cream makes the cut. Went there today around 12:00pm, Ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 tacos, 5 orders of hash browns, 1 bagel with no spread and 4 donuts! All this food was crammed into a small bag Leaving the hash browns soggy, hash browns were undercooked. The Sandwiches were burnt ! Hard to a crisp! Taco was burnt ! Butter was still added to my bagel (we have an allergy)! This place is fast but to fast throwing out poor quality food to their paying customers! Our kids even noticed how nasty this food was. I come to this Dunkin every single day, and every day has been excellent. The food is always fresh. The coffee is hot. The service has been excellent at the drive-through, and when I do go inside the store, always appears to be neat and clean. I will say that the morning staff does seem to be a bit more attentive, then the afternoon staff. read more

My Free (yeah, it's kinda weird complaining about something free) Birthday Beverage was another matter. All I wanted was a large cuppa Joe. I drink my coffee Black. How hard can this be? Got back to my sister's house with coffee and donuts and the clerk had loaded the coffee up with cream and sugar! I will occasionally add cream, but unless your adding whiskey too, I despise sugar in my coffee! 5 stars because I love Dunkin Donuts coffee and the staff here are always friendly and super fast. Today, I tried the new Power Breakfast Sandwich. Egg whites mixed with spinach and red peppers, a piece of turkey sausage and American cheese sits in between 2 pieces of a multigrain round bread. I really liked this sandwich, and although I'm not one to count calories, this sandwich has only 390 calories, which I guess is pretty good, seeing as I get 2 creams in my coffee! read more

I ordered a caramel iced latte. I heard the lady behind the counter say "are we out of caramel?" to her coworker, but I figured she'd get more. She gave me my drink and the second I drove away I realized she had given me a plain iced latte with no sugar and no caramel. It was gross. I go to this Dunkin" Donuts every Tuesday before work and as usual they're busy (everyone wants coffee in the morning before they do anything). I've watched a couple people get frustrated at the staff but what they fail to realize is, that not only are they taking care of them but drive thru. Been to Dunkin' up and down the East coast. This is by far the worse one I've ever been in. I was the only person in there and took 10 minutes to take my order and prepare a coffee, sandwich and hash browns. 3 employees standing around and 1 actually working. The sandwich was not made properly and the hash browns were limp and under cooked. My coffee was also not what I ordered. I'm at Dunkin almost daily for at least coffee.
