It's reasonable as far as Dunkin Donuts goes. I had a great coupon, 2 dozen for 9.99, so I brought some donuts in for the guys at work. You can never go wrong bringing donuts in to work. I needed to place an order for 5 boxes of hot chocolate for a work party. I called a week in advance to set the order and I called the day before to confirm the order. The day before I spoke to a woman on the phone who took my information and said my order was confirmed, if there was an issue a manager would call me. I didn't receive a call so the next day I sent someone from my office to pick it up. When they got there the DD employee did not have any record of my order even though I had called twice. They were able to make them but because it was not ready on time the hot chocolate was late to the Christmas party. I went back to the store that same night to purchase more hot chocolate and some munchkins and a female cashier helped me out. I was disgusted when I saw her drop a ton of brown bags on the floor on a sticky stain, pick them up and put them back on the shelf for use. IT WAS NASTY. They were going to give me one of the bags for my order but I told the Shift Lead and he didn't seem to care about the bags from the floor being used. I will no longer be dining at Dunkin' Donuts. On top of the drive thru service being terrible, they have changed the menu selections too many times. Someone needs to teach these people customer service. I didn't even get acknowledged at the drive thru window, they were too busy gossiping. While waiting I saw it looked disgustingly dirty inside. This is by far the worst run Dunkin I've ever been to. Their service times are atrocious, order accuracy? What's that? I've never gotten hot food in a timely manner that was correct. Ever. The last time our order was wrong, we called to complain, they assured us they'd take care of us the next time we came in. They did, and that order was wrong too. My wife said she would never go again. Today it's been 2 months or so since we've tried. I was solo today and figured I'd give them a shot. 20 min in the drive through, and of course after driving off, I notice I'm Missing a sandwich. Drive back, walk in and it's mayhem. Line out the door, drive through practically out in the street, and the staff all running around like zombies. The manager has managerial skills equivalent to that of a bag of hammers. I decided to grab a cup of coffee from here at around 7:30 tonight. As soon as I walked up to the door there was a sign on the door saying drive through only. I pulled up to the drive through sat there for five minuets then someone finally came on and took my order and told me to pull up. As soon as I got to the drive through window they asked for my order again. How hard is it to understand extra large Coffee with milk and sugar. Here is the skinny on this place. Dunkin is the worst place ever. The owner has no concept of the restaurant business. It shows because he doesn't know how to hire or treat his employees. He has gone through 23 managers in a year.The managers do not allow mandatory breaks and there was 1 manager who actually adjusted time clocks so employees who earned overtime would not be paid for it. This location is hit or miss. (Mostly miss) I made the mistake of stopping by today and ordered a dark roast coffee. I didn't drink it until I got home. Big mistake. By far the worst dunkin I've ever been in. I've heard bad things but I am a try it for myself kind of person. Today I decided let me get some ice cream. Well I went in and one of the ladies just looked at me. I said ice cream she just looked at me said nothing and then another lady came over to help me. None of the I ice cream was under the correct label. They had about 10 flavors but only maybe 4 had actual ice cream in them. I figured I'd compromise. I ordered a two scoop cup and asked for cookies and cream needless to say that was empty as well. The lady did go and check the back. As I was waiting I looked around and saw how dirty and dark this place looked( and it is 1:30 sunny day in Florida). She came back and said I'm sorry we don't have it I said thank you and left. I have to wait all year long for my favorite ice cream flavor (Love Potion 31 comes out shortly before Valentine's Day). It is by far their best flavor, and I know that the other Baskin Robbins stores have carried it as late as July or August. Last year, the Clermont store stopped supplying it at the end of February. When I complained about it, the manager told me she would get it as long as she was able to this year. The last shipment of February just came, and they didn't even bother to order it. Now I am stuck waiting another year. I will do my best to avoid that Baskin Robbins store from here on out. read more

Where do I begin on how abysmal this place is. Drive thru had 5 cars in it, estimated time to get through was 12 minutes. I order a waffle cone with cookies and creme, my girlfriend orders a frozen coffee with caramel swirl and whip cream. When we get to the window they do not have cookies and creme and they don't even have vanilla. What kind of ice cream joint doesn't have vanilla? We get our stuff and I get the dinkiest, straight-from-a-box waffle cone, not the fancy ones they used to have while my girlfriend's coffee didn't have caramel or whip cream. Seriously the biggest bummer for $8, what a waste. Might try another location some other time but will not be going back to this one. read more

