I did not like the fact that they poured the shots and several minutes later after making a couple of other drinks (cold ones but also with espresso) they then steamed the milk and made my drink that was supposed to be hot but came out tepid. Good flavor but not. Hot. Enough. I also ordered a muffin which looked like chocolate chip. The cashier corrected me and said it's French vanilla and asked if that was ok. I said yes. I bit into it and it was topped with quite a few chocolate chips. Hmmmmm. Still good. Would order again. The woman making the coffees almost exclusively on her own was hustling but it took at least 10 minutes to get my coffee as the line to order was 6 deep and there were plenty of people in the takeout area. So if you are in a hurry in the AM, this might not be your spot.

They remember the repeat patrons faces, and they are so kind. If someone hasn't been in for a bit they notice, and when they return they are amazingly nice, making you smile from their kindness. I stopped into this location this morning to pick up munchkins and donuts for a church function…read more The moment I stopped in and met the female associate working there, she was very rude, short, unprofessional and throwing things as she was assisting me. I contacted the store prior to coming in the day before and the same female answered the phone with the same attitude as if I was inconveniencing her by calling to ask a question about my order before stopping in. I have been in this location before and dealt with the men who I work here with no issue so to have this one person be so unpleasant to me was enough for me to write a review. The best part is that there was another customer who came in as I was leaving out with my donuts and this same female worker said to him "Hello, are you here today for your regular order?" A totally different attitude and treatment towards him versus me as a female. I refuse to go back into this location as it's totally unacceptable behavior to show favoritism towards customers. I will ensure I share with everyone I know how awful this person was and to not patronize this location. The staff is friendly and courteous and takes and gives out orders well. The location interior is maintained well with seats. The food, as such bagels, hash browns, and donuts, is your dunkin style and meets sane taste and standards as other locations. Try this place and you might well like it !!!
