There was a voice on the drive-thru but very faintly, the volume on this device needs to be increased by double. Suffice to say I was having to tell him to repeat a lot. This employee was not terrible at customer service taking my order but the person at the window (not sure if same) was melancholy a little bit awkward for me. I got 10 munchkins for around $3.86, you look at the pic and tell me if this was a good or bad purchase. To me when I opened the box I was deflated by appearance. Whoever was at the window at 1 pm , on 11-20-25 was very rude . If she doesn't like her job she should look for another one . After the change of management, customer service went straight to the floor. I understand it gets busy in drive through but they forget about their customers inside the store and have people waiting on their stuff for 15 minutes plus, and then give it to them in parts. I order the same thing every time and I see new faces and always say how I want my order. It's simple but ends up still messing it up and say that's I didn't order that or even said that? Like what!? Had no issues, and the service was relatively fast. There were many military veterans here all wearing their hats and pins. I think they gather here frequently for breakfast. It can get quite busy in the mornings. I ordered the pepper bacon wrap, but it lacked flavor. It didn't taste like it usually does. However, it was still filling. I would consider going back. By far the worst Dunkin' I've been to. Make sure you have a full tank of gas if you attempt their drive through. Order anything off the frozen coffee menu, cause it all just tastes like ice milk. Just left this location and my wife and I will definitely not be coming back. The server acted like she didn't want to take our order, then the employees stood around like zombies after being told by the cashier twice to pull the donuts ect. I walked to my seat upset about the situation and then noticed another guy in line getting treated the same-way. Before this guy left he got into an argument with the cashier over something; I couldn't hear everything because I was on the phone with their customer service to make a complaint about this experience. The manager here (who I've now found out is actually the owner as well? Not sure how accurate that is) is so rude I am still baffled. After receiving a coffee at another Dunks location I realized as I was almost home it tasted awful. Like chemicals were in my coffee. But I thought no biggy, I'll just stop at the Dunks near my house (this location) since I'm already right near it and see if they would be nice enough to make me a new one. The manager (owner?-whoever he is) flat out refused to make me a new SMALL iced coffee VERY rudely. Well trying to explain to him that I really didn't want to drive 8 miles back to the other Dunkins for a new coffee with my cranky 3 year old. I was exhausted and all I wanted was a good coffee. He had zero sympathy. I understand not wanting to give handouts, but come on.... it was a SMALL iced coffee. I've worked at a coffee shop before and have seen how much coffee gets dumped at the end of the day. He was just being greedy and mean. The teenage boy who was working offered to pay to make me a new one, but I obviously didn't want him to do that considering he probably makes a tiny fraction of what the mean manager made. I could have forked up the $2 but at that point I didn't think that Dunks deserved my business for being so unkind. It would not have killed them or their bank account to do that. I could have lied and said they made it wrong since the cup didn't even say what location it was from but I was trying to be honest. So I give this place 1 star and really will be praying that that man finds Jesus and happiness because it's clear he needs both. When I worked (3 days a week) I went by every morning for my 2 donuts & a large cup of coffee. Mr. Singh makes the best cup of coffee +perfect amount if cream & sugar) ;-) I don't know why everyone else can't make it like him!! I always seem to give them the benefit of the doubt because I love Dunkin' Donuts but they lost me as their customer, I always get a hazelnut coffee coolatta but they seem to always to screw it up, and when I go back to get it fixed it still isn't right. I would go here daily to grab my drink for myself and fiancé but again they mess everything up. It's a simple order they can't get right!! They have no customer service etiquette and no concept of how to place an order to get it right. I was served a cup a coffee that had a dead fly in the cup on 8/13/18 @ 09:45 am. The drive thru clerk offered me another cup from the same batch that had the fly. The restaurant was very unclean that morning, there were cups on the floor that they were using to serve customers, toilet tissue on the counter that they were using in lieu of paper towels , and the floors was nasty. I took pictures of everything to include the fly in my drink and contacted DHEC. They confirmed everything that I saw. The establishment still have a "A" rating. I use to work here, please don't eat here! The baker never used gloves when she made the donuts and croissants. The dairy machine (with your coffee creamer or milk in it) was cleaned once a week sometimes once every two weeks depending on the staff. I would get sick after having anything with dairy in it. If you ask for decaf and they didn't have enough they would mix it with regular coffee, so if you have a caffeine sensitivity this can be trouble for you. Also, I saw major cross contamination with products with allergens. If you are allergic to milk and only ask for sugar the spoon used on the last persons coffee to stir it is NEVER washed so now there's old milk in your drink. Also, I've seen the donuts that had nuts on them be placed on a rack above the regular ones causing nuts to sprinkle bellow. Please please, do not stop here! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. The owner has the worst customer service and the workers are not properly trained. There are so many times it went bad at this location...I once asked for a cup of water for my toddler and was told that it was told it was a DHEC violation (WHAT?!?) and that I would have to pay for the bottled water. My drinks are right MAYBE half of the time. Yesterday I went inside with my kid again and tried to use my app to pay. The guy at the register didn't know how to work it and asked the manager for help. After waiting for a while, I just paid with my debit card. There were no other customers in the store, the owner just didn't want to be bothered. Today, I went through the car line with no other cars in the parking lot and no one in the car line. When I got to the call box, I was asked to wait. After a few minutes I asked if anyone was there and was asked to wait again. After the third time I just left. They had no customers! Understandably. I won't be going there again. I would rather go a couple miles further to one of the other locations or to a competing company.