This Dunkin Donuts has a great night crew, they are always greeting guest with a smile and polite attitude, also all the food is made to order and the coffee is always fresh. I've always loved dunkin. They have my favorite coffee and for the most part the employees are pleasant and helpful if something is incorrect with my order. The past few times I've visited various locations my order has been incorrect and I've not had the time to wait for it to be corrected. Well this morning I had time and I expressed that I thought there was granulated sugar in my coffee, not liquid like I had asked. The young lady who gave me my coffee took it back and let her coworkers know. A lady with a scar on her cheek came over with massive attitude to tell me it wasn't. I told her okay if you say it's liquid sugar I'll believe you. She then threw the coffee away to make a new one like I had just slapped her across the face. I don't know who pissed in her cherios but I sure hope she's let her sour attitude go. read more

This is the worst DD of them all! Coffee is never correct, sandwiches get sausage instead of bacon a lot of the time, iced doughnuts are stacked on top of one another in a bag so they stick together. Also, be sure to check your dozen doughnuts in your box before you leave the drivethru. Sometimes they simply fill the box with whatever they have left instead of what you request. For months this Baskin Robbins is always out of something when we go there. They'll be out of java or jamocha ice cream, then they will be out of chocolate ice cream, then they'll be out of hot fudge. We always have to modify our order in some way. Tonight, Friday at 6pm I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a two scoop on a sugar cone. The lady proceeds to tell me they are out of cones. I was like, "All of them?!" She said yes. I conceded and said a cup would be fine and ordered the coffee ice cream (java or jamocha I always forget what they call it) and chocolate for my two scoops. She says okay so I pull up to the window. At the window she tells me they are out of chocolate ice cream. Are you serious?? How can you run an ice cream store and not have any cones (sugar, plain, or waffle) and not have any chocolate ice cream at 6pm on a Friday night. Whoever owns this franchise is a terrible business person. Seriously, learn to keep your store stocked. This has been going on for months. How hard is it to order the appropriate quantities so you are not losing customers. I cancelled the whole order and left. I don't plan on going back, not even for the Dunkin Donuts portion. This owner does not deserve my money and there are two other Dunkin Donuts nearby. I'll miss the Baskin Robbins ice cream, but I just can't deal with the mediocrity of this store any more. read more

Okay I normally just drive up and use the window . My daughter and I promised her three and five year old ice cream because they were so good that day. Walked in and the place was literally filthy. All tables dirty floor looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks. The ice cream case was completely opaque with dirty hand prints. Non of the ice cream was labeled. I asked to speak with the manager. While I was talking about how disgusting it was my daughter had to take the three year old to the potty. Again she came out and said it was horrible poop and pee everywhere. The Manager said it wasn't his fault it was an old building and they were busy. No one but us there. I said there was no excuse for a Dunkin Donuts or any food place to be this horrible. He said sorry. So I am writing this review and going to call corporate for Dunkin' Donuts and 31 flavors to lodge an official complaint. Also food safety inspectors at Town Hall. Awesome coffee-best in Clermont! No gluten free options so that is very dissappointing

Today I walked in with my family of 5 and we were the only people in the building. After ordering over $45 in food we picked a table and noticed none of the tables had been wiped. Since i had only seen 2 employees I asked for a wet paper towel. The guy came back with a dry blue towel (they may use these for cleaning). Then I asked again for it to be wet and also mentioned that it was to clean the dirty table. Then i began to see more employees behind the counter while waiting for the wet towel. Once i got the wet towel i walked to my table and cleaned it so we could eat our breakfast. I was very disappointed that the employee did not offer to clean the table or asked another team member to do so as i think he was working the kitchen. read more

It is July and I stopped in to Baskin and Robbins to get a Banana Royale and when I was trying to place my order two people were talking. One was giving incorrect information so the other took over. At any rate I ordered the banana royale with pralines and cream and cherry jubilee well no cherry jubilee was included and the hot caramel was in one chunk on one side.
