Go here every so often after my night shift......waiting in line I see the staff rolling their eyes at customers if they have to request they're coffee being made as they originally requested. They laughed at an elderly man that was confused at the menu and couldn't see it clearly. I've never witnessed adults act like that especially adults working in customer service!! I was there today at 3 p.m. I thanked a gentleman for his service,as he was driving a truck that had Purple Heart lic. plate.I stood at the counter for 5 long minutes as I was supposed to be at a docs appointment for 3. I almost went behind the counter to find somebody.There was not a soul in site.I could hear them though. FINALLY a girl with attitude came out, I explained I was here for at least 5 mins, and she had the nerve to tell me," I'm not supposed to argue with customers,but I doubt you've been here for 5 minutes.Then a boy came out because she didn't know how to use the register for refills, a skill they should be taught when hired,he said he was on break,but showed her how to use the refill button, but they don't teach them where it is because, "hardly anybody uses it." Back to the girl, she couldn't get the order right and had to keep asking how's it made. Decaf iced, w/cream, sugar and 2 shots of mocha. The children today ask you for your order, but aren't truly listening. And why by the way does Dunkin sell reusable cups if they aren't training the children how to use the refill button.. Listen girly, if it wasn't for the customer you wouldn't have a job, and maybe you get away with talking to your parents like that,but you won't keep a job while you are mouthing off. I will NOT go back to this Dunkin ever! read more

I used to come here a lot. But lately I'm convinced they are hiring the worst workers. Every time I go through the drive through the employees are laughing and not paying attention. In turn they get my order wrong legitimately every time. This is not once but over 5 times this has happened. There is no customer service. Start hiring kinder smarter people please. read more

Last week I had an extremely upsetting incident at this particular DD. I contacted corporate and they in turn notified the franchise of my complaint. Many kudos to management..... they explained to me that the particular server who waited on me was in fact filling in for the gal who normally works the drive thru but was out on bereavement. This particular Dunkin Donuts is utterly aweful with filling on the go orders. I order a Late' and a donut every time and choose the walk-in option to pick up the order. Each and every time I walk in to pick up my order the Late' is sitting there but not my donut....I have to wait 3 to 5 minutes for someone to assist and finish filling my order....I complain to the staff and they apologize...only to return the next day to repeat the process of not filling my order. Management does not handle the problem...for they make the same mistake the staff does....DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION for on the go orders. read more

I'll start by saying I'm all for tipping DD workers!!! However, this particular location's workers tend to assume all change is their tip!!!! Seriously 95% of the time they pull the change back assuming it's theirs to keep....I've actually had to ask for my change and have gotten some dirty looks for doing so!!!! I don't experience this at any other DD locations. I suggest they hand over the customer's change with a smile and a thank you....it might work out better for them!!!! read more

Where to start. I have worked at this Dunkin for a while as a crew captain. Recently I left because the manager Tara Pellegrino treats her employees awful. She is inconsiderate and self-centered. She degrades and belittles her employees by screaming at them and slamming things. She has violated HIPAA Laws on numerous occasions; telling her employees why their coworkers are out, their medical conditions and their family matters. She is the reason why many workers come and go. She recently rehired a Baker who left BLOOD in the powder sugar, against her Assistant Managers advice. Ive also seen her pick food up off the floor and still serve it.Her employees are scared to ask for any time off even when giving a two week notice because of how angry she gets. If the crew at night decided not to take a break she has personally said that she will be docking them for that break anyways. I loved my coworkers and the Assistant Manager. I could just no longer sit their and watch the manager get away with everything shes doing. It is definitely not worth all of the stress and anxiety. read more
