    At Logan International Airport, in Boston I stopped by the Dunkin for a light bite and a refreshing drink. They had the whole lineup of new spring treats ready to go. I got the Raspberry Watermelon Refresher. You can get it as a lemonade or as a green tea. I got the lemonade. I also got the Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders. My order was ready very quickly. This refresher was very sweet, but also cool, and offered a pretty good pick me up. The sliders came as two in a little box. These were far too salty. The sliders had visible salt on them, there was mustard, which is also very salty, ham and cheese. I appreciate the little size of them. It would be nice if some salt had been eliminated from somewhere. Overall, not a bad for a quick stop at this Dunkin at the airport.

    Had a really early flight to catch and this Dunkin' was right on my way to the Terminal I had to go to. Order was placed in-person and became available in less than 5 minutes or so. The service was friendly and efficient. It is located right after the security checkpoint and placed in a good spot -- en route to every direction someone who needs to be for the Terminal A or E area. The food and drink itself was also decent. Fresh and nothing to complain about. I haven't' had Dunkin' in a long time and I forgot how much I used to enjoy their products. If you are in a hurry to get your food and drinks on the go, this is a solid place to go. I would much rather this spot than to be in the quagmire mosh pit Starbucks was down the corridor.

    Fast and friendly staff! Ordered quickly at this Dunkin' and they had my drinks and food ready in no time. This one is located in the B Terminal. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is my favorite with a medium iced chai latte! Dunkin's coffee is way better than Starbucks tbh and half the price (;

    This supposed to be an everything bagel... Right...

    Not firing on all cylinders today apparently. Ordered an everything bagel sandwich and a Chai (hot)... Bagel is a joke, picture attached, and was handed a frozen drink. I'll just take it and get on my plane.

    Full service DD in Terminal C at BOS

    I stopped at the one "full service" DD in Terminal C instead of the "Express" DD. While the line to order and pay moved quickly, the assembly of coffee drinks and sandwiches did not. It took ten minutes for a plain black coffee because they were fulfilling orders in order. If you just want coffee and a donut/muffin, you'll be finished much faster with the Express.

    There are apparently several Dunkin' Donuts locations in Logan International Airport. This particular DD is located in Terminal C - down near United Airlines Gates 20 & 21. This place always seems to have a line. Good place to stop for coffee! Mine was darn tasty! And the guy behind the counter was a hoot!

    VERY slow service, especially when you need to get on a plane! Lots of people behind the counter doing very little. Needs better management and staff training. We ordered two donuts, and its obvious that the person behind the counter deliberately squished them with her thumb as she placed into the bag. See photos. In MN, we don't have many DDs, and this experience left a poor impression.

    I never stop at Dunkin' Donuts but I decided to today before my flight(Terminal A19). The line was long but that's to be expected in the morning. I fly into Boston at least six times a year and have never had an issue getting breakfast before my flight. I encountered the rudest person I've ever met at this airport. The cashier (Tsega, I think that was her name) needs a serious attitude check. It took her 30 seconds to roll her eyes at least four times and gasp as if I was asking her to do something impossible (I literally asked her if they had classic sweetener). I know the service industry can be tough sometimes (I was a server for 6 years) but she needs to learn how to be professional regardless of what's going on around her. Go somewhere else!

    Thank you for putting a DD in the AA area! DD's coffee is the best, and there being none in California as of right now, I'm always stopping by any DD's I see for a large. Service is a bit spotty here, but I've always gotten my coffee. Donuts don't seem as fresh as from a store (they must be trucked in or something). But really, who goes to Dunkin' Donuts for donuts anyway?

    The blueberry filled kronut was amazing! The ham and egg English muffin was low in calories and tasty.

So far, I am a huge fan of the pita, hummus, labneh, anything with meat (smash burgers and brisket breakfast sando), and they have pretty decent mac. I'm excited to continue eating my way through their options. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. The restaurant is bright and bubbling. The servers are very kind and always helpful with menu questions. It can get quite busy but service moves quick. I have ordered ahead and ordered in person and never had an issue. It had a crunchy, sugary exterior with a soft, buttery center and a delicious streusel swirl throughout. The texture contrast was spot on -- crisp on the outside and tender in the middle. Definitely a pastry I'd order again. The iced pistachio latte, however, didn't meet expectations. Instead of a smooth pistachio flavor infused into the coffee, there were actual pieces of pistachio that settled at the bottom and repeatedly clogged my straw. It required more chewing than sipping, which wasn't what I anticipated. I was hoping for a pistachio syrup or sauce blended seamlessly into the drink for a smoother experience. Overall, the visit was okay. The pastry was a standout, but the latte fell short. Prices are on the higher side, though that's fairly expected for Boston.

I also tried an iced flat white but it wasn't as good.. something about the steamed milk with the perfectly pulled espresso was a stand out! The pastries are fine. Good but nothing special. We tried the pistachio croissant, banana bread, and chocolate croissant. Banana bread was fluffier and less moist than I would like. Both croissants were good, I liked that they weren't too sweet. Long line when I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed. We took to go but even if we wanted to stay, there were no open seats. It is similar to Tatte and flour where you order at the counter and they give you a number to place on your table. Would 100% return for the lattes!
