One of my top five on service and consistency. I've been frequenting this one on my way to work and they are fast and friendly. Several here always have smiles and will make conversation and remember you. I even received a thank you note and giftcard from the crew here for being a regular that makes them smile it says. This is one that never disappoints and the inside has a very welcoming vibe. Today I'm doing the pistachio cold foam and it's a winner just like the crew here. I was drinking my caramel sugar plump ice tea bumble bee espresso until I sneezed and no one said bless you so I said "ahem" and they still didn't say bless you and then I told them say bless you and they said "mam we are not obligated to do that" and I yelled at them obviously and they still didn't say bless you one star trash Before I left I used the restroom and it smelled like someone took a turn and put it in an oven and set it on top of the air freshener. Why can't a Starbucks get my simple order of hot chocolate right??!! I ask for a hot chocolate with no foam no whipped cream and over and over I get foam and whipped cream! Went through the drive thru to order the iced lavender matcha oat milk coffee. I saw the beautiful image showing a mix of green and purple and had to order it. What a surprise when the barista handing me a fully green iced coffee. I asked her where the purple "lavender" was and she said it just sinks to the bottom. I asked if she could add more and she said no. I've seen other people's drinks that clearly show a too filled purple lavender. read more

Ordered oat milk and it was spoiled! Made us nauseous and smelled like it was bad. We told the woman we had a coupon on our phone. She scanned it but didn't do something on the register so it didn't apply. Told her it expired today but she said to have a good day. Didn't offer to fix it. Barely any customers in side and the service is slow as turtles. We get our food 10 minutes before our coffee. My coffee never came. Then it was made horribly. Lots of others punch looking drinks. Stopped here off the highway. read more

Seriously the most amazing Starbucks. All the staff are wonderful. We always feel welcomed there, almost like we are visiting friends! They have gone above and beyond for us, and we all know each other by name now. They know our order before we even have to ask! the employees here are really respectful and attentive to customers. i'm a starbucks partner myself and i've been to multiple stores where customers get ignored and it makes me leave disappointed. but today at this store, i believe her name is Saralyn, took care of my friends and i, and she was just awesome. this store is also following the COVID safety regulations really well. kudos to this store and the employees, my friends and i left the store really pleased. the drinks were amazing too :) read more

8:30 in the morning and these guys were super busy but yet they were all still smiling and super friendly. They were quick and got our order right, which typically doesn't happen when Starbucks are crazy busy, I have had to return my drink on a regular occasion. Props to this location!! read more

Love your customer service. The lady who helped me at the counter yesterday was very patient and helpful. I picked up 12 orders but because of app issues, I thought I got billed twice. That problem got sorted out. While waiting , my whipped toppings melted and they replaced it without me asking, all during that waiting time clarifying the billing issue. I appreciated her patience and kept her cool. She even helped me carry all 12 orders to my car. Her personality may not be the bubbly kind but she knew how to help and act very decisively each step of the way. The 1 star taken out is for your ordering app , which is an issue . I wouldn't recommend it. Thank you very much , young lady at the register. read more

One of the newer "modern" design Starbucks with a decent outdoor seating area. The interior is still in pretty decent condition. It's rather dark with the wood tones and lighting, but they do have some seats near the window should you need to get some reading done. Mostly filled with tables and hard chairs, they do have 3 arm chairs tucked away in a corner near the door. The menu, well, it's Starbucks so if you don't know, look it up. Nothing really out of the ordinary in terms of food or beverage offerings. The staff was nice and our drinks came out as ordered. As with virtually all Starbucks, if you get cold easily, bring something to put on as this place was quite chilly. read more

They get one star for management not training workers on the balance of getting orders out and giving the customer what they paid for. What good is it to be fast to get rid of the customer so you can serve the next one, when you have an even gotten their order right. I've traveled all over and never had issues with Starbucks never had an issue with me placing an order with certain basic specifics because of medical reasons or just preference and have them be ignored multiple times. There wasn't even anybody behind me there was no rush only two cars in the parking spot at 7am. So they weren't being slammed or being rushed. read more

Good place to get your coffee fix and mingle. It's Starbucks, they have everything and any combination you can think of, along with their own lingo. For me, I'm not a coffee drinker. Odd, I know. I'm a rare breed. I come here for the steamed apple juice with chai during the holidays and winter. Nothing beats that. Sometimes I'll get a hot chocolate. During the warmer months it's all about the passion fruit tea lemonade. My favorite. read more

I found my resident Bucks in San Antonio and total bonus that they have a drive thru, love this ability especially when trying to drive across town in the morning. The male barista working the window was a hoot at 7am, bringing his full personality and sense of humor to service excellence! Service is above average and drinks are way more consistent than I've experienced at other locations. On the downside, parking is limited and seating inside is even more limited. They also have a drive through. If you want REAL coffee though, Local Coffee is right up the street! read more

