Did a mobile order and got there at 7:30am. They said they had no milk or syrup because the Dunkin semi was still unloading the products. So I said just substitute it for cold brew. They gave it to me and said thank you and I asked if I will be refunded the difference. They told me they don't do refunds and asked if I wanted a free donut or whatever. EXCUSE MEEEE. I'm curious if any management overseas this location. I bought a few dozen donuts and this is what they gave me. I paid for them the day before and was the first person in the morning. So there is really no excuse for this. Except whoever works here does not want repeat business.. Clearly the most undesirable boxes of donuts on the planet. Donuts I am happy with, but this review is about their iced drinks. I've been here over 5 times and have never been happy with a drink they have made. Iced coffee - they don't use liquid sweeter they use granulated sugar every time I have ordered it. If you order a syrup be sure to note if it is sweetened or not. This is pretty consistent with all locations. I don't understand why anyone would like to drink granulated sugar since it doesn't dissolve. Coffee coolata - very disappointed. My coworker and I ordered one. I've had this drink before, but this time the drink was entirely white. Usually there is a slight tint of brown for the coffee. Not this time. Both of our drinks tasted like flavored ice. Please note if you get a syrup which is flavored don't add any cream or sugar it will taste overly sweet! They do offer to make you a different drink, but at this point I already know I'll be disappointed. read more

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I have NEVER been to a place that has this many mis management issues. I was in today and the entire place smelt like feces. There was a drainage leak and the associates were very nice and we're doing everything they could to help the situation. No fault on them at all. The management in my opinion should've taken the appropriate action to close the place down and get professionals in there to stop the leak. It's absolutely disgusting to me that my local coffee shop is ran by people that clearly don't care about the health and safety of their employees or the general public. The cashier took a long time to take my order - and there was nobody in line but me! Luckily i was not in a hurry to work. It seems they had the elderly employee working the front counter and the younger staff working drive thru. We ordered a mango smoothie, bacon wakeup wrap, and reeses pieces peanut butter square. The smoothie is tart and doesnt have me wanting to finish it - let alone order another 1 again. The wakeup wrap is SMALL! who are they planning to feed? Babies? My son loves their munchkin donuts. I usually come here for the 99 cents happy hour iced coffees. For the price and size, it's not bad at all. My mom's fave is Iced Caramel Coffee with cream and liquid sugar. (Make sure you specify liquid sugar) My hubby's go-to is Iced Mocha with cream. If you don't like the drink you receive, they are obligated to make you another one to your liking. read more

This place is a hit or miss...really nice employees but even if you come early they're out of bagels and certain donuts half the time. But when they're not it's great! I always get the frozen hot chocolate, half the time they put whip on and the other times they dont so maybe be more consistent! But when theyre consistent its great! read more

Drive to KrispyKreme, you'll be glad you did. Maybe I'm just unfamiliar with Dunkin' Donuts style, but it was not what I expected from a donut. The glazed had very little sweetness to them, to the point where I thought I had been given a plain donut. The strawberry and the vanilla were almost as bad. Compared to what I'm used to (as I mentioned, KrispyKreme, but even those found in grocery stores and gas stations), these weren't even worth the gas it took to get through the drive-thru. The cake was dry, the frosting/glaze was practically non-existent, and even though they were claimed to be freshly made, they tasted stale. This place is less than a mile from my home, and I drive by it every day on my way to work, but I'll never buy donuts from here again. The customer service at the drive through is honestly awful here. I don't think I have ever gone through the drive through and not been upset with how I was spoken to. They are always very rude and impatient. Not to mention they also mess up my order on a regular basis. Okay so since this location has been open I absolutely love my iced latte turbo shot and hazelnut swirl. I get this every morning. But!!!! If it's not the girls that I see there in the morning I make a point to taste it before I leave because they have a nasty habit of either giving me ICED COFFEE of completely forget my extra shot. Or like yesterday, I have NO idea what the person did but it tasted like my turbo shot was not there and that they added heavy cream to my latte. Not bad but not what I ordered lol. This location is horrible. I went through the drive-thru this morning and the person taking my ordered couldn't get my order right and didn't understand what a single piece of bagel order meant. I then drove to the front window to pay and they handed me my drink and bagel that i ordered. Once i got to work, i opened up the bag with the bagel inside and come to find the cream cheese just stuffed inside the circle of the bagel with nothing to spread it with and my drink had no sugar or creamer whatsoever and tasted really bitter.
