The staff explained that the gluten free bagel was not made in house and would take a little extra time, which I appreciated. While waiting, I was honestly impressed by how smoothly everything ran. From bagels coming out of the oven to the sandwich assembly line, the team worked like a well oiled machine. Everything we saw looked delicious and what we had definitely lived up to the hype. Earlybird is a coffee shop that just opened in Briarcliff Manor and they have another location in Riverdale. I came by because I truly needed a pick me up after a busy day in the office.
