Just to let you know, this is a wonderful Dunkin' Donuts. The staff there is very considerate. They make a wonderful Chai tea, and they go out of their way to be solicitous to their customers. They remember the repeat patrons faces, and they are so kind. If someone hasn't been in for a bit they notice, and when they return they are amazingly nice, making you smile from their kindness. I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese, but they gave me one with regular cream cheese. I went back, and they removed the regular cream cheese and put the strawberry cream cheese on it instead of making me a new bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Beware!!! Yesterday I ordered 3 shots of espresso over ice with oatmilk (as of 3/2025 oatmilk shouldnt be an upcharge) and he kept saying, "So a latte?". No, sir, iced espresso. It showed $5.64 on the screen. When I pulled around they charged me $9.30!!!!! I went back, because I was sure it was a mistake, and he told me it wasnt. I asked if he could have just charged me for 3 shots of espresso and he said but he'd also have to charge for the oatmilk and the CUP!!! Today I went to a different location and ordered the same thing and they charged me $3.99 for a triple espresso. That's it. This location charged me more than double! Ive ordered this same drink 3 other times this summer at different locations and none were over $5.50 or so. They ripped me off! Avoid!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This Dunkin' intentionally makes expensive drinks (like with the cold foam) WITHOUT the thing that makes it expensive, yet still charges full price. They try to get around this by taking off the stickers and making you think you ordered it the way you got it (yet when you have already paid for the more expensive drink). If you have to go here, TRIPLE check that you got what you ordered. This is such a crooked place. Will not be returning, and you shouldn't either. read more

I ordered a vanilla latte. When I got home and sat down to enjoy it, one sip told me it was a mistake. It was plain coffee with oat milk. I returned to the store to get the correct order and really felt for my inconvenience I was owed an additional something, free drink maybe. The person at the window insisted that getting the correct drink was fulfillment enough. I had to make two trips and at the price of gas, I do not agree. No manager was present. I filed a complaint online and the reply said they would respond in 48 hours and it has been 72 hours and counting and I have not heard from them. I recommend you check your order before leaving the window or better yet, go somewhere else. This is a horrible example of customer service in so many ways. read more

Finally I went to the line and when I got up I told the gentleman I had a to go order and he didn't even look me in the face and didn't say anything to me. Never going to this dunkin' again. One time my brother and I came here and ordered 2 frozen coffees, only to find out that after I drove away there was blended up pieces of plastic in both of our drinks, so we had to throw them away. Today I went there and drank about half of my coffee only to get a fly in my mouth that was buried inside of my drink. Almost threw up all of my breakfast and poured the rest down the drain. Coffee is so-so, but luckily they offer an extra large and are open 24/7. Staff is pretty much not interested in you in any way, but at 5:30AM, I am usually not in the mood to talk anyway. Food is pretty much processed whatever, but every now and then, I don't mind getting a bagel with cream cheese or bacon/egg/cheese on the way into work. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to in my entire life! They take FOREVER to make any coffee or get any food item whether you are in the drive-thru or not. They also almost always mess up my sandwich no matter now I order it. If you ask for something to be left off, it gets put on, sometimes extra. If you ask for something to be added it never is, but you get charged for it alright! A smile, a hi how are you and a thank you aren't very hard things to give out but it would seem they are ALWAYS out of them. I would recommend eating broken glass before going back to this place again. read more

I have never gotten an order right. I asked for a hot coffee and get two iced coffee. Sometimes no sugar sometimes 5 lbs of sugar.

Wow. I went in today because the line for the drive through was too long and I was in a very big hurry. I walked in and there was a guy mopping. He shot me a dirty look for what I assume was for walking across his clean floor. I stood at the register about 1.5 minutes or 2 minutes and loudly asked if I had to go through the drive through for service. The manager informed me I "had just gotten there". There were about 10 employees cleaning but no one would make eye contact. The rude manager went to the back and got the slowest worker he could find I assume. He took my order and stood there for another 20 seconds or so before asking if i wanted anything else. i said no and handed over my card. he looked at it for a bit before running it and handed me the slip without a pen to be signed. All I wanted was a sandwich. I know it should take 3 minutes at the most for that with so many employees and no customers inside. IT TOOK 8 MINUTES FOR 1 SANDWICH. 8 MINUTES! Its a shame i just moved here and I would have been a daily customer but rude slow people do NOT get return service from me and I suggest you find another one as well.