I know, I know. How dare I support corporate America by consuming Starbucks coffee, especially when there are local coffee shops (i.e. Local Coffee) near minutes away?! Well it all comes down to a matter of convenience- and when I am in a quick hurry to grab some coffee or tea, this Starbucks location is efficient, friendly, and consistent. Yes, the drive-thru is funky (and is not intended for Excursions and similar sized vehicles---but is any drive-thru, really?), and the parking lot is somewhat limited. However, those minor inconveniences aside, this location is my go-to Starbucks because service is smooth, and I can always expect to receive great customer service. Whether I order a latte, frappe, or tea, my drink always has at least three customizations, and the baristas are always quick to take note, place my order, and deliver it the way that I like. I have been to neighboring Starbucks locations where they bumble their way through orders and take an agonizingly long time to INCORRECTLY make my order, so I appreciate this location's efforts that much more when I visit. In addition to the stupendous service at this location, the patrons are pretty fantastic as well. On several occasions I have gone through the drive-thru to place my order only to find out that the customer in front of me had already paid for my drink. While I don't go to Starbucks for a sit-down coffee experience, I can appreciate the sense of community that's instilled here. Patrons and baristas are friendly alike, which makes this my ultimate favorite Starbucks location. Side note: This location is generally busy between 7:30 and 8 AM . If you arrive slightly before or slightly after that time frame, you can avoid a long wait time. read more

I schedule business meetings at this location. This particular location is out of the way and a great find. Starbucks coffee is always good and hot. I get a medium Latte. I can never get the proper foo foo name right. The staff is friendly polite and let's me set up and do my work when I have that meeting. Great place to be! read more

Their selection includes flaky croissants, colorful conchas, sticky monkey bread, cinnamon rolls, fruit-filled pastries, and other freshly baked treats. It doesn't make sense for the whole restaurant. People who ordered 15 minutes after me were getting their stuff at the same time. Drinks at the end of batch were fresh and hot, drinks at the front were of course sitting for that entire time. I could see they were busy, and I prefer to not give people a hard time, but at minute 20 I finally asked if my drink was still being made. I got a shoulder shrug, then she checked and then it was finished and handed to me. No apology for the wait. Apparently I should have asked 15 minutes prior Again, the pastries and coffees are fine. The concept is simple but appealing: fun, unique combinations of sweet treats that lean slightly toward the lighter side. Think açaí bowls, waffles, and snackable options that could easily double as breakfast or a light meal. I ordered the Berry Good Bowl with açaí, oat milk, strawberries, blueberries, banana, pineapple, granola, almonds, and Nutella. In hindsight I could've skipped the banana and granola, but it was still delicious. The fruit tasted fresh, the sweetness was balanced, and the açaí base held up surprisingly well on the drive home. My cousin went for the Belgian waffle with banana and Nutella--the waffle he has been searching for in the first place--and it did night disappoint. Service was warm and patient while we navigated the menu, and we even got to chat briefly with David, the young lady went. He shared that the business started as a food truck before growing into this standalone shop. The nice young ladies at the counter even offered us to take a flower from their vase of pink carnations for the Valentines. It's a cozy spot with a welcoming I've, even with yea small arts-and-crafts area for kids that makes it feel like a neighborhood hangout. A fun kitty dessert stop when you're craving something sweet but a bit different. We'll definitely be back to try more.

Most of the steam buns are about $5.00 and are good for three bites. The bowls selection reminded me of ordering at Chipotle, but with an Asian flare. The high point was the service. We had a very attentive food runner that cared and was very nice.

As I said, everything was phenomenal. Unfortunately, there is one issue we cannot look past, although we have tried. The bagels are delicious, but they are the absolute wettest, slippery and slidey-est bagels I've ever had in my life. The meal is spent looking down and hoping my beloved or other guests don't see the schmear up to my nose. By the end, we are having to reconstruct our bagel, as it looks like roadkill on the table. It is not a user error, as we eat slowly and carefully. I even have friends who refuse to come back here because it was the messiest eating experience of their lives. It's so unbelievably messy. We have to rinse off in their bathroom before leaving. I have to take my rings off and put my hair up. It's a commitment, one we are not strong enough to make at this point. Delicious, but.... we must bid you farewell, Boss Bagel. Godspeed.

The proportion of vermicelli noodles to fresh lettuce, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts and peanuts provide d that perfect bite were one ingredient dominated the other. All the proteins were cooked perfectly. The real winner was the lemongrass Banh mi with once again perfectly proportioned ingredients. We also ordered the fresh spring roll, which never came but wasn't missed except that they did try to charge us for but did remove them. They definitely have some work to make this a comfortable dining experience but I wouldn't let it stop you from trying some phenomenal Vietnamese food.
