Today I am giving Dunkin' Donuts five stars, the reason why I'm giving them five stars is because of an employee by the name of Juan. He's a very tall young man, but I must say that he makes us feel like we're at home every time we go into Dunkin' Donuts he has a very warm and pleasant personality and a very nice smile. He knows the menu very well and gives us very good options when asking what he recommends. He's the only employee at this location that seriously makes us feel like we're family. He is a great asset to Dunkin' Donuts. We are senior citizens and have such a young man treat us so nicely really means a lot to us. Thank you Juan we appreciate you. read more

We come here about a couple times a month throughout the year for drinks, coffee, donuts and/or ice cream. The food has always been good and nothing to complain about. Service is always great, the staff is always nice and kind to us. We stopped in late tonight and the people at the drive thru were very friendly and helpful in helping us pick out a new Bark X Dunkin dog toy for our pup. read more

Has to be the Worst Dunkin in the immediate area. No standards, no consistency. The only amazing employee there is Marcie. Literally got my food today and the chocolate frosted donuts were face down in the bag with muffins on top. I ordered a dozen assorted donuts and a hot coffee. What did I get? A cold coffee and a dozen stale donuts. One of them looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it. I've eaten enough donuts to know those were week old stale, not from the morning, not even a day... a WEEK! I could've probably chipped a tooth. I took the box back for a refund and they didn't even sound surprised or apologetic. They said I could either get my money back or come back tomorrow morning. I opted for a refund as I won't be returning to waste anymore time or money. That's when it occurred to me that someone probably did the exact same thing earlier and I was just getting a returned box. I didn't see them toss the box I returned either so it wouldn't surprise me at all if someone else gets a box of stale donuts with now TWO donuts missing a bite. Oh they also mentioned they were unable to make any espresso based drinks-- no lattes, no macchiatos, no cappuccinos. Basically only iced or regular coffee. I think they need to consider just closing down since I can't understand the point of keeping a coffee/ donut shop open when they have nothing available. read more

The worse Dunkin' location I have been to. Workers are rude and slow. Drive thru window. Dripping dirt like it hasn't been clean in years. My coffee is always the same. Just a regular iced coffee with cream and sugar. I don't think it can get any easier than that but somehow I get this darker than usual coffee that tastes like leftovers from the day before. They should pay attention to what the pat booker location do for their customers. read more

As long as you don't want to eat the items on the menu, you're golden. 1:30 on Saturday afternoon and order 6 wake up wraps. Nope. Can't get them because one of the items is frozen. Couldn't even rate the service it didn't deserve even 1 star I tried to call the store to speak to someone I visited the Fm 78 location at 11am the drive thru was awful the cashier was even worse. I had to walk inside cause she forgot to give me the drink and I'm walking out and she Yells at me thank you beautiful being sarcastic of course! No apology just the smart remark. If these are the kind of employees you hire won't be coming back. I recorded the manager tell me she would not warn people that a lot of their coffee cups are defective, and that she and the franchise owner are well aware people are spilling hot coffee on themselves and all over their cars. Got to DD at 6:01. I knew they opened at 6am. The door was locked; I could see employees, but no one was looking in my direction. I waited till 6:04 then I started knocking on the window...still nothing. Then I called them, 10 rings later, no answer. I knocked on the window again and still no answer. Finally at 6:07 a woman wearing a blue DD shirt and a headset comes around the corner smoking a cigarette. I asked if she was going to unlock the door, she stated that she had been checking the area around the building. She extinguished her cigarette and unlocked the door. I would like to mention that I would not be leaving this review if I had received an apology for my wait. A true apology goes a long way with me, but that never came. The cashier was nice. Went ( tried) to go thru drive through, had not been to this location since last review. After 10 minutes in the drive thru line, we left and parked and went inside, place our order (tried). MY ORDER Wanted a 2 scoop cone, THEY WERE OUT OF CONES, Even through they were having a special on this cone. Asked to put into a dish, charged me 20 cents more, out of chocolate sauce and nuts. Husband ordered, wanted a Sunday, wrong ice cream, and rude. No nuts for Sunday. Was told that they just could not do the work. I would give them a -10 if able to. Just here to add to all the poor reviews. This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. Do not waste your time or money at this location. Customer service here is trash, they always make my coffee incorrectly, ALWAYS out of everything on the menu/their ovens broken. It's a wonder they're still able to keep the place open. Went thru drive-thru a full 45min before closing today. Ordered a glaze & chocolate covered. Guy tells me they are out, I decide to ask what else they are out of so I can make a decision. I loved this place as a kid, and I was excited to have one open down the street. And the donuts were exactly what I remembered! DD has breakfast sandwiches now and other offerings. They have the best hash browns I have ever tasted. The interior is clean and well lit, with plugs at some tables for those with computers. The last time I went, they got my order wrong. It happens. But when I brought it to their attention, they didn't argue with me--they made it right. Good customer service is important to me, so I definitely will be back! read more

Friendly staff but slow. It felt like forever as I sat in the drive thru waiting for a dozen kolaches and 2 coffees as I watched the cars behind me line up. I have to say their kolaches and turtle cappaccino are amazing! They still arent as slow as the Whataburger down the road. Brought my kids here for an ice cream treat . The employees were busy breaking down the equipment getting ready to close up shop . Nothing wrong with that . But it was 5 o'clock in the after noon , I can hear the shift manager in charge telling the employees that she wanted to be out no later than 9:05 or 9:15 the latest . They had no waffle cones , no sugar cones . And out of vanilla ice cream . I really wish they would focus on customer service and not on trying to get out right after they close . But based on the reviews from when they 1st opened it seems like nothing has changed . I can honestly say I will no longer be coming here and giving them my money . read more

Unfortunately this location doesn't have the most efficient service. There have been times that I will be waiting for long periods of time. I understand this industry is hectic but it seems almost every time I come through the drive-thru, I am sitting there for awhile. I also just tried to go through to get 2 donuts 10 minutes prior to closing and noone greeted or responded when I said something. At least tell me you are closed for the night or your system is down. It's horrible to just ignore someone. Especially when they can hear that someone still has a headset on. read more

Update: I contacted corporate and Carlene the new DD manager contacted me. She was very apologetic and understanding. Carlene, offered to replace my birthday coupon that I never got to use at her store and also offered a breakfast sandwich. I would like to add that Carlene is NOT the manager I dealt with, and it seems like she really wants to make the store a better place. Horrible customer service. Lady gave me a hot latte. When I wanted an iced latte. Told me I needed to be specific when ordering. But no where did she inform me that I could have it either "hot" or "iced". She told me there was nothing she could do for me, that pretty much the joke was on me. I paid for something I did not want and their was no way She could give me the iced latte I desired. I assumed it came iced, after reading the menu off their website.
