Just your average airport Dunkin'... so not sure why the reviews are so bad. It's exactly what you'd expect. I ordered the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, which I've gotten from plenty of other locations, and I thought it tasted just about the same. The location was fairly convenient. There isn't really any specific seating, but you can sit wherever in the terminal. It's Boston, so you can be sure to find plenty of Dunkin' locations around, even at the airport. At Logan International Airport, in Boston I stopped by the Dunkin for a light bite and a refreshing drink. They had the whole lineup of new spring treats ready to go. I got the Raspberry Watermelon Refresher. You can get it as a lemonade or as a green tea. I got the lemonade. I also got the Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders. My order was ready very quickly. This refresher was very sweet, but also cool, and offered a pretty good pick me up. The sliders came as two in a little box. These were far too salty. The sliders had visible salt on them, there was mustard, which is also very salty, ham and cheese. I appreciate the little size of them. It would be nice if some salt had been eliminated from somewhere. Overall, not a bad for a quick stop at this Dunkin at the airport. read more

Had a really early flight to catch and this Dunkin' was right on my way to the Terminal I had to go to. Order was placed in-person and became available in less than 5 minutes or so. The service was friendly and efficient. It is located right after the security checkpoint and placed in a good spot -- en route to every direction someone who needs to be for the Terminal A or E area. The food and drink itself was also decent. Fresh and nothing to complain about. I haven't' had Dunkin' in a long time and I forgot how much I used to enjoy their products. If you are in a hurry to get your food and drinks on the go, this is a solid place to go. I would much rather this spot than to be in the quagmire mosh pit Starbucks was down the corridor. read more

I really like how they serve mini potatoe bites and side snacks through out the day. I've ordered a breakfast sandwich before I went on the plane. The only thing that I wasn't happy about was that I ordered the new waffle sandwich, they ran out and just told me as I was waiting. It took awhile for them to let me know because I've assigned my husband to wait while I went to the bathroom, and after I come back, he was still waiting and finally they told me they don't have the waffle. The principle was that the waffle was a little more expensive compared to the breakfast sandwich. I never stop at Dunkin' Donuts but I decided to today before my flight(Terminal A19). The line was long but that's to be expected in the morning. I fly into Boston at least six times a year and have never had an issue getting breakfast before my flight. I encountered the rudest person I've ever met at this airport. The cashier (Tsega, I think that was her name) needs a serious attitude check. It took her 30 seconds to roll her eyes at least four times and gasp as if I was asking her to do something impossible (I literally asked her if they had classic sweetener). I normally don't review airport businesses; they're not really conventional and the sheer strain and stress of the work environment gives them a lot of leeway in my book. However, this DD was awful. It was almost spectacular how awful they were. Starting off, the girls behind the counter were completely clueless. There were no other customers in line, and they were just standing there. When I walked up and said hello, they looked at me blankly and didn't say a word. I even started ordering at one point, but they didn't even react. I honestly thought it was my fault at this point (maybe they were closed?); but when I asked, one of them shook her head, showing me that they'd heard me all along and just chose not to answer. Ugh. Anyway, one of them finally got my order down -- their new Grilled Chicken Flatbread and a small, Coconut-flavored iced coffee. Neither were worth the cost of roughly $6. The coffee was little better than colored, milky water with sugar crystals congealed at the bottom; they also didn't add the coconut syrup. I don't even want to think about the chicken, to be honest. I could only stomach a few bites before I wanted to throw up. The chicken was grilled, but it was crunchy. Imagine biting through a finger or some tough cartilage. And then it just tasted awful. I cant describe it, but it smelled and tasted weird. This only proves that hunger and desperation will cause you to take through drastic measures. I didn't expect much from their food, but I expected their coffee to be palatable, at least. I only hope this experience has made my stomach stronger. read more

I caught a red eye flight last night from Salt Lake City to Boston. I was definitely in the need for some quick calories when I landed. I knew that I wanted a doughnut so I figured I should go light on my breakfast sandwich. They had some great options with low calories. Ended up ordering the killing ham and egg English muffin. Logan Airport Gate 20: HORRIBLE!!! They "don't take the DD app" & claim they "don't have change in the drawer", "is it ok that we keep the 70cents?" Well do I have a damn choice?! And when you keep the change you should make sure that you provide appropriate & beyond customer service since that is ACTUALLY A MANDATED TIP!!! Pretty decent Dunkin here next to gates 20 and 21. I almost always get my Dunkin coffee fix from this very well managed outlet. The staff - which has surprisingly never changed in a while - is very efficient. They have a pretty neat system out here. Making very intelligent use of the tiny space, the L shaped counter has one section to place your orders and the other to pick them up when ready. The line moves very fast and is a testament of the hard working staff. In all my years of transiting through terminal C, I've never had my order messed up even once. That's saying something. And all the products are always fresh and of great quality. My medium coffee is always accompanied with an egg and cheese wake up wrap if not indulging with a Boston Creme donut or opting for Boston Beer Works if traveling late in the evening. Just arrived from a redeye flight I was starving and needed a coffee, this was the first place I saw after grabbing my bags. Horrible choice! I ordered an ham egg and cheese english muffin sandwich came with "hash browns" which is questionable and a small black coffee. Sandwich was horrible like the ones you get from 7/11 and microwave and the hash browns same, I was starving so I ate it but man that wasn't good. Let me start off by saying I love Dunkin donuts and when I'm in Boston I always make it a priority to go as many times as I can. On my way out of Boston, I had an early flight and had skipped breakfast so I thought perfect, Dunkin donuts. I had already had donuts from dunkin the day before so I decided to find a good breakfast sandwich menu item. The woman taking my order was rude and did not seem to care about my service at all. I'm a vegetarian but all the options had meat in it so I asked for "the sausage egg croissant sandwich without the sausage".I understand that that sounds strange so when she looks at me like I'm dumb and repeats it as an "egg croissant sandwich", I'm annoyed but I shake it off.
